What an amazing stay we had at this property. From the drive going up to the house, then arriving, and the first thing you see is that view. Wow, just breathless! We were lucky to still see it covered in snow, and it was truly a winter wonderland. The house itself is wonderful and it had enough space for all 12 of us. We never felt crowded since there was so much space to explore. It is truly a kids friendly property. Our kids loved the sand box, the games around the house, the garage(game room), the playground, and the fact that the tvs had Disney+, Netflix and Youtube included. We didn't have to leave the house to enjoy ourselves. Make sure you explore the surroundings by doing some hiking, it was beautiful. The hospitality is five stars. Georgine was always around to answer our questions, and help us with anything we needed. Very kind and attentive. The trailblazer was a life saver to go up the property. I already miss the mountains. We will be back for sure.

We enjoyed 4 wonderful nights in June. Grandparents, parents, preteens. The house was extremely clean and tastefully decorated - no clutter. The view is well worth the curvy, long, but beautiful drive. So much there to occupy your time: hot tub, cornhole, billiards, foosball, firepit, large screen TVs, reading on the multiple decks, games, puzzles. Kitchen is well stocked. We would stay again without hesitation.

Thank you so much to the wonderful host for all of her communication and the accommodations she provided. The property was beautiful and looked even better than pictured! The home also came with free use of a 4x4 vehicle for getting up the drive way, this saved me a ton on rentals. Thank you so much, my trip couldn't have been any better. Stunning views.

Really beyond expectations, Georgine was very helpful. Only never go up at night and yes, a 4X4 is definitely a must.

Georgine is an excellent person we are so thankful with her and her team they make us feel more than happy and the house is EVERYTHING just clean and perfect I can't wait to come back thank you again Georgine.

Once you get up to the house the view is beautiful. But USE THE DIRECTIONS PROVIDED, do not rely on Google maps! The 4WD vehicles provided to get up the steep, winding, gravel driveway to the house were great. House is perfect for large family with different ages . We had 80 year old grandma with us and access for her in the house was great. Pool table, foosball, hot tub, horse shoes, trail, movie room lots to do.

It was the perfect place for our family who was there for my daughter’s wedding. Plenty of room for everyone and game room for all ages.

Our Host Georgine was very accommodating and offered to help us throughout our stay. This home was secluded, romantic, and especially beautiful with perfect weather.

My family from three different states converged here for a family weekend (8 of us altogether, including 2 small children) and it was terrific. The location is very remote and the drive to the property is gorgeous. Views are better than in the photographs--they do not quite capture the width of the landscape. The house is in great shape, very well maintained and quite comfortable. The kitchen in particular is much larger than it seems in the photographs. They are not kidding about needing 4WD to get up here--we made it up in a 2-wheel-drive RAV-4 but with any bit of ice or snow we would not have been able to get up. Fortunately, there is a 4WD vehicle available for use that makes it a breeze to go up and down the mountain. The only real downside to the property is that it is way out there so it's time-consuming to drive to go hiking or to go into Asheville. That being said, however, once you are here it's likely that you will not want to leave. Watching the fog settle on the valley below from the living room, rising up like smoke and then eventually enveloping the entire landscape in a shroud of fog, is particularly beautiful. Stargazing here at night was outstanding. Highly recommended!

We had 3 couples with 2 children under two and the house was perfect with plenty of room to spare to come back with more friends and family. As long as you don't mind a long windy road to get the drive way (which was beautiful this time of year), then you will love this home as it is perfectly located in the heart of the quiet mountains. The gravel drive way up (after the long windy road) is very steep, but the owners were perfectly accommodating providing a 4 wheel drive vehicle that allowed us to keep our cars safely at the base and take their car up and down the driveway as needed. Only suggestion I have for the owner is that the kitchen sink facet needs some water pressure adjusting, it sprays everywhere. Thank you for a wonderful weekend get away!

Beautiful, well kept property with a lot of options for entertainment within. Although it's a trek to get to the property, the view from the top of the mountain is absolutely beautiful. Property owners were very accommodating and responsive to needs.

Everything from beginning to end was perfect on this trip. A few college friends and I decided to take an end of summer trip to reconnect and get away for a weekend. Booking this beautiful home was the cherry on top. The property manager Georgine was amazing from start to finish! She was very responsive to emails, very kind, and very accommodating. She answered all of my questions with no hesitation. But that’s just the beginning. The house itself is AMAZING! The decor is beautiful, everything is up to date and so well kept. We loved the garage turned game room and the hot tub, too. The best part is the view! The view was incredible. We ate dinner outside the first evening and watched the sunset. It was a really special moment bad among old friends. I could go on and on but I’ll stop here. Thank you so much for making this trip unforgettable! We’ll be back!!!

This property is amazing! Incredible view from the huge porch. Plenty of space and comfortable beds and furnishings. Close to fun activities! The property managers are lovely and customer service pros! We will be back soon!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Georgine was in constant contact with us before and after our arrival and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The house is at the top of the hill and you will need AWD to climb up the road. The house has spectacular view to the blue ridge mountains and valley. House is very modern & spacious. Would highly recommend this property.
