We have been vacationing at Hampton Beach for over 20 years. Our stay this year was one of the best partly due to our accommodations. Jenny's unit was super clean and well stocked with the essentials. The furniture was comfortable and the decor relaxing. When we had a question, she responded immediately. We highly recommend Jenny's spot!

Condo is extremely clean and very comfortable. Excellent location. Plenty of soap, towels, toilet paper, etc. I asked Jenny a few questions and she replied right away. I would highly recommend this to anyone and would definitely stay there again!

Clean condo, easy access instructions, nice beach equipment and amenities

The condo was wonderful. It is spacious and the common area outside the condo really added to the experience. More than enough paper towels, towels, soap, etc. I had a few questions before we arrived and Jenny answered me back immediately. The only thing that was missing was a grill. But the condo association forbids them. And because of that, we usually went out to dinner! :-)

Condo is immaculate with lots of decor touches that have an upscale vibe. Minutes to the beach. Highly recommend!

Love this complex this is our 4th staying in the complex first time in this unit. This unit was fully equipt with everything plus some. If I had to find a negative it would be no key pad for entry like other units in complex so I was aways worried I would lose the key. Thanks.

Condo was very clean and quiet. In a very good location. Far enough away from the busy Boardwalk but close to several restaurants. Condo had all the convenient necceties to make our stay that much more easy and enjoyable. We were all very happy and impressed with your Condo. We would gladly stay here again in the near future. Room was nice had all the amenities. The condo complex itself not a lot of privacy and no grounds or pool. Really nothing to do except sit in the unit when your there. But still had a good time.

My husband and I stayed here for a week, the condo is very comfortable, clean and in a convenient location for Hampton Beach fun. The hosts were responsive to our outreach, overall great place, definitely would return and stay here again

This place was perfect for our family. It was very spacious and comfortable. It is the perfect location. Short walk to the beach and away from the nighttime boardwalk craziness. We would definitely this place again.

I was looking for a weekend getaway with my family before the arrival of our new baby. The location was perfect walking distance to the beach, the place was immaculate, and the owner made sure we had everything we needed and more. The condo community was very welcoming and and kind. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Accommodations were excellent for son & his young family, including high chair and beach buggy & sand toys!! Easy walk to beach.

Condo was again immaculate and Jenny is very responsive. This is the 2nd year we have stayed here and both trips were great! We look forward to coming back again next year

This property was perfect for our week at the beach. Everything was basically brand new and super clean. The rental had everything we needed and more including a high chair which was a nice surprise since we were staying with our 11 month old son.

She answered all of my questions and even gave tips for traveling to the area with a toddler. The condo was even better than described. Everything was so clean and felt brand new. The kitchen was well equipped. The television had cable and a few apps already installed which was great since we had a few rainy days. There were tons of beach toys and a high chair, which came in so handy with our one year old. The bed was very comfortable and there was no shortage of all amenities (paper products, blankets, bath towels, etc). It is about a block or less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and there are several restaurants that are even closer. Super convenient. I would absolutely recommend this rental and would book again.

This was our third trip to Hampton Beach, staying in a different place each visit, and of those, this is our favorite place to stay. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The host is quick to respond to inquiries, and it is so nice not to have to pack toilet paper, paper towels, hand and dish washing soaps, etc. The apartment is well stocked with incidentals. We would love to return to this unit or rent any other unit from this host.

This rental was one of the best we have ever stayed in! It was immaculately clean, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, and quiet. We have a 2 year old so convenience is everything. The elevator made unloading a breeze. The condo was very toddler-friendly - I felt like he could walk around without bonking anything or breaking anything. They even had a high chair and some toddler toys in the closet, which was SUCH a nice touch. There is Netflix on the TV, a very well stocked kitchen, and two bathrooms. The outdoor patio area was a fantastic bonus. The beach is really lovely too and we enjoyed JB Seafood nearby. There is a really nice botanical garden about 12 minutes away. We had such a nice, convenient, clean, stress-free stay that we're already talking about coming back next summer!

We stayed 8/8-8/15...condo was immaculate. Location was convenient to everything. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and well kept condo. Kelly was responsive to any questions we had. Brian H
