My only two complaints, downstairs bathroom shower needs a mat, marble floor is slippery and the yard needed to be cut and maintained. Other than that great property, we've stayed there before

Constantly felt like someone was spying on us. We never felt comfortable at this location constantly calling that we left lights on just always felt like we were being watched….. don’t stay here if you don’t like to be on someone else’s camera

She was a marvelous host! Went above and beyond to make sure we was satisfied and comfortable with our stay. We will definitely be staying again when we come back to Houston.

We had a family gathering and enjoyed our time together inside and at the pool! Plenty of beds to accommodate the four couples and several singles.

Place is as advertised and owner was incredibly nice. Large dining area, outdoor area, kitchen, and living room comfortably house 8 of us. Pool is fantastic, Wi-Fi is fast. Plenty of silverware. Beverage chiller is awesome. Stove/oven/micro work great. Some chain restaurants and fast food in walking distance (and Star bucks) also a Wal-Mart less than .5 mile. Super cute area. Notes: only one pan and it's not big, be prepared. Sheet only on bed (summer) so byo blanket, ice maker isn't working but a bag of reddy is easy. Lots of baking dishes, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, and muffin tins. You feel very set up for success here.

Lystra met us at the property right on time to do the walk through. Written instructions would have been just fine. Let’s start with the pros: Lystra was nice and attentive. Pool was refreshing. Plenty of seating inside and out for a large family. Drink cooler was a huge plus. Now the cons: The freezer wouldn’t make ice until the day we left. Let Lystra know and she thought she fixed it but didn’t. Had to purchase ice which was fine because the freezer was pretty gross. The heat upstairs was terrible & the thermostats were off limits and in a locked lock box. Called Lystra about the heat and was told it would cool off eventually, it did not!! Ceiling fans were so dusty but we had to use them due to the heat upstairs. The dryer had electrical tape holding it together. Had to purchase frying pans cause what was there was a joke. House needs a deep cleaning, new paint, wall repairs and attention to the base boards. The topper was being charged extra for moving 2 pool umbrellas. Moved 1 umbrella a couple inches and the other maybe 3 feet. We followed all rules of the house and not moving pool umbrellas wasn’t one of the rules.

Lystra was the best host. She was very kind and throughcin regards to explaining how to operate each functional fixture in the home. My friends and i were in town for the game against the Colts (Go Colts). The property more than exceeded our expectations. The location is within 20-30 minutes to Houston's main attractions. The lovely pool and spa topped ot all off for me. I didn't want to leave! I'll stay here each time that im in Houston if possible.

This was our third time staying here and we still love this place! It’s a perfect little getaway for the whole family and very accommodating. We had so many plans and we only left the house twice because the kids didn’t want to get out of the pool. We will definitely be back for another visit. Thank you, Marlene, for being so wonderful!
