Close to the Biltmore, location was great. Clean rooms. Great breakfast.

We split the bill between two credit cards. When we checked out they put the total bill on one credit card. So disappointed

The Dishonesty..if ur staying in this hotel be prepared to pay way more than what the original price is on the website it's says $140 I ended up paying $ 224 for that hotel When we arrived at the hotel I told the staff that I have dog with me and they saw him They asked me if he was service dog I told them he was registered as emotional animal they guy at the service desk didn't charge me fee but even if he did it will be fine .I was prepared for that He told me I will be charged $20 more that day but it's will be refunded when I check out and it was never refunded In the morning at check out there was very rude lady at the service desk saw the dog and told me she will charge me fee for the dog I told her they didn't charge me at the check in and u can't charge me at the check out but she did anyway So I ended up paying total of $ 224 for only 1 night I am not done here I will be reporting this hotel and make sure they get what they deserve

Location was great right off the exit and close to shops and restaurants.

Not enough parking spots.

The breakfast was good. The room was spacious. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

Room on main road was noisy due to traffic.
