What a unique place! Well appointed and comfortable, Aaron and Jaqueline have created a really wonderful space to gather and stay, and we’re super communicative and helpful for any needs. Loved the hideaway room for the kids and the setting is beautiful amidst the working farm. Hope to return in the future, loved our stay!

Creek House was the perfect place to spend a pre-Thanksgiving weekend with family! The home itself has a fabulous layout with plenty of space for large gatherings. The kids loved the Hideaway (so did the adults!), and the farm setting was a wonderful vacation from the busyness and noise of our daily lives. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided, and Aaron was very quick to respond to any questions we had about the property. We would love to return when we can spend more time.

Lovely property with loads of space. This is our second October outing at the Burton Creek house. Swing set for kids. The firepit is always a highlight. A very short drive to groceries. Best of both worlds!

Creek House was so perfect for our needs. Layout is great and really accommodates a large group. There were 8 adults and 1 toddler but more extended family came for a grilled dinner and s'mores by the fire pit. We came for a wedding but were surprised at how much fun we continued to have feeding the 3 piggies and seeing the horses and cattle. Aaron is a great guy, responsive, professional and just really nice.

Our stay was everything we wanted. We had 12 family members (3 generations) and were very comfortable. There is so much space you could never be crowded. The grounds are beautiful for relaxing walks among the animals. We have voted to return for next years trip.

These is second year we have rented the Creek House for my mother-in-laws birthday party. She had her kids, grandkids, great grandkids, and this year 5 great great grandkids show up to her party. The house is perfect for everyone. Plenty of room for the adults to socialize. The host has set up one of the bedrooms for kids with bunk beds, toys and a wii gaming system. Everyone really enjoyed themselves. We will be back again next year!

This home was a breath of fresh air. Animals to watch, as well as a quiet setting. The open space on the main level was great for our three generations to gather for graduation weekend for our granddaughter. Three bathrooms worked out okay. The only thing that was not perfect, was the size of the beds. A double bed is too small by today’s standards (for two people), and no king size was available. The house however, is spacious.

Our daughter graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University this weekend. We had four generations of family traveling from three states and this was a wonderful location for our celebration with everyone together. We had rainy weather, but there were so many activities at the house that we hardly noticed the rain. These was plenty of room and everything was well-stocked (kitchen, bathrooms, play areas, even laundry room).

We were in from out of state for a funeral. Our family was able to all stay in one location creating a stronger bond and support durning a difficult time. There was a lot of room to spread out and a lot of activities for the adults and children. The hosts for this property were the best I have encountered. They were very kind and accommodating. They even let my grandchildren walk out to the barn and see a two week old colt. The hosts thought of everything. The house was stock with everything you would need. The pictures on the web do not do this property justice. Beautiful property! If I could give the six stars I would. Thank you to the Burton family for your hospitality. We appreciate it more than you know. If you are visiting the Muncie area, staying at this property is a must. You won’t be disappointed.

Great place for large family gatherings!!

We needed a place to get our “large” family for a weekend away! We wanted to be together on the first anniversary of our Dad/husband/grandpa passing. Thanks for an amazing oasis in our lives.

Great house, and great lines of communications with the owner

We rented the house for a few families and two Ball State graduates. The home was more than we could have asked for! It was beautiful with a lot of unique touches. The owner was quick to welcome us and respond to any questions. Highly recommend!!!

We had such a wonderful time! Everything was clean and cozy. And that kid's hideaway was amazing! Our grandchildren absolutely LOVED it! We would highly recommend this home, especially for families who want quality time together. Thank you for making our holiday together a special memory!

We came together to celebrate the life of our sorority sister who passed last year and enjoy BSU Homecoming. The Burton farm and house exceeded expectations on every level. It is large with several zones/areas for gathering. The bedrooms are well appointed and there is plenty of room for a large group. The kitchen is well stocked and it is easy to find necessary items. It was exceptionally clean and the hosts were immediate to respond to all of our communications. I can’t say enough about this property and the hosts. We are so grateful to have had this beautiful space to celebrate the life of our friend and to reconnect as a group. Five stars all down the line!

Our family of nine (seven adults and two kids) was in Muncie for a wedding. The Creek House was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out....and come together. We all enjoyed great conversations and S'mores around the firepit. There's plenty of parking. The house is tucked away in a safe location. The kitchen was well appointed. We all agreed the house was an excellent choice.

We stayed here with some family and friends and could not be any happier with the property. There was so much space and everything was gorgeous- even prettier than the pictures. We had a wonderful time staying here.

We were just in town visiting for a few short days but loved every minute of it. The house was clean and in a great location. We loved the farm animals near by. I would highly recommend this location!

We had a great 10 days at The Creek House. Aaron and family were great hosts and we enjoyed their guided tour of the farm. The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious for our large family and we made full use of the kitchen and laundry room. It's fair to say we spent as much time outside as inside because it's so beautiful. Our boys especially enjoyed the creek. We could easily have stayed several more days in the beautiful place. The house was amazing! We had a get together for my 87 year old mother in law’s birthday. There was plenty of room for the adults to socialize. The has a fantastic room for kids to hang out. Toys, video games, and bunk beds. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would need to cook. We really enjoyed our stay. We plan on making this location an annual get together.

The property was an amazing fit for our annual family reunion. The property owners were wonderful to work with!

This is our fourth year treating our family to a BnB vacation all together, and Creek House on Burton Farm is hands down our favorite place. Spacious inside and out, lovely, lots of amenities, and helpful hosts.

Our stay here was seamless. The property is beautiful, the house is clean and well appointed and the hosts were so attentive to our needs. They even brought us an extra coffee maker! We are very curious about the history of this house. We had a fabulous stay! Thank you!

Our grandkids love this place. It’s peaceful interesting, comfortable, very clean, and beautifully appointed. I especially love the guidebook that lets you know where everything is.

Our family takes one weekend a year to meet up for a family Vacation. Our parents live in New Castle. Because of their health we decided this year to stay closer to their home. We chose this location because it was near their home. The home is set up so nice. Decorated so nice. And the location was outstanding. Sitting on the front porch in the rocking chairs enjoying watching the horses was so peaceful. There is so many unique rooms and hideaways in the home. And the communication w the owner was excellent. We will definitely stay again. If I had one thing to change I would suggest upgrading the beds. With the size of the rooms it would very nice to have queen size beds.

Our group returned to the Creek House for another great weekend. Beautiful property and house.

Such a grand home on a beautiful working farm. We enjoyed every part of this spacious and comfortable home!!! Three bathrooms (one ADA accessible!), five bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen and horses, cows and pigs out every window. Such a special family home that feels loved! Thank you Burton Farms!!!

We throughly enjoyed staying at Aaron & Jacqueline’s listing! We came into town for my brothers graduation and this was the perfect location to celebrate him and be able to spend time with family.
