This lovely cottage was ideal for our weekend stay. Cottage is beautifully appointed. If weather had cooperated we would have really enjoined the deck!

My husband and I rented this place in Eastham for our anniversary. It was a great location close to the bike path and close to everything. Place was very clean. I had never rented in a duplex before, and wasn’t sure how I would feel about it, but it was a non-issue. Would stay here again.

I don’t know that you could’ve found a better place to stay in the area. Super clean, roomy, top level furnishings, comfortable beds, easy check in process great communication. I could go on and on. Will definitely stay here again highly recommend it best place we stayed on our vacation.

This is an excellent place to relax and enjoy the Cape without driving through a lot of traffic. The house is very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is a joy to cook in, almost like being in your own kitchen. The weather was awesome, and we spent nearly every day at Coast Guard Beach. We highly recommend this place.

This place was amazing - the best place we've stayed at the Cape in years. The unit was beautifully renovated, spotless, and a 2 minute (or less) walk to the BEST pond in Cape Cod (Great Pond). The unit has a gorgeous outdoor deck with a shower. The kitchen is gorgeous. The owners were so wonderful about communication. The landscaping and location were ideal.

This was the perfect spot for our week with trips to Wellfleet, Orleans, and Eastham of course! The house was equipped beautifully and located centrally with access to ponds, ocean, and bay side waterfronts. We loved the outdoor shower and deck as well as the intimate kitchen setting for just the two of us! Despite a not great weather week, the charming setting allowed for that vacation feeling. House was better than expected- clean and updated. Appreciated the communication.

The house was just perfect for our family. It was clean, modern, well appointed, and had an awesome deck with day bed and outdoor shower. It was a short walk to a pond, and a block away from the rail trail. Other pluses: The beds were comfortable, there were beach chairs and towels available for use, and the kitchen was super functional. The only negative was that there was one bathroom which was less convenient for our family of four, however the outdoor shower helped. I highly recommend this property!

Overall, this property was exactly as listed— incredible! It was clean, spacious, well decorated and in a great location. We had no issues or let downs with this rental and would definitely stay there again if we were to return to the area. Our only qualm was that communication with the owners wasn’t always prompt; we had reached out a couple times in advance to inquire about certain things and never received a response until much closer to the reservation date. That said, they were very apologetic about that and thus it’s not the biggest deal. It’s just the one thing that wasn’t perfect. Again, we would happily stay there again and would most definitely recommend it to others! :)

The property is beautiful, conveniently located next to great pond, the rail trail, and a short drive to many restaurants and local attractions. We could not ask for better hosts! I highly recommend this property for a wonderful Cape Cod vacation!

The property was new, clean, and very well designed. The AC was a godsend during the heat wave and the location is very close to local ponds, which is why we rented here. Very lovely space. The kitchen is fantastic and if you like to cook on your vacation, this is the place for you.

This property was perfect for our little family's recent vacation to the Cape. Being able to walk down to the Great Pond on days we didn't want to drive to one of the nearby beaches was so nice. The updates and finishes are beautiful, and the newly added patio and firepit were lovely. I will say, it was a little tricky to find the house at first, it's on a little offshoot of a private road, in which one entrance isn't paved, but once we found it, it was actually really nice how secluded it is. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'd need to cook meals at home plus an outdoor grill (which we did a few nights) and having a washer and dryer was truly a gamechanger.

The place seemed brand new and it was perfect for our family. Everything was clean and provided. There is laundry, a dishwasher, and all the conveniences you need. We look forward to our next stay here!

Clean and updated unit, stocked with what you need to cook or just relax, located in a great location, close to good restaurants and not too far from either end of the cape. Also close to water and the bike trail. Owners were responsive and friendly.

This was a great location with very comfortable accommodations. The fireplace was especially cozy in the evenings. We couldn’t have been more pleased!

My husband and I love coming to the Cape this time of year because there is do much to do and there are almost no crowds. The property is so ideally placed so you can easily do either Provincetown, Truoro, Chatham or Dennis. We love staying here and plan to come back year after year.

Lovely and comfortable property and well located to all that the Cape has to offer, especially the Atlantic and Bay Beaches. Fabulous kitchen and hi-tech home entertainment. My kids and I spent the week at this amazing house and had a great time! The condo is beautifully decorated with modern amenities (fully renovated with high-end finishes/appliances, comfortable beds) and close to multiple beaches (bay and Pond) as well as the bike trail. It was by far the nicest Cape rental we’ve stayed at and the owners were lovely. We can’t wait to return next year!

We had a great stay in Eastham! This was our second year staying at the property and we hope to stay again the future. The property is updated, clean, and comfortable. We love how close it is to the bike path, beaches, and ponds. It was perfect for our family vacation!

Good experience

This rental was the perfect home base for our cape cod vacation! We loved that we had family staying in the attached unit, which made together time that much easier. We had a great time on the cape...riding bikes, museums, mini golfing, enjoying restaurants and ice cream, water parks, beaches, ponds, and Martha's vineyard. We highly recommend this vacation spot to anyone.

This is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed on the Cape and I’ve been vacationing there for over 20 years. It’s convenient to everything especially the bike path.

The interior of the property is everything the photographs of the listing indicate. Incredibly well appointed and decorated; it felt like “home.” The kitchen had just about everything you could think of — sharp knives, multiple pot and pan options, and plenty of dishes. Having 3 Smart TV’s made it convenient when the kids needed downtime and having a Nest thermostat and gas fireplace was nice with the huge temperature changes we had. The inside of the property is also spotless. The house is a duplex, but the soundproofing must be excellent as we never really heard the owners. The location was very nice being right between the bay and the ocean. The rail trail is easy to access (right around the corner) and it’s a safe bike ride to the Salt Pond Visitor’s Center and Coast Guard Beach with young kids (2 1/4 miles to Coast Guard Beach with very little time on “real” roads). Some bay beaches are also close, but were not bikeable with our kids (5 and 7) due to the roads. It is about a 5 minute walk down a small private dirt road to a pond beach. I would like to see the outdoor area match how nice the inside is. It is not misrepresented in the photographs, but the deck is very small, the grill utensils rusted, there were no outdoor games, and the patio is furniture limited. It wasn’t a huge deal for us as the weather was not the best for the majority of our trip, but had it been better or if we were there longer I would have missed a more robust outdoor space. Depending on the mood of your GPS it could be confusing coming into the property as the road is paved coming in from one direction and a very narrow dirt road from the other.

After 15 grueling months in Professor COVID's endless seminar, my husband and I were grateful for this quiet oasis in a beautiful corner of the Cape to catch our breath. The house is lovely, clean, quiet, comfortable. The birdsong is effusive. Great Pond winks flirtatiously through the trees. Lovely.
