The grove of palms makes a nice frame for the pool and hot tub. It also provides a sense of privacy in addition the the fully fenced in back yard. The house is very spacious and well equiped. There were only two of us but we could have shared it with three of four other people without feeling cramped. Gail is very attentive and responded to all our requests for assistance promptly.

This was the best family vacation! It was so relaxing for all, ages 9-77. We visited this home in June. The temperatures ranged from 101-113. We didn’t notice the heat much because we spent most of our time in this amazing saltwater pool and whirlpool! Yes, the pool looks as beautiful in person as it does in the pictures. The waterfall feature is just breathtaking. The pool is clean and well maintained. Pool and whirlpool have heat available but we did not use. There are pool toys available also. The house also looks exactly like pictures. It is gorgeously decorated and very clean. Our compliments to the housekeeping! Great open floor plan with 3 good size bedrooms. There are 2 full baths that were very nice. All the essentials are provided-sheets, bath and pool towels, kitchen utensils, trash bags, indoor and outdoor dishes, soap and detergents. Efficient washer and dryer are in garage. Beds and furniture are very comfortable. It has even inspired us to shop for similar mattresses and furniture for our homes. Everything was very simple such as check in, check out, questions, etc. Pool controls were very straight forward. Great outdoor area by the gorgeous pool with plenty of outdoor furniture including gas grill and dining table. We also used the frozen margarita machine quite a bit and enjoyed our drinks by the pool. There is also an ice cooler on wheels available by pool. My entire family are tough critics but we all agreed that this property is top notch. Even the twenty-somethings had a fun relaxing time! Quiet neighborhood with shopping and restaurants nearby. Gail, the owner, is very nice and a pleasure. I highly recommend this property to everyone but I really hope it’s available next time we travel to AZ :)

The home was lovely, clean, appropriately stocked and welcoming. The patio and pool area are amazing - I didn't want to leave.

Our family had such a wonderful time! The house was terrific and the pool, and spa were used very much. Great place for both kids and adults. Thanks to Gail for making our trip very seamless. :)

The house is well maintained, clean and comfortable. We loved the garden and pool area, the landscaping offered privacy as well as variety of view. It was great to have hummingbirds visit while we were swimming. The kitchen is well stocked with gadgets, as well as ample plates, glasses, cutlery and anything else you could need. The bedrooms are comfortable and there is so much space. The owners were helpful with questions we had and made some great suggestions on things to do. So glad we found this gem!

My husband and our three young sons, along with my parents enjoyed everything this vacation home offers! Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and the home is exactly like description online. Plenty of room and comfortable beds. Spacious yet comfortable and cozy! Kitchen provides utensils, dinnerware, glasses, etc. so all we had to bring was the food! The sound system plays music outside and inside, which was great! Coming from Minnesota winter, it was wonderful to swim in the heated pool (with pool toys for the kids!) while enjoying the waterfall, or relax in the hot tub under the beautiful palm trees. Having the grill (which worked great!) to cook supper outside in the evening was fantastic as well as how charming the backyard was at night with the solar decorative lanterns and pool lights! The kids loved it! Close to Surprise Stadium, we enjoyed watching spring training baseball! There is a nice park with a big playground nearby within close walking distance. Gail was amazing and quick to communicate. Lots to enjoy about this home...we wanted to freeze time and never go home! :-) Thank you Gail!

This home is incredibly beautiful and comfortable. It is well equipped and tastefully decorated. Best of all, the back yard is private and designed to be an oasis of tranquility. A large heated pool and whirlpool spa are surrounded by palms and art pieces. There is also a wide variety of outdoor furniture and gas grill so you can maximize your time outside in the sunshine. The neighborhood is quiet, the mattresses are excellent, and the owner is very responsive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, it's a solid 10!

Really enjoyed our stay. Backyard is like an oasis with tropical vegetation, palm trees, and fruit (lime, orange,lemon, and limequat) trees. Beautiful pool with large waterfall and large hot tub with spa capabitiy. House has open concept. Walking distance to groceries, movie theatre and other stores. Gail was fantastic to deal with. Always prompt with responses and seemed like a genuinely nice person.

We rented this home for our 10 year anniversary and it exceeded our expectations. We had a few, very minor issues, but Gail was quick to respond. This home offers beautiful decor, a relaxing location and is accessible to eveything you need!! Thank you Gail for an amazing trip!

We absolutely loved our stay in Surprise. It was our first visit to the area and it was a perfect week. The house is gorgeous - looks just like the pictures. It's a lovely, spacious, open floor plan, and the decor is fabulous. There was more than enough space for m family of four. The pool and spa were wonderful, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. We felt at home and will make this our vacation rental each time we visit.

This property is amazing and it looks exactly like the beautiful pictures online. Very spacious and beautiful view of the pool from the master bedroom and living areas of the home. The pool was the hit of the week and everything was in perfect working order....especially the margarita machine. We spent a few extra dollars over a hotel rental, and we are sure glad we did. If we are ever in the area, we won't hesitate to rent again!

The home has a very relaxing, and welcoming feel to it. The home description matched perfecting as the listing portrayed. We loved the open concept floor plan. We were in AZ for a week long baseball tournament during the hot month of June and after a long hot day(s) at the ball field...walking into the beautiful home was a treat!! The outside was well maintained and beautiful. The home was fully stocked even pool towels were provided. The home owners did a great job investing their money into their home and it showed beautifully. We truly enjoyed our stay at the home and would return again.

We were very happy with our stay, it was a great break from the real world! Wife and I stayed for a week last month and we found it a great place for our family, kids and grandkids thought the waterfall in the backyard was the best thing ever. I think they would have lived in the pool 24/7 if we let them, up we managed to lure them out with a few good BBQ's. Don't miss the big deck box full of various floaties, just around the corner from the BBQ. The inside was a perfect setup for our family, with everyone able to interact in the big open great room. Nice views overlooking the backyard with lots of greenery, tropical plants and palms. Plant life is so different from Michigan, and not what we were expecting from a desert setting. We liked the surround sound setup, it was nice to have music outside. My wife reported that the kitchen had everything you would need to make a gourmet meal, and even a few surprises - waffle maker, ice cream maker machine. The house was clean, and beds comfy, with lots of pool towels. Nicely decorated, overall way better than a hotel stay! Lots to do nearby, shopping and restaurants plentiful, but we spent most of our time enjoying the house, pool, spa and that waterfall!

After our initial stay in January 2014 we liked the area and neighbourhood so much thAt we started looking for a vacation home of our own nearby. We finally closed on a house just two blocks away and stayed here again for another week just prior to closing - actually 10 days, as our closing was delayed slightly. The owner was very helpful and gracious in extending our stay to deal with this unexpected delay. Our original review is copied below, all still holds true. It is spacious, well-equipped, clean and very attractively decorated with a very resort-like backyard, great pool, hot tub and the waterfall is very pretty. Our family was blown away by this place. The pool area is amazing, it is like your own private oasis. The house was very open and spacious, allowing our 9 month old to explore without getting into any trouble. You are no more than a 5 minute drive to grocery stores or restaraunts. The neighborhood is very quiet, with a few playgrounds, and walking trails. Gail (the owner) was a pleasure to deal with. She always returned emails very promptly, answering all of our questions. We will definitly be back.
