This house was perfect for our family to stay together for our Son's wedding. The rehearsal dinner was in Mystic & the Wedding took place in Waterford. We were all very happy with how close the house was to downtown Mystic. The home is so lovely I wish we had a little more time to relax. There are two full bathrooms which is very important when you have 3 women & two men trying to get ready for events. We enjoyed sitting at the large dining table & on the two couches together recapping the events. It was also great to have central air conditioning since the outdoor temps in CT were unseasonably warm that weekend. The decor is stunning and there is an incredible inventory of dishes, glassware & flatware. Plenty of towels & wash clothes. Comfy beds in well appointed rooms. Lynda is a great hostess who responded very quickly to each of my inquiries. I hope to revisit this lovely home in the future.

It was a very nice house and the sites to visit were amazing. Over all we all had a very pleasant visit thank you.

This property hits the mark. We were 4 adults 2 toddlers (aged 2). House checked all the boxes required for a great stay. Easily accommodated our party size, clean and the ability to walk to town. Host were responsive, neighbors even gave us a wave whilst we were playing in the garden.

Lynda was a great host, communication was timely and friendly. The home was in a quiet neighborhood, close enough to walk to town. You can see a bit of the water from the back deck, which was a nice spot to gather. Beds were comfortable, the house was very clean, and the showers had good pressure. We hope to be back!

This is our 2nd time staying in this house. When coming back to Mystic we knew this was where we wanted to stay. Communication with Lynda is always easy. She really wants her guests to feel at home. Even if you don't want to see all that Mystic has to offer this would be a great house where you could relax and unwind. I highly recommend this house for your stay!

Comfortable, clean, quiet house in a lovely neighborhood a short walk from village and a five-minute drive to Seaport. Exceptionally well-stocked kitchen, spacious great room and bedrooms with light-cancelling shades. Everything was done to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you!

We had a fantastic vacation in the property, it was immaculately clean when we arrived and such a beautiful space to spend our month long vacation in Mystic. Lynda, the property owner, was great at communicating and very helpful throughout our stay. We loved living back in Mystic and this property provided the ideal location due to being a short 5 minute walk into town. The yard was a big hit with our three year old and the large deck area lovely to spend our evenings, we would love to stay again in the future.

We booked the home with our close fiends who were attending the same wedding festivities. Although the wedding was kid-free and we left our little one back home, our friends brought their kiddo (16 months) along with a young relative to watch her while we attended the event. It was perfect for our small group but also served as great gathering spot for a night cap for another couple staying close by. The Gormans were very accommodating to our group of all ages. We hope to return in the future!

This property was absolutely beautiful!! The house is perfectly located within walking distance of town and was great for the getaway we were looking for. The rooms were all beautifully appointed and the communication with the owner was flawless!! My family had a wonderful time exploring Mystic and thoroughly enjoyed this charming house! This is a beautiful house, extremely clean and an easy walk to downtown Mystic. Owner communication was excellent. House has everything you need for a great stay and the owners provided several nice surprises for us upon checking in. Other reviewers have mentioned the pictures do not do justice to the property. Yes, it’s even better than pictured. You cannot go wrong by selecting this house for your Mystic stay.

This home was welcoming, comfortable and in a great location. In town for a wedding with my husband, 6yo and mother, we loved our stay and did not want to leave! Plenty of room, lots of beautiful light, everything we needed to eat in, rest well during a busy wedding weekend, close to other family staying at Spicer Mansion, and easy to get everywhere we needed to be - welcome event at Treehouse, wedding in Noank, morning doughnuts 😀 from Young Buns, and dinners in town. My daughter also loves the “game room” (den). Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lynda has a lovely home in Mystic smack dab in a beautiful neighborhood that is very well situated. Mystic and the surrounding times have much to offer and our time was wonderful due in large part to our accommodations. Looking forward to next year. Lisa

The property was very well maintained, tastefully decorated, appropriately equipped with modern appliances, central A/C, and very recent technology. The location was literally within walking distance, as my young grandchildren and other family members and I literally walked 0.4 miles to Main Street in Mystic to the shopping and dining scene. The property owner stayed in contact just the right amount from the front end to the back end of the rental. The check-in and check-out processes were frictionless. We would definitely recommend this property to family members and friends.

This was our fourth (I believe) stay at this house. It is always a pleasure. The location is perfect and the house is beautiful.

This was a highly anticipated trip for the summer… it didn’t disappoint!!! The house was amazing and the Gorman’s have a fabulous home. Our daughter Lina enjoyed the open space very much ❤️. Surprisingly nobody told us about the fire flies at night!!! The kitchen was large enough to accommodate a lobster & steamers dinner for 6 people! We hope to stay here again for our next visit to Mystic!!!

The back porch and patio were really great spots to sit outside. The house does overlook a cemetery but you can only see it from two of the upstairs bedrooms and it didn't bother us. The three bedrooms were decent sizes with good beds. The bathrooms were HUGE and well stocked with nice quality towels. Really the house had all of the touches you would want in a good VRBO, and made it a very comfortable place to stay. The A/C was really powerful on some very hot days. And the location was really good - about a 10 minute walk to all that Mystic has to offer. You do have to be able to walk hills as coming back to the house is a relatively steep hill. We highly recommend this home.
