La ubicación es excelente, ya que se encuentra a unas pocas cuadras desde la terminal de trenes bala (shinkansen) que es el medio a través del cual llegamos y nos fuimos de la ciudad. Habitación cómoda y personal amable. Volvería con todo gusto a alojarme aquí

Very convenient location close to the station as well as touristic spots in Himeji. Very friendly and supportive staff. Good breakfast.

Room was rather small and windows covered with non-removebla curtains (they were not meant to open in order to let daylight in) - means absolutely zero view to the outside. Very hard and not comfortable bed. Partly small damages in the room.

朝食会場の女性スタッフの接客マナーが良くありませんでした。がっかり評価の理由はこれです。 またホテルの設備に関してですが、ベッドにかけてある飾りの布がくたびれていて繊維がたくさん出ていました。あまりにひどかったのでハサミで切りました。とても綺麗な部屋なので、この飾りはない方がいいのではと思いました。あと、バスタブにシャワーをかけると、小さなゴミや短い髪の毛がいくらか出てきました。バスタブ上部の部品の中からだと思います。これはどこのホテルもそうなので仕方ないですね。

The location of this hotel is excellent. It's on the north side of the train station making it an easy walk to the castle. I had read that it was the only hotel north of the train station, but I saw others. There's a lot of shopping nearby and a supermarket where you could buy groceries. I really enjoyed the deep soaking tub. It made for a very relaxing bathing experience. There was a kettle in the room with instant tea. It would have been nice to have some tea bags or some instant or ground coffee.

I'm not sure if I really like the check in and check out from a kiosk. I know that it's efficient but I feel disconnected from staff, making the entire stay seem a bit cold. I'm sure the staff is very nice, but you really wouldn't know it because you have very little interaction with them. The room got very warm inside and I couldn't figure out how to adjust the temperature. But maybe that's on me because I can't read or speak Japanese.

Room extremely small. The bathroom smells awful. We reserved a room with a massage chair. It’s a massage pad on a chair.

Fantastic location and local staff. Short walk from the station, lots of amazing food around and the castle is just up the road.

Out of all the hotels we’ve stayed at across Japan it was the the most firm, extremely firm. Just an FYI if that isn’t for you.

We had a problem with our room with the air conditioning not working. Hotel staff said wait 15 minutes when it was clearly broken and the fan would not circulate air. Even after it was clear the hotel could not fix it, It took us an extreme amount of effort to get the hotel to arrange for a room change. When they finally agreed, it took more than 15 minutes to get new keys to the new room. All the delays made us late for a dinner appointment. In our opinion the hotel put their bureaucracy in front of taking care of a guest. It was a real service failure and a bad experience.

Really liked the hotel. The entrance through sliding wooden doors was impressive. Thr room was the best we stayed in during our 3 week visit. Wished we had more than one night. Lovely big window with a view of the castle in the distance. Spacious. Lovely bathroom with separate shower and bath. Definitely recommend this chain if this is the standard and the price was better than some less superior hotels.

Location is perfect. Just over 5 mins to the station and a 20 minute walk to the castle. Bathroom was a decent size and room bigger than the average for Japan They allowed us to store baggage before and after checkout

위치 좋았습니다. 히메지성이 객실 창문에서 정면으로 보이는 야경이 좋았습니다. 가성비 대비 나쁘지 않았습니다. 리셉션 직원이 친절하고 도와주려 노력하는 모습이 보였습니다. 호텔 조식 대신 1층의 커피숍에서 토스트와 커피로 아침식사 했는데, 호텔 조식 대비 가격도 훨씬 저렴하고 내용도 괜찮았습니다.

객실 내 소파에 얼룩이 있고 지저분해 보여서 앉는 것이 꺼려졌습니다. 근접한 객실 요청드렸는데, 방 4개가 모두 층도 다르고 같은 층에 있던 2개의 객실도 끝과 끝으로 배정되었습니다. 직원이 친절하였으나 영어 의사 소통이 어려웠습니다.

窓から見える姫路城が、最高でした！ お風呂の天井からのシャワーが珍しくて、子供が喜んでました。

おばあちゃんも一緒に泊まったのですが、お風呂が入りにくかったみたいです。 希望者だけでいいので、お風呂用のイスと、手桶を置いて欲しいです。

The bathroom space is large, and the hotel is lively, so it won't be too far from the station.

Hotel was in fact very close to some shopping streets wth lots of eateries...but most were not open during our stay in Himeji.

Breakfast is provided within an independent restaurant on the ground floor. It did not seem to be part of the hotel. If we knew that we would have chosen another place that would satisfy our needs.
