The towels and bedding not being provided was a big hassle for my family traveling from Alaska. The price advertised and price paid is VERY different. The price listed is clearly not the average price! It ended up being twice the amount and that was on an off season weekend. A cleaning fee implies a very clean place especially if owner is not having to do laundry. The floors were definitely not clean to my standards. There were no trash bags that fit the main garbage cans in kitchen. The light in kitchen was out with no replacement bulbs. I was thankful for dishes and cookware to use for food preparation. The bed situation was difficult as I have an elderly mother who was unable to climb into the higher than average queen bed in the main bedroom. The light switches and electrical units are a little quirky. Overall it was a shelter to stay in but not worth the price paid. I have stayed in several VRBOs with friends and family over the years and this one ranks on the low side.

This property had everything we needed and was exactly as advertised. Convenient location- just a couple minutes to nature centers, downtown, beach and bike paths.

My wife and I booked this home so we could stay in Cape May for our honeymoon. From the start, the owner, Bobby, communicated with us and made us feel welcome. Upon arrival we immediately found something special from the owners (Thanks guys!). The home was perfectly neat and clean, and appeared recently updated. We found the home was exactly as it appeared in the photos. The front door had an easy-to-use keypad deadbolt, or the option to use a key. There’s also a glass screen door, so you can leave the front door open and enjoy a bit more sunlight. The living room was roomy, with ample seating. We spent a few nights watching movies there. The kitchen has a drip coffee maker, as well as a Keurig. The appliances all functioned as intended, and everything was spotless. The washer/dryer appeared new, and functioned well. The bathroom also seemed recently renovated, and had a pleasant nautical color scheme. The master was roomy, and had plenty of storage for our 1 week stay. We didn’t utilize the 2nd bedroom at all, but I made for a Great space to keep our bags in and fold laundry. One thing worth noting is that all the ceiling fans are modern, remote controlled units which allow you to adjust color brightness and temperature. I really appreciated that, since I prefer a warmer, yellow light, and my wife prefers operating table bright white. We also had the pleasure of talking to the kind and genial next door neighbors, who ended up bringing cookies and quiche for us. In conclusion, we thoroughly enjoyed the home and its accommodations. We found the location was far enough away from the busy area, but close enough to the center of town

We had a blast staying at this property. We enjoyed the location and how quite it was during the stay. We were close to all beaches and away from all the hustle and bustle of the mall.

The property is located a short distance from Beach Avenue. Bobby was very quick to answer any questions I had and was a great guy to deal with. The house was very clean, freshly painted, just as described in the listing. It has everything you could need. Appliances were new or nearly new, and everything works great. Internet is solid so you can work from there if you need to. It is really convenient and everywhere seems to be a straight line and takes only minutes. From the front door to the beach took minutes. The big supermarkets at Rio Grande are 8 minutes. All in all it’s a fabulous vacation rental and I would not hesitate to recommend it or stay there again.

Fresh, clean and updated was my first impression. Nice quiet street, we also enjoyed the front porch. Short walk to the beach! All in all had a wonderful vacation!

Just need to add a cooking skillet to make it a perfect rental! Loved it!

The quad was wonderful! It was seven blocks from a relaxing beach with a bathroom. The owners have put a lot of care into making it a comfortable place to stay. The furniture, paint, and decor was very updated and nice. We really enjoyed having breakfast on the comfortable rocking chairs on the cozy front porch. Extremely family friendly neighborhood and only one mile from shopping which our teens loved biking to. We will definitely be back next year.

This was a last minute booking for me when other plans changed. The host was delightful and very helpful. The condo was clean, easily accessible, and located in a wonderful neighborhood. I look forward to returning to this wonderful rental.

This property is perfect for a couple needing a place at the beach for a getaway. Beach is close, and all Cape May attractions are a close drive away. A trolley also stops at the corner so you could walk to the trolley stop and go into town. Inside there are 2 BR 1 full bath, kitchen, washer and dryer. Everything works well including the air conditioning! Outdoor shower was also convenient for coming back from the beach. There was also a gas grill outside which we used to cook our own meals. The bed was a queen and comfortable. The living area was spacious and included a large sectional sofa combination. We had a good time and we will likely return in the future.

I would rent again! We had a problem and he offered immediate help and then he followed up with us. He is a good business man!
