nice location, fit 8 comfortable, nice yard, beds comfortable, good updates, family room nice addition, washer dryer very nice. Adding a fire pit outside would be a plus.

We stayed at the anchorhouse for a month. Very clean house, nice quiet neighbourhood. Enjoyed the house. Thanks for having us.

The house was just as described in the listing. Good layout with enough space for our extended family. Centrally located to all of our favorite spots on the Cape. Some of the checkout rules were a little tough, but not impossible.

Third time at this location. Nice quiet neighborhood, many amenities and great memories. We'll be back.

The location was great! Within walking distance to a local park that had pickleball courts. Also we could ride our bikes to the Old Colony Rail Trial which links up with the Cape Cod Rail Trail. The backyard was nicely landscaped. I would recommend this place.

We had a very nice stay at this house. Its in a quiet neighborhood which we liked and is a half mile from the rail trail and has easy access to rt 6. We had 3 adults and 3 children and everyone had enough space. The pictures are accurate. Kids loved the outdoor shower.

We stayed here for a week and it was amazing! The house and location were beautiful and Nancy was very kind and communicative. We can’t wait to come back!

VRBO pictures are always taken in the best light, and it rained 5 of the 7 days we were in Cape Cod, so my wife and I were very pleased when we first entered our rental unit. Despite the gloomy weather outside, the entire unit looked very close to the very attractive VRBO pictures. While the upstairs hasn't been updated in awhile, the 1st floor bathroom and the kitchen were very current. LOVED the 1st floor shower.!!! And having the brand new washer and dryer in the basement wasn't a problem, because the basement was very clean and well lit. New bedroom sheets and comforters would give the bedrooms a fresh look, but we were asleep most of the time while in those rooms. For 1st time visitors to Cape Cod, this VRBO location was excellent - as we wanted to visit towns from Woods Hole to Provincetown...and we did. This unit is very fairly priced, and if we drive up from Charlotte again, I hope its available for us to rent again.

The property was both spacious and comfy. The kitchen was great to work in and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the light blocking shades were helpful. There was an issue with one of the shower doors but we were informed that it was safe and it was being worked on. Nancy was available via text for any issues or concerns. There was more cleaning required prior to leaving than many other places I have stayed at VRBO but it was do-able. Safe neighborhood and great yard

The house was very nice and fairly well-equipped. The kitchen was great and we really enjoyed the family room. The grounds were beautiful and the location was perfect. We did miss having a tv or even a radio in the master bedroom upstairs, and could have used more towels, tub mats and toilet paper. The streaming tv’s did take getting used to, but worked out fine. Overall, great stay!

Loved our stay at The Anchor. Yes, there's a HUGE rusty ole anchor in the side yard. Nancy was very attentive to our needs. THANK YOU! Loved the AC, the two large comfortable sitting areas, easy access to smartTV, internet, wonderful washer and dryer. Yard games, beach chairs, flower gardens. Quiet neighborhood, perfect kitchen with Jenn Air stove. Well equipped kitchen HUGE GE fridge. Bank Street beach is close by and perfect for families. Loved the nearby rail-trail and ferry to Nantucket. Truly is a Lovely community. Can't wait to go back. Thank you Nancy.

Homeowner, Nancy, was so helpful both before our stay and during out stay. The house was so clean and bright. The beds were comfortable and linens were provided. The neighborhood was quiet and so welcoming. Biking trails, walking in the neighborhood, beaches, town, everything was very close. We cannot wait to return next year!!

My family and I had a lovely stay at “The Anchor”. The house was well appointed and roomy for a family of 8. The patio was great for outdoor dining and the yard was perfect for wiffle ball games. Nancy was a great host! The house is conveniently located to town and the beach! Fun was had by all!

I adult from Delaware, 1 adult from Maine, 4 adults from Kentucky. We came for a family reunion . The large comfortable house and beautiful yard were an ideal setting. The weather all this week was perfect , sunny and 72 degrees. We’d love to come back !

The Anchor was exactly as described. From the beautiful landscaping that greeted us, to the homey accommodations, it was so relaxing. I would recommend this home to anyone. Cozy but efficient.

Centrally located, well-appointed (and clean) house in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable (a plus at our age). The house is a short drive to beaches, hiking, biking, kayaking, and good restaurants. Nancy was great, well-organized, and everything went smooth start to finish. The bottom line is we would stay at this house again, .....and again..... and again.

This is our second time staying at Nancy’s house and it was perfect once again. This time we had our 8 month old daughter with us. The house is incredibly clean, has everything you could need for your stay, including a crib! Nancy is a fantastic host who makes sure you have everything available for you. The house is very well located to get to everything we wanted to go to in the Cape. We can’t wait to stay again, thank you Nancy for everything!!

This house was very comfortable and attractive, decorated in a real 'New England' style. There was more than enough room for two grandparents, two parents and a lively three year old both within the house and in the garden; the neighbourhood is quiet and safe, and the many local beaches are clean and beautiful. Shops were within easy walking distance of the property, as was the local well-stocked library. Further afield there are many interesting places to visit, such as Province town where the pilgrims first landed. We found everything we needed in the house (though why don't Americans have egg cups!), and all the instructions were clear. Inside cupboards and some pans could have been cleaner, hence 4 rather than 5 stars for that section, but this was easily rectified. Throughout the booking process contact with the owner was very easy. We had a wonderful holiday, and would love to visit this area again in the future.

The home was beautiful. Nicely updated and tastefully decorated. The patio and grill were a nice touch. All top line appliances including the washer/dryer. Very quiet neighborhood. The cleanup instructions were a bit extensive considering there was a cleanup and laundry fee included but thats about the only negative thing I can say about our experience. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this property. It was spotless upon arrival and everything you need is there! The garden is absolutely beautiful and we so enjoyed sitting outside on the patio. We will be back! Thank you Nancy!

We just loved staying in this home. It was comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and has a great layout. It felt like 5-10 minutes in any direction we could experience different things with so many options. The procedures were reasonable and straightforward. We would select this home again and highly recommend.
