This is the perfect home to relax on the back covered wrap around patio/porch. We had those mountain showers and wildlife that we fed out back. The space was amazing for our large group, it never felt crowded. The area was amazing, all our guests were very pleased with our stay.

Thank you for sharing your Ruidoso home with our family! The mountain view and the hot tub was the highlight for all the young adults. The house is close to town and convenient to everything we wanted to see. Check-in was a breeze and communication with Jerry was very prompt and efficient. We would highly recommend this home for future visits.

The property was well cleaned and was as described. We really enjoyed sitting in the hot tub under the stars at night and seeing deer in the yard in the morning. Stores and restaurants were close by, but the home still felt pleasantly private and remote.

Our family of 4 and another family of 4. Kids all 8-12. Plenty of room for us all. Very spacious, and comfortable beds. Back deck was amazing, very large, amazing views and most of all the hot tub. Tv back there as well. Deer in the yard to feed early and evening. Next trip back will be trying to book here again. Toilet Paper and trash sacks were the only thing we had to go buy.

We had an awesome time here. Beautiful scenery, wildlife coming up to the home, located close to main stores, and pool table added to fun at night. Kids and adults had fun.

Nice neighborhood, home was great, lots of deer. Owners provide feed to draw the deer in. Hot tub is excellent!

For Thanksgiving my family of four met my best friend’s family of five in Ruidoso at the Above it All property. This house was perfect for our group and we had a great time. The kids took over the basement and enjoyed watching movies and playing pool in their own space. We were lucky to get some snow and it was perfect sitting in the hot tub as the snow was falling. The view of the mountains is really lovely to see over coffee in the morning. We had a blast feeding the deer and the day after Thanksgiving a huge flock of turkeys wandered through the yard! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve a wonderful thanksgiving dinner for 9 (besides the turkey roasting pan which we brought). Jerry was great at communicating all the info we needed to check in and answer any questions that came up. We had a great time! Thank you!

We had a great weekend! The house was very comfortable for all of us and the kids had a great place to hang out! The deer that made their way through the yard were amazing and the kids loved to see them each day. We only ran into a couple of small issues, there was no dishwasher detergent and only one additional trash bag for the garbage cans for the weekend.

We loved this beautiful home. It had everything we needed and more. The beds were soooo comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, linens were plenty and soft. Awesome deck to visit with family and friends, enjoy the fire pit, cookout, relax in the hot tub, but most of all, enjoy watching the deer and turkey. We highly recommend this rental. This home was nice and clean and just as advertized. Location is perfect... away from traffic and noise but close to downtown. Owners are great to deal with. My daughter left a ring in the house when we left and they mailed it to us. We would definitely stay here again.

Good time

The house was clean and comfortable for the whole family. We had 11 adults and no one had a single complaint about the house. The deer were amazing and so much fun to watch everyday! The views are incredible and the hot tub was so soothing at the end of the day. We will definitely stay here every time we visit Ruidoso with the family!

This place was amazing and we had the best time ever. It’s big and comfortable and the owner was so gracious, helping us at every step. The deer came up to the back area in the morning, close enough that my daughter could almost pet them. Will definitely be coming back here again!!

This property was a great spot for a Thanksgiving family reunion. I was impressed by how well maintained and clean everything was. The downstairs was a perfect hangout for the kids, and the roomy kitchen was well supplied with cooking tools. I also found the perfect spot to sit and grade papers with a fantastic view of Sierra Blanca. Planning to rent again in the future.

The house was a great layout for our large family! Spacious home, awesome deck, and good location in a quiet neighborhood. The deer were a treat to see each morning in the backyard as were the deer/turkeys we were able to see on our walk! The owners were very accommodating and made sure we were setup for our weekend stay. Highly recommend!

It was an older home, but it is very big. There are plenty of towels and dishes. There was even an extra fold out cot in the closet. The kids loved the Hot tub and the pool table. The kids also loved feeding the deer, one of the deer even ate out of their hands. We loved and enjoyed our stay.

The house is located in a beautiful wooded neighborhood. The owners left us deer food, and we were lucky enough to enjoy our coffee and deer watching at the same time. We really enjoyed the deck with the hot tub and fire pit. It was a great space to host multiple people.
