Had a wonderful week long stay at this Jay Peak ski-in ski-out condo during our annual spring break ski trip. The condominium is an easy 75 feet walk to the Grammy Jay ski trail and the building was quiet even though every unit appeared to be occupied during the busy week. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed to cook, and the upstairs living room was a great place for the family to hang out. The separate entrance to the downstairs mud room with a boot and glove dryer made it easy to get ready to go skiing every day. Hope to return here for a future stay.

This ski in ski out condo was perfect for an in-state get away in the midst of a hard winter. We ended up having a very small group due to restrictions but made the best of it and really enjoyed our time on and off the mountain!

This condo was very clean, comfortable, great ski on/off Grammy Jay, and very well stocked with above-average kitchenware (note: wish we had brought tin foil or plastic wrap for sandwiches to go and leftovers, so be sure to pack your own). Communication with the owners was easy and prompt. Boot and glove dryers downstairs were an added bonus. Loved that the front door opened to the main level with en-suite master and twin beds bedroom with hall full-bath, kitchen, and main living areas (TV has cable and Roku!). Downstairs has a secondary living area with cable TV and another en-suite master. Loved our stay!!!

Five stars for our family stay. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Access to the mountain/trails could not be easier. Could have not asked for a better ski in/out stay in all of New England.

Property was very clean, manager met us there upon arrival, had some communication with owners which went well.. would rent again!

The place was great, very clean, great location, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. We had 4 kids with us so the second living area was perfect to give them a place for their video games. The mud room was perfect for taking off and storing ski gear at the end of the day. The grammy jay trail was 15ft from the front door so it was great ski in ski out. We took the shuttle to the water park and arcade with no problems and walked upto the rock climbing and movie center which was only a parking lot away. This place is great for the kids and I would recommend this place to anyone. The owners were also very responsive to emails and phone calls when we had questions. Only thing that could have been better was some fresh powder!!!!

This was our second stay and it's a great family condo!

Jim was super responsive and we really enjoyed our stay. There's nothing better than being slopeside especially with kids. We will be staying again!

This place was perfect. Everything was super clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay on the mountain. It stayed very warm in the condo and it was nice and spacious for a group of people with ski equipment and all. I would 100 % recommend this condo.

Perfect condo for our family of eight to share a ski weekend together. Well equipped for our needs and we loved the ease of the ski in/ski out feature! We also appreciated the separate mud room entry which we used for our skiing comings & goings. The gas fireplace was a cozy feature after a day of skiing and the sunrises were beautiful from the deck off the kitchen.

Great weekend. As always, Jay delivered a ton of snow allowing us to enjoy the slopeside access the condo offers.

Great location, fantastic layout for families with teenagers! The downstairs has a bedroom, bathroom as well as a family room which gave everyone their space. Kitchen was well stocked with everything that you needed. Skiing was fantastic..... love Jay

We really enjoy our stay at the condo. It is really a ski-in and ski-out condo. The owners Jim and Cathy are very attentive to our needs. Would love to come back again!

First, getting stuff from car to condo was very easy, unlike other we have rented which required effectively climbing three flights of stairs. The rooms were good sized and the beds comfortable. There were sitting areas upstairs and a smaller one downstairs. Ski in/out very easy. Condo was well supplied and equipped. Finally, the owner was very accommodating, which we did appreciate.
