This home was exactly like the pictures. Its in a older neighborhood but the inside has been completely remodeled. The fenced in backyard was our favorite. So much privacy. It is also so close to everything and a really nice park nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

What a nice home for a birthday weekend celebration! Clean, beautifully decorated, lots of amenities and just enough space for the four of us and our pups. Home was exactly as described online and was in a great location for us. It was close to everything- restaurants, PIB, park, beach and far enough away in a quiet, walkable neighborhood for us to unwind away from the crowds and enjoy relaxing time on the deck. Hosts were very responsive, communicated every step of the way and were helpful with all of our requests, questions and special needs around our stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. Home was clean and accommodations were nice. Great location - close to beach and Port Clinton town center. Good restaurants also nearby. Quite neighborhood, too.

Sadly we felt we overpaid for the house. I paid less on the beach in South Carolina with amenities all right there. We were underwhelmed with everything (house and neighborhood) but truly enjoyed the beaches). We will be more selective and stay at a nicer resort/house on the beach next time we book.

It was very clean and had plenty of room for our family of 8. The park was close and the kids really enjoyed it.

Property was easy to find, easy to get inside, off street parking, easy checkout.

Nice property and good location. Issue was when someone from our party was walking on the deck and a board broke through and he fell. We sent pictures to the owner right away showing where there were no supports under the seams in some places. She admitted there were some boards that were shrinking but had not had issues up to this point. One of the individuals in our group is a licensed contractor as well and we sent her pics of other areas of the deck that are not safe. The reply we got was that she knew there were some shrinkage of boards but that it was built by a reputable company and she just told us to be safe. A few days later I was charged $100 for repairs. I honestly don't think we should have been charged for walking on her deck and it breaking which could have caused injury.

We stayed there recently when visiting family in a nearby town. Communication with the owner/manager was very professional, prompt and the small personal touches, such as the dog treats and dog bowl was helpful. The kitchen was well stocked, especially having basics such as salt, pepper and sugar was nice. The house is very clean and the decor is very charming. Our kids especially loved the nearby playground and enjoyed walking along the beach. I would stay here again if we are in the area in the future.

The pictures of the property are great but they do not come close to representing the many personal touches that enhance the experience. A feel-good place to stay. It is a walkable neighborhood and only a short stroll to a fantastic playground. Personable owner who communicates effectively and is easy to contact.

We had a very enjoyable visit to Port Clinton and the rental property. . We were surprised at every turn with how our needs had been anticipated. The rental is a lovely house --- clean and quite pleasantly decororated. The kitchen is well equipped and each bedroom , as well as the living room provide for an array of entertainment needs. Pre-arrival communication as well as check-in with owners was efficient and pleasant. The location is truly within walking distance to the Lake. The neighbrhood is also quite nice. We highly reccommend this property. .

We will definitely return to this great little house! Way nicer than most anything you'll find on the put-in-bay island. It is about a mile walk to the Jet Express. It's really close to a nice playground and park (a small block away) and there is pedestrian light crosswalk to the public beach where there are volleyball nets and a nice walk to downtown Port Clinton. Also, the bed was very comfortable! Plenty of towels. Tons of seating in every space. The only opportunity would be kitchen tools. There is one knife, which was ok, but it took us a quick moment to find it and thought there wasn't one at all. Also, the skillet pans are pretty beat up (at least the larger of the 2), which we used to make eggs one morning. However, this was very minor. The kitchen is beautiful. The host is awesome and is amazing about communicating with you. Thank you for such a great stay! We will definitely be back!

This house was beautiful and exactly as pictured!! It was so close to the Jet Express to Put-in-Bay (5 minute drive) and other restaurants and bars in Port Clinton. Sharon was so hospitable and kind- she thought of everything necessary to have in the rental! Very fast communication too! I would definitely recommend this rental to others!

This was our 3rd year staying here, would have been 4th but the big C kicked ideas of a vacay to the curb in 2020. We absolutely love staying in this house and our little dog does too! She loves walking up and dog the street and especially going to the park. We can sit there forever. Just a couple of blocks straight up the road. The pictures look exactly like the house. The homeowner is also very responsive if we have any questions etc. You will not regret this stay!

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our little family of 4. When unexpected circumstances required us to bring our pup along on the trip, Sharon was super accommodating and so kind about our last minute request. She even had treats, and a new dog toy waiting for us when we arrived. Thank you, Sharon!!

Great location (close to beach, park and restaurants). The interior is all newly remodeled. The back yard is a very nice privacy deck area to hang out. Driveway is big enough for 3/4 cars. Small house but perfect for 6 people. The owners are very accommodating and easy to work with.

Overall we had a nice stay at the home. The host was very friendly and communicative. The space is updated throughout (with the exception of needing new pillows), has a great layout, and very conveniently located to the ferry if interested in going to PIB. The neighborhood was safe, but some houses were in disrepair. There is a nice park a block down the street and the beach is one block further than that. We let our dog swim in the beach but would not swim ourselves. Overall it was a good stay as almost everything that the host could control is updated and clean!

The cottage was definitely recently upgraded and very nice. We liked the layout and the fenced in private patio was a plus, particularly with having a dog. Nice touches with snacks and dog treats left for us by the owner.

This property was very nice, super clean and well decorated! The back deck was so nice I wish we would have utilized it more. Close to cedar point and nearby shopping for food. Would love to revisit in another season and spend some time at the beach which is really close! Host was helpful and kind! Highly recommend!
