All thing is very good for me

The place was two floor apartment for three people. The first floor has a coach that can be changed into a bed for one and also a kitchen equipped with anything you can need. Also there is a small bathroom in this floor. The second floor has a bedroom for two with a double bed, a small balcony with the wire of sea and a bathroom with a bathtube. There is more than enough towels for the bath and also for the beach. The location was perfect with only five minutes walk to everywhere (market, restaurants, beach etc) It was so clean and also everyday routine cleanup is done. The only problem was the sound of the waves and the wind through the night :). There is a propeller in the basement and an air conditioner in the upper floor but there is no need for those if you sleep with the windows open (between 14th and 19th of August). Do not hesitate to book if you are looking for an apartment for three in Kokkari.

We had a large Balcony, and the appartment was bigger than the fotos had shown. The bed in particular was better, than we normally see in Samos. The airconditiion well-functioning. The cleaning was abolutely flawless, and we will definately be back. The host was very friendly, and kept in contact all week - just to see if everything was okay.

The interior was a bit old and scruffy, but still everything was very clean - so it did'nt really matter.

The friendly welcome from an excellent host. The host was very quick to respond to queries. Excellent location. We felt very well looked after and look forward to returning.
