Beautiful villa, very spacious and clean. In a quiet location with easy access to the harbour and tavernas. We have been coming to Symi for 40 years and this is one of the best houses that we have stayed in.

Constantly barking dog just below. The water pump stuck over night several times, very noisy. The agent has promised to have it fixed .

No cleaning of the villa took place in the 12 days were there. given a contact number for Mr Raphael but never got a reply. interconnecting door in bedroom for the next apartment, you can hear everything. also open plan upstairs and down.

Location was great and property was lovely, great little terrace and balcony with stunning view.

soundproofing wasn’t great as the bedroom has an adjoining door to the next property so all sound carries. The house below has a very annoying dog that barks all the time especially the mornings!

Very cozy place. The interior is super. Nice view from the balcony. In the kitchen are everything. Very good place to stay in Symi.

Dog barking just below our balcony. If you are a canine lover presumably this will not be an issue. If not then letting this loud barking dog ruining your stay at the villa then don't hesitate to contact Elena by phone as she isn't on the premises. She will contact the dog owner who can normally be persuaded to put the dog indoors for the duration of your stay. Kettle and sandwich maker not working. Couldn't get aircon to work. Hot water boiler started leaking badly on the final day of our stay but presumably this is now fixed. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay given quality of accommodation vis-a-vis the price we paid.

The property was really good value for money - a lovely big bedroom and two shower rooms with space for more people to sleep. We didn’t use the kitchen with so many restaurants to choose from but it looked well equipped and we took advantage of the washing machine (and places to dry our clothes). There are two balconies - one for the morning and one for the evening. It’s a short (but steep) walk in and out of the property but very centrally located. The place was clean and tidy with everything we needed.

There is a little bit of noise through the door to the adjoining apartment but our neighbours were mostly quiet so we didn’t notice too much. A special touch would have been to have some breakfast things available (we’ve had these in other properties on different islands) b lit there are lots of options for breakfast in the harbour. A great apartment overall!

We stayed here last year and find it comfortable, amazing views and well equipped. The host was extremely friendly and helpful.

The top shower needs regrouping or a deep clean. Rust or something near shower door.

Close to everything,from arriving on the boat to departing! Drinks,food and boats to beaches! Wouldn’t want a better place. Will definitely be recommending to others and booking again on our next stay.

Me and my wife loved this place! We love Symi and this place was one of our favorite places for a relaxing stay. The property was very clean and beautiful. The location was perfect and we had the opportunity to enjoy the blue sea and the sun ! Recommended for sure!

Lady met us at arranged point, however spoke no English.

Lots and lots of uneven steps, path and very little light to get to the villa. Connecting door to other villa needs more soundproofing. No real instructions in villa.
