Really nice apartment. The overall building seemed a little tired, but the apartment was very nice, pool area also very nice. The only downside, and this is temporary, is the construction going on right beside the building. When that is completed, it is a really easy 1-2 minute walk to be on Smathers Beach, one of Key West's better beaches.

We thought this property and the company were outstanding and would definitely plan on staying again!

Nice big pool. Very secure building. Near beaches. Our condo was very nice and had everything - it is on the first floor with some rooms/doors facing right at a boulevard busy road. We had construction during our visit. You do need a Uber or golf cart to get to most restaurants or the Marina/Duval area. Ubers come within minutes. They were plentiful and fast.

The ocean views were outstanding! Victor was so very helpful! Garage parking was convenient and easy. The two beds we used were very comfortable. The pool area is great. We didn’t use the beach chairs and ocean extras extras but there are some for guests use. The following is to help the condo be even better and perhaps more reflective of the cost: The road view was busier and louder than expected. We would have handled it but there was also construction on the road/beach/retaining walls literally next to the condo. This was bad timing/luck for us as it was very loud and disruptive. Some advance notice or even a token discount or gift certificate would have eased the sting of the condo’s cost for getting ocean views with a giant crane and loud drilling. The condo is beautiful even if it needs some updating (couch & swivel chairs should be replaced as they are worn and difficult to get up from. And how about a footrest of any kind..?) A couple more outdoor cushions would have been nice as the balcony furniture is well made but pretty hard. Victor got us a seemingly sturdy grab bar for the elderly guest to use when showering, but it would not stay on either shower wall; so, FYI there are no handles or rails for getting in and out of the tub/shower. It also would be nicer if the grout in certain places would get bleached or replaced. A bench or chair in the primary bedroom is needed, perhaps in other rooms too. And lastly, the pool was way too overheated, warmer than a bath.

Very pleasant stay and Victor was very helpful and accommodating.

This property was very nice. The property manager Victor took good care of us. We did have a problem with construction right outside our unit that occurred from 10pm to 4am, but Patrick was understanding and issued us a partial credit. The property was nice, and the property management quite responsive.

The property was exactly as described. It was large, well maintained and included all amenities needed. The management company was extremely accommodating and when I called needing something they immediately stopped by with a replacement. I just wish checkout time was a little later but understand. We made an excellent choice…

Beautiful property within walking distance of a market and pub. We were able to rent a golf cart, which was needed. If the property came with the option to rent a cart, I think that would be a huge plus. Adding a sentence about luggage storage and checkout would be beneficial too. This was a huge bonus for us since our flight didn’t leave until late afternoon. I’m glad I text Victor to ask! Overall great property!

This was our first visit to Key West. This place was great-very spacious and clean! Would definitely recommend. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the balcony watching boats. It was quiet and peaceful. We did rent a golf cart that wasn’t able to be parked in the garage but that was on us-just something to check on if you’re planning to do the same. A great place to stay!

Since it’s off the beaten path of Key West you are able to relax and enjoy. Not many places to eat nearby so bring your own stuff, the kitchen was stocked with essentials. Host thought of everything. Loved it

Oceanfront views are amazing. The condo is situated between two popular beaches. Well appointed and plenty of room. Get an on demand bus pass and it will pick you up close to the condo and drop you where you want. Very convenient.

Can’t recommend enough! Victor and last key reality we’re wonderful, unit was clean spacious and right in prime location. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

Condo was perfect. End unit with Balcony overlooking the water. Pool was amazing! Heated , clean, and overlooking a small private beach and ocean view. We had a group of teens and it was very safe and secure to let them go on their own to the game room & pool area. You needed a key to get in and out. Would rent this condo again.

The location is perfect for family and the unit is very spacious. The views from Bed 2 & 3 are gorgeous. Very convenient to the beach! A little noisy at times due to being an end unit next to a busy street. Wish the gym was more updated and treadmill was out of order. Victor is the best!!

This was a clean, well stocked condo! Check in directions were very clear and easy to follow. Loved the option to have provisions when we arrived! Our family loved our stay in Key West!

Perfect host for a bachelorette trip.

First, the property is beautiful and clean. Check in was so convenient and the condo had more extras than we could have imagined. Everything within the owner/property manager’s control was best in class. A very big negative is that it’s right beside a busy road. It was loud and just so so close. Because of that, we never used the balcony which was one of the reasons we selected this condo. That was a bummer.

We greatly enjoyed the property. Everything was just as stated and everyone was very helpful.

Victor has great in helping us to check in and out of the condo. He was also available to answer any questions. The condo unit was VERY clean. We had no complaints about the condo. Surrounding area was not as clear and could use some remodeling. We were disappointed in the ocean smell. The lower rating was due to the terrible smell when you were outside the condo.

The Key West Getaway property is very old. When we parked and walked through the very outdated hallways, we were extremely concerned. It looked horrible. However, once we opened the door to our particular room, we were quite surprised. Inside the unit itself was beautiful. The concierge for the property was very helpful.

We enjoyed the view of the ocean and the wrap-around porch. The Interior was clean and the staff very accommodating.

very nice....no complaints....I might suggest moving the tall deck chairs to the ocean front...the view is blocked if you use the shorter lounge chairs.

More beautiful than pictures! The view is AMAZING. The condo is very clean, very well stocked and close to everything.

Property was nice. Plenty of items there that's needed for the pool and beach. We didn't like the bad smell from the ocean which was due from when the water goes way down at night that it's a very bad smell. We live on a lake which goes down at winter pool and it's mud flats kind of reminded me of that.

Excellent property with large balcony o relooking the water. Did I say the balcony was large? Couldn’t have asked for a better place.
