We had a great time here. Everything was according to our expectations. Very nice pool area and close to a nice beach. We never managed to get the tv's working to watch some news , but it wasnt a big deal . We might have done something wrong. Maybe some Instructions could be available. For communications it would be nice if an IM as WhatsApp or Messenger would be available since sms and phone is usually very expensive for Europeans. Over all a very nice stay and we would gladly come back.

Loved the pool! Plenty of space for our family. Kitchen was a nice size and was usable for a few at home dinners. Manasota beach is a very short drive away (less than 4min) and is not very busy. We had to communicate a couple times with the owner (but very minor items that were out of his control), and he responded very quickly. Overall we will return again to this property in the future. Thanks for allowing us to use your beautiful home!!

Overall the experience was fine, but there is certainly room for improvement at this property. The biggest reason this house is attractive is the proximity to the beach, less than a 2 min drive. However I’ll go through the pros and cons individually so people are prepared for what the house is. Pros: As stated before, 2 min drive to the beach Pool was a good temp Lots of sitting areas Wifi was fine Dining area was fine, we had 6 adults and a child and the table was just big enough, more than that you may have issues Fridge was a good size and there were pots and pans ready to use Cons: Cleanliness was an issues, there is a decomposed dead frog under the couch that we thankfully saw before our child was able to find it. House seemed to be cleaned only for what you can see immediately, but most things had a layer of dust.

Very nice house. Great location close to Manasota Beach. Everything was as described and very spacious for our group of 6. Looking forward to future visits here.

It was very difficult to leave Englewood and the vacation home. Once again, the home was clean, comfortable and met all our needs. The pool was enjoyable and having beaches so close to the house. Thanks again to the owners who were attentive and provided the means for a wonderful stay.

The house was spacious and in a good location. Minutes from the beach, restaurants and shopping. The host was nice and available. We had a couple of issues that were dealt with immediately. Things to improve: Clean up the house better including the bathrooms and showers. If you had a vacuum with a removable hose, you can get at things easier. Declutter and there will be less to clean. The drawers in the fridge need to be repaired. There was not enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, garbage bags, hand soap and pucks for the dish washer. There were no cleaning supplies. The kitchen needs some new dishes that match and sharper knives. The queen bed needs a better mattress. Three separate people slept on it and all woke up with sore backs. It would have been nice to have a skimmer for the pool, so we could have scooped the bugs out. More towels would have been nice as well. Overall when you are paying thousands of dollars to stay in a house, the amenities should be match the price.

The property was all and more than expected. Great location close to several beaches and shopping. Enjoyed the way the house was layered out with plentiful space for for everyone to do their own thing and come to get her for meals. Pool area was nice to relax after a day at the beach. Overall a great time was had by all. Would definitely book again if in the area.

Property was exactly as described. Pool was fantastic and so much fun - property had some fun pool toys for the kids. Bedrooms were great and beds super comfortable. All the amenities you would need to take care of your family and very convenient to both Superman and restaurants. Great experience

This home was the perfect size for my family. Stayed with my husband, three sons, two daughter-in-laws and one Grandson. We each had our own space, kitchen had everything we needed. Heated pool was great. We spent most of our time out by the pool. Home was very clean and spacious. Loved every minute there, and would definitely rent again.

It was very difficult to leave this amazing property. The house has been maintained in excellent condition and has all the comforts of home. We spent hours in the pool and our favorite beaches were just a few miles away. The owners responded quickly to our questions and should be commended for sharing a wonderful property.

This house is close to the beach. Having 4 bedrooms allowed us to have family visit during our stay. It worked well for us. Gareth was very responsive, even putting up the pool barrier fence in the rain. Had a slight plumbing issue, and he had it fixed quickly. We were very pleased with our stay at this house.

Nice large home with plenty of space to relax. We stayed a week and the only issue was lack of supplies -- toilet paper, toiletries, basic kitchen supplies -- foil, oils and spices etc.

Great location in South Venice, close to Manasota beach with beach gear in the garage. Clean, comfortable place to unwind with a nature overlook behind the heated pool.

The property fit our needs in every way. My only complaint is that we had children with us and the property is off a busy 40 MPH road. The fridge stopped working and Gareth responded quickly to get us a new one. He even brought us a cooler for the time being. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Loved our week stay! House was super clean on arrival (bleached)! Clean beds, comfy house. Air Condition worked great. Loved having the pool for days when we couldn’t go to the beach. House is super close to lots of stores and restaurants. Owner was very attentive when needed! Thanks for having us!

Was a nice place to stay enjoyed our time beach not too far the only thing I didn’t care for was to do kid friendly things you had to travel a couple hours away
