Hello. I just have compliments about the place. It's close to the center, has a fair price, it's extremely clean and cozy. We had everything we needed. And of course your costumer service helped a lot. The check in and out system is really simple. ☺️

It was noisy on the street and hard to sleep (we stayed over the weekend). This is not the hotel's fault - just mind that the location is not very peaceful if you are after that.

Very happy with our stay! The common areas are cleaned daily, the beds are comfortable and showers are great! The balcony has a great view over the sunset and the place is located right outside Österport! Staff is very friendly and accomodating and the check-ins vs check-outs went smooth. Can recommend to everyone who want a clean and comfortable stay in Visby!
