The customer service was really helpful. The receptionist named Tay spoke amazing English and catered to request to change from 2 night to 1 night back to 2 nights with understanding and kindness. The location is just 5 minutes drive from Sao Beach. The bedrooms were clean and relaxing to be in, with a small yet useful kitchen area that had a fridge with a freezer compartment. Shower and toilet was great, no smell and good water pressure. I would stay here again.

To keep the aircon on, the access card must be inserted. Because we are given just one card per room, we had to take the access card when leaving the room. When returning to the room, it would take a few minutes to cool the room again. Although the bed was spacious and clean, it was quite firm.

Everything was great, clean, new furniture.

The location is a bit far from the center so it’s difficult to find a good place to eat around, but it’s quiet and close to Bai Sao beach which is the best in Phu Quoc.

Les gérants sont super gentils et aidant. Ils nous ont donné une chambre plus grande et les chambres étaient vraiment très grande très belle, bien aménagée et surtout très propre. La piscine est également assez grande et très agréable. L’hôtel est a 5-10min de la plage en scooter et à pied il y a plusieurs épiceries autour ☺️

great price/value. super close to Sao and Khem beach. super friendly owner who speaks English well. overall we really enjoyed our stay! rented a motorbike for 150 000 a day in a decent quality.

almost impossible to get any food (only local places). we had to go to Mariott hotel for breakfast (and other ones) as there are no places to have a European styled breakfast (scrambled eggs, bacon, pastry, etc). keep it in mind.

I stayed at this property to go to the festival if there wasn't the festival there isn't many restaurants or shops around. The rooms are very clean and the staff are beyond helpful they dropped us to the festival every night and were very very nice!

The staff made our stay infinitely better, helped us a lot to go from one place to another. They are nice and helpful. The pool is nice, the place is quiet and lovely.

Everything was great, and especially excellent customer service. Their is not alot on that side of the island in the way of tourism, but if you want to be close to Sao Beach it's a great place to stay.
