We love the privacy of the pool and the proximity to the beach. If I had any complaints, I would say the floors could be cleaned better and the beach cart would be better if it was a wagon.

The main living area of the property and kitchen were great. The bedrooms could use a little updating. The beach amenities could use an update with nicer chairs and some sand toys. TV in living room needs attention. Perhaps a battery in the remote. 3:00pm would be better check-in even though we realize time needs to be allowed for cleaning but a 4:00pm is loss of a day. Good location. Quiet area and close to beach. Enjoyed the covered area which allowed us to sit outside and take a break from the sun. Only 1 mile from Pune Avenue shops. Only issue is kitchen did not have oven mitts and no grill utensils. Also no flat baking pans to heat up food in oven. Overall this was very nice

We absolutely loved the pool and covered patio. As lifelong residents of Manatee Co, being able to staycation on Holmes Beach is a tradition and we can’t wait to return Coral Breeze.

We had a wonderful time!!! Everything was as pictured and very clean. We needed a blender and the property manager dropped one off that same afternoon. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for a home within walking distance to beach. It was about a block away from public beach access. We had an amazing time!

There were 3 of us so the 1 twin bed in the second bedroom that was broken (no kidding, broken) wasn’t a problem. The other beds were comfy. The unit is small but very cozy and the unit was well furnished. The service staff was quick to help when we had issue with our door lock and I pointed out that the rag rug under the coffee table/ trunk was a tripping and skidding hazard. He agreed and said he would report it to office. But after those issues let me say we would definitely rent here again.

Our house on AMI was amazing!! Perfect location with just a small walk to the beach. The pool was great and the house was very clean. Will stay here again!!

We were not disappointed. It was as great as last time and if there was an issue it was taken care of at once. The grill was working but with a hole in the bottom and lost heat. We reported this and the same day Kevin took care of it and an hour later he came with a new grill. As many reviewers have noted, the main shower head is a problem. It is very strong and makes showering with a sunburn unbearable. We have reported this. Even before Kevin arrived, we found out that it has an adjustment screw above the shower head that can be used to reduce the water spray. Thus, the problem has been solved. Kevin would have also replaced the shower head, but this was no longer necessary. I cannot imagine a better service – first class service. Misty from the office and Kevin had really provided an excellent service.
The photos are exactly what you would expect. The covered parking is ideal. It was possible to get into a "cooled" car even at noon in the greatest heat.
The pool is big and with a small table ideal for a drink after a lovely day at the beach. The walk to the beach is short (3 min) and with the beach cart all beach utensils could be easily taken to the beach.

We loved this duplex! We had friends on the B side and the kids loved running back and forth through the gate to the other side. House was small but perfect for 2 adults and 1 kid. Clean, well furnished and stocked. Beach access was really close!

Upon arrival, the temperature was close to 80 degrees inside the house. It took over 40 minutes for the ac to kick in. We noticed later that evening that the master shower wasn’t working. I tried it, my husband tried it without success . Several days in the row we switched on the shower again, without success only a few drip of water would come out. I emailed the property manager without getting a response until I emailed them again the day before we left. I took a video showing the shower not working and emailed it to the management in my first email . I requested a credit for a non working master shower. They replied back today with a video showing a working shower and basically telling us we did not know how to turn on a shower and literally making fun of us in the video, so disrespectful!!! The pool pump was also leaking, landscaping lights and pool light were not working so you we were not able to swim past sunset. Master bedroom felt like a basement room, no windows and master bathroom had a tiny window. The house is in a great location but it needs to be updated, too many small non working items. The pictures they provided are deceiving and have been photoshopped . I would not recommend this property based on the management. We have contacted and booked a different rental with a different property management for our next 2 week vacation rental in Anna Maria.

The previous year, they provided a buggy to take all the beach items to the beach but they did not do that this year so we had to buy our own. The mattress on the bed definitely needs to be replaced. It also would also be nice to have a coffee maker that works properly and turns off automatically. Other than that, the unit is very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, great big dining room table and comfy living room furniture! We already booked again for two months next year and can't wait to be back!!

It was nice to spend a few hours at the beach then walk back to the house and relax in the pool. It would have been nice to have some beach supplies like beach chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards though. We would definitely rent this property again next summer.

Walking down to the gorgeous beach for the sunset every night was about a 5 minute stroll on a quiet pretty street. The home had a lot of kitchen utensils, plenty of dishes, pots and pans etc. The decor was adorable beach/coastal theme with lots of little details. I would recommend this place to anyone who asked. I think the only recommendation would be to replace the mattress soon in the master bedroom. It was overdue for replacement. Overall it was an awesome tropical paradise vacation.

The property was a short walk to the beautiful Gulf beach and the backyard oasis with private pool made it hard to decide where to spend our sun filled days. The home was comfortable and had plenty of room for four adult guests.
