What an amazing property! There really is nothing bad to say about this place. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The host was available when and if we needed and was very friendly and accommodating for our group of 5. The market is not far but be aware of the hours as they close from 2:30-5:30. The winery beside was also exceptional. We hope to be back one day.

The view
I don’t know where to start if you don’t mind walking 5 flights of steep stairs, up and down with your luggage with no help from you host.. Then this could be a place for you. If you don’t mind $60-$80 each way to Amalfi town then this could be the place for you. If you don’t mind ticks in your bed and ants in your room, this could be the place for you. If you don’t mind washing every dish you use before you leave and emptying your own trash at the top of the five flights of stairs before you leave, this could be the place for you. If you don’t mind terrible customer service, this could be the place for you. If you don’t mind it Inconsistent bus schedules throughout the day and you’re in no hurry to get to where you’re going this could be the place for you. If you don’t mind pushing and shoving to get on the bus at the end of the day, with extremely mean, bus drivers, this could be a place for you. If you are looking for a relaxing pampering vacation, this is not the place for you.

The apartment was really nice and well equipped with an amazing sea view. Our host were very nice and helpful and took good care of us.
When we arrived quite late at night, It was very diffucult for the taxi to find le villa without any sign on the road.
The information at Booking.com was wrong because it says there's 350 m to the center but there were no services near the villa. It also took 1,5 hours to walk at Fjord of Furore.
The vacation would have been better with own car. It was very complicated to use the public transport.
There were no buses directly from Amalfi to Naples.

This facility has everything that you need for your summer holiday. A very peaceful area and luckily the bus goes directly in front of the house.

It has the amazing sea view just like the ones in the photos. The owner Rosa and her family treated us really well and they all are very friendly, helpful and try to do their best to provide the best customer service. They make sure you’re safely checking in and out. The customer service is superb. The experience in the Jacuzzi on the balcony is great too. It has everything you need for one night or longer stay.

Lovely apartment, was an hour or less from popular tourist spots like sorrento, amalfi and positano. The apartment was clean, tidy and even had little touches like books and games. Excellent views from the balcony and bedroom. The vibes were honestly 10 out of 10. The host was lovely, couldn't have done more for us. We will definitely be returning.

It was clean and had a beautiful view. Nice to have a washer and dryer. The contact was easy to get ahold of.
Not enough seating for 4 adults. Only two chairs. The others had to sit around the table. When it says ground floor, that means the bottom of the hill, not where you park. Just know you will be walking up and down 98 stairs.

Unit will be great once all the work is completed and the bugs worked out. However, it was too early to rent in the state it was in. Property manager suggested that there should be a refund for the inconvenience, but that it was up to the owner
The villa was being upgraded and the patio will be fabulous, but the pictures with the nice furniture was not what we got. Second bathroom flooded on day 3 and that shower was no longer available. Power was out that same night and no emergency lighting for the last half of the steps and the emergency lights in the unit did not turn on. Problem solved at 1:00 AM. Workers returned the next day to fix plumbing issue and lighting issue. Workers left at 6:00 PM. Lots of inconveniences and not geared for four people at this time.

this villa exceeded expectations tremendously. it was a given from the pictures that the view and location of the villa on the cliff would phenomenal, and that did not disappoint. What was really nice was the personal touches left by Cirro in the apartment, especially in the kitchen, it was fully stocked with all the required utensils and that meant we could stay in, cook, spend time with family and also not splurge on meals all the time. it was really thoughtful. the oranges and kiwi in the estate were also in season and we were told we could have them, that was absolutely lovely. thanks for wonderful stay!

View from our apartment was okay with power lines in the way, and there was a friendly cat. Beds were comfortable. Off street parking, albeit tight.
We thought we were getting the above apartment as pictured but ended up with a converted basement.

The view is exactly like the pictures-amazing! The house has everything you need and an added bottle of wine which was a nice touch.
There is a bus service that comes hourly but I would suggest that you either hire a moped which is what we did, or bring a car.

