We came down for the graduation and it was hectic but was great to come back to a clean and comfortable house and spend time playing checkers with the kids. We enjoyed watching the wild life outdoors and walking down to the creek and enjoying the serenity of the moving water.

The house was just as it was shown. We loved our stay and would stay here again.

This house was wonderful! 3 great sized bedrooms with very comfy beds. Very clean. amazing hot tub which we went it lots!! Very close drive to parks, and downtown Boone. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful trip! The location of the residence is absolutely PERFECT being close to anything you can imagine or planned on doing. I was a little concerned about the upkeep of the residence/housekeeping at first after reading some of the reviews, and then seeing a plastic fork in the flower bed right when when we pulled up. The outdoor trash bins still had trash from previous renters, which wasn’t a problem for us, just mentioning (like I said, because of the reviews about the company they use). I do want to re assure you, the house was CLEAN, and I know the Owners DO care about that aspect because the linen closet in master bath was not locked, and yes, I was nosy (*sorry*) and read the letter for the housekeeper from owners. According to the note (and checking after reading it), the “feet tips” for the dining room chairs were still not on the put on as the owners asked the housekeeper to do), so we were careful not to scratch the floor. We almost put them on, but it just slipped our mind as time went WAY to fast! I truly do not have one complaint about our stay or choosing this place for my daughter’s ASU Tour. Property is very well kept, OH!! We saw a Momma Deer with FIVE babies literally 8 feet from back porch! We’ve learned about 745-830 am, and 8-830 pm they come say hello and help themselves to the apple tree in the backyard. Would DEFINITELY consider this place again!! ~ * I was however confused about the recycling because here I recycle plastic and glass and cans. We were a little unsure about the recycling bin here. I think it was just for cans…hope I did it right!*~ I highly recommend this place. Checkout was easy peasy (and check in of course)! Wonderful time, location wildlife, and town!

This cabin was so cute and clean and we loved our stay, we seen a lot of bunnies and beavers out in the back yard. The master bed was so comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing! We loved the clean hot tub and couch was super comfortable!

We really enjoyed our stay! The beds were nice and did have linens provided. Towels and hot tub towels were also provided which was was great. The back yard was wonderful. Corn hole boards are there which was fun in the back yard and the fire pit area is very nice. The only downfall is that the trash had not been removed and we didn’t have space to put our trash bags which was concerning with mountain animals but overall great stay!

The only complaints that I have is the gas logs didn't work. And the combonation lock on the hot tub would not unlock. I informed the office of this, and they said they would send some one out, and if anyone came there was no evidence of anyone showing up. I was able to get the strap undone on the hot tub, but the logs never worked. Also the outside trash has not been dumped in a while I had to leave pizza in the fridge b/c there was no room in the outside cans for it.

The cabin was beautiful, clean, updated and spacious. Plenty of wildlife in the area. We saw deer, ground hogs and rabbits everyday in the rear yard. Great experience.

My friends and I loved this cabin. Morning coffee on the porch and close to wineries and attractions we went to. Campfires around the outside pit were great with s'mores. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect location and very comfortable and quiet

Great cabin and plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 children. Hot tub available and instructions present. No chlorine strips to test as instructed. Check in at 4pm and we arrived at 3:35-3:45 and cleaning crew still present. Asked to return at a later time. Trash left in outside trash bins from the crews cleaning efforts. We questioned the cleanliness of the sheets and the master bedroom comforter with noted stain on the comforter and wrinkled sheets. A checker from the board game rolled under the couch with plenty of dust bunnies and we looked under the sofa cushions to find the game piece but only found Cheerios and other various crumbs from prior guests. When we departed and checked the drawers and found old medications & chapstick from prior guests that only further solidified the cleaning crew isn’t up to par. Dishes seemed to just be placed everywhere and anywhere. Lids and bowls mismatched. The outside grill burners need attention. Just hope that the owners/rental property management will reassess the cleaning staff. I have my own dust bunnies and food crumbs at my home and I know they belong to us. I don’t want to go on vacation and worry about the cleanliness of the home we are visiting. That’s not what we paid for.....

The cabin was exactly as described. It was very clean. The fireplace didn’t work but we still very much enjoyed our stay.

We were very happy with our stay. The location is superb, just minutes to everything. The backyard and fire pit were awesome and perfect for the kids. Lots of room inside and super comfy. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at BearNGrace. The house is conveniently located and has all you need. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious living room. Clean and cozy. Will be back for sure!

We absolutely loved this cabin! The front porch is a great spot to sit and relax. The fire place inside was awesome on chilly nights. It was perfect for our girls trip!

Not the smoothest check-in. Arrived around 4:30 to find the cleaning lady and garbage person still there. House was heavy smell of cleaning products which I am sensitive too. Followed by hot tub lock (see the picture in the basket for "where" to align the numbers) only to discover water temp was 70. We guessed due to complete water change? Anyway, not usable until the following morning. No lighter for the grill which was horribly filthy so extra trips to the store to make supper. Overall cabin was nice but you know... some bumps.

Everything is just as described in the listing. This cabin is literally like 5 mins from everything so that was awesome and unexpected. No complaints here.
