This property was perfect for what we needed for an extended family stay in North Fork wine country for a family wedding. Close to everything, extremely clean, and so much space! Would definitely stay here again for another wine country getaway!

The house is located in a great location on the edge of Cutchogue close to many wineries, a breakfast spot, and a grocery store. The house was perfect for our family with plenty of beds, all the kitchen items you need, and lots of space. The host is very nice and responsive.

My fiancé and groomsmen stayed here the weekend of our wedding. It was a great location and very clean.

The experience was good and the communication with the owner was also cordial as well. The house was clean with the exception being the bathtub. The tub could have been cleaned a lot better, there was a dark film around the tub which quite honestly needed to be scrubbed. The coffee mugs in the cabinets were also stained with coffee which was not pleasant. Everything else was fine

This is our third stay in this house and our second year. We love it and find it to be perfect for our family which includes my eight year old daughter, husband and 86 year old mother. The house is homey, has plenty of space and the location couldn’t be better. We did much more exploring this year and felt as though we were situated so well for anything we wanted to do which included shopping in Greenport, dining in Southhold and of course, the wineries, some of which are close enough to walk to. There are also several spots to eat that are a five minute drive away (8 Hands Farm and The Shack). In short, it was another fabulous trip. Thank you to Ellen and her brothers for making us feel so at home away from home!

The home has generous bedroom space and a nice living room for a group. The location is wonderful in that it is walking distance to a grocery, farmer's market, vineyard, seafood market and ice cream store. Ellen is most pleasant, flexible and communicative. My family was thrilled to be together.

The house was accurately shown in pictures and description. Overall a charming, older home. A/c worked well during our stay. Plenty of parking. Note (as listed) one bathroom is a half bath, so there is only one shower. There was an issue with one bathroom that couldn't be repaired while we were there, but we were compensated fairly. Ellen was a quick and helpful communicator. We did love the location, we were able to leave the car at the house and walk to multiple wineries, a grocery store, and a couple restaurants.

Lovely home and perfectly located. Just a short drive to wedding festivities we needed to attend. House was very clean and accommodated our family of 3 and an additional couple. There was plenty of room and the kitchen was well equipped. Highly recommend staying at this home if you are visiting the Northfork!

Just got back from a weekend visiting the wineries and stayed here. The location is ideal, the house was spacious and clean, and Ellen was a delight to deal with. Will definitely return - and stay longer!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! We planned a visit to the area to check out local wineries and this location could not have been better! Ellen was responsive, kind, and available to answer our questions. The home was comfortable and clean and there is a great little outdoor area with seating to enjoy as well. Highly recommend this home!

Great location right in the middle of all the vineyards. Good amount of space for a small group of gals for a weekend! Ellen was great at responding and easy check in instructions. Would highly recommend!