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment in the villa is a dream. In addition, the location, the view and, very important in this region, the attached parking lot. The hiking trails can be accessed directly from Villa Arcate. Luca's restaurant with adjoining market, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot, is an absolute added value for a holiday in this holiday apartment. The team around Gennaro also supported us in every way. Thank you very much again.

Bedroom adjoins hosts living room and they had loud people over until 4am one night even though we messaged him and told him we couldn't sleep with the noise at 1130pm and nothing was done about it. When you pay predominantly to be able to sleep somewhere you do expect to be able to sleep and not be totally wiped out for the next day.

Our 3 night stay in Villa Le Arcate was amazing. The hosts were super helpful and were too supportive. Gennaro helped us with check-in, explained the facilities, recommended food and ordered on our behalf. He was full time available to help us during our stay. The property is located in a very nice location and view from the balcony was wonderful. It had jacuzzi, sunbathing chairs, and allowed Parkin lot.
We would definitely recommend the villa and hosts. One must stay here for sure. Nobody can beat the support and help our host has shown us. We will hopefully visit soon and stay again in the beautiful place. Cheers to the host!
May be a fan in the bedroom would help as it gets quite warm.

amazing views, very peaceful
the Villa was well equipped
it was not very clear to us upfront in the description that the Villa was more than 60 steps down from the main road - not very convenient with bags or a baby to carry (we were helped during check-in).
would recommend only if you have a car. We struggled a lot with the buses that are very infrequent. Sometimes they did not stop even if they had place.
lastly the transfer to Positano on a Sunday was a nightmare - no taxis or buses that let us in. We had started looking for a taxi right from Saturday. The host tried his best to help us but we eventually ended up sharing a ride with other tourists - a good 2 hours later. the bus stop has no shelter and were literally suffering from sunstroke

What an amazing place. First and foremost, our thanks to Gennaro, our host, who was exceptional. After seeing just how beautiful this place was—with an amazing kitchen, expansive garden and patio with breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast—we knew we wanted to spend our night in, enjoying the property. Gennaro told us where we could get wine and arranged for pizza. Situated in the quiet town of Furore, this is a perfect place to stop, with unparalleled views of the coast and an easy 1hr route back to Naples in the morning. If you can stay a few days, the coast's best hiking routes are right around the corner. The beds were comfortable and the property immaculate and well-equipped. So grateful we ended our tour of the coast here. Wish we could've stayed longer!

The accommodation was beautifully presented, clean, and had everything we needed. Stunning view, Great space too. Most importantly, extraordinary service from Gennaro - grazie mille for your kindness, helpfulness, responsiveness. We walked up all the stairs from the Sita bus stop near the sea, which we loved, so pretty! We only had small backpacks. If you have more luggage there are other transport options. We highly recommend Le Arcate and would love to come back one day. Perfect location for a beautiful swim in the sea , and to do Il Sentiero degli Dei!

No fixed parking place. There was an empty parking bay which I was told to park in. Then due to some unknown reason I was asked to move it to a paid spot. And was told to move the car from that spot before 8am! Really annoying and unorganised. Plus, no AC in the bedroom so it got really hot in the night. The AC in the kitchen / dinning room is not strong enough to cool the entire room.

Very friendly and helpfull landlord. It has been a large pleasure to stay at this gorgeous place. The view is extraordinary and the appartment has all amenities required. The first contact and the check-in had been a pleasure, very engaged and supportive. Even during our stay the landlord checked back with us and took care.

The house is very comfortable and in a good locatiion. Most people staying for a few days or more are likely to use it as a base for days out. We either walked or used our hire car. NB: don't hire a car unless you're a confident/decent driver - the tight, twisting roads are not for the faint hearted! There's a bus stop nearby as well. That said , it's also great for chilling and sunbathing. The views are simply beautiful. If you're remotely fit, do the "Path of the Gods" wwlk from nearby Agerola - there are stunning views. We also visited Amalfi and Pompeii - also highly recommended. Le Arcate was the perfect base for all three of our main activities.
No complainta at all. Nothing decent on the Amalfi coast is cheap - so, I'd say this place is good value.
