The location was good, friendly staff

Banging music and very loud shouting in the bar up to midnight....not a pub but a nightclub, crazy to offer rooms in this situation, as impossible to sleep until closing time. There was no breakfast included in the price, so poor value for money as the room itself was adequate but nothing special . Shower was not great, no mixer so either scalding hot or cold.

After reading the reviews I was a bit dubious of going . Arrived at 10 am and coz booking wasn't until 3pm parked in car park and had a look around the area We were literally in middle of town Booked in at just gone 3 and room was immaculate with mega comfy bed :-) The guy showing us in ( sorry didnt get his name) was lovely chatty and gave us all info we needed It was a bit noisy from about 5 pm But as we were going out at 7-30 it didn't bother us We went for a drink in the bar downstairs before heading out The clientele were all really young and quite loud but ALL very friendly and very polite The lady behind the bar ( Chloe I think ) couldn't have been more friendly and helpful and was a really lovely lady pointing us in the direction of more nightlife and answering any questions we asked We arrived back there around 11-15 and had a couple of more drinks which again the people in there were friendly They closed around 12-30 as it had died off and no noise was heard after that Much the same the following evening But all in all a lovely stay in a very nice place with lovely and friendly staff

load music from the afternoon through to past midnight that made the radiators shake. Caters fir the locals who have no night club in close proximity so use this accommodation to meet up and party. music finished after midnight and then the chaos in the car park from the locals

The music playing in the pub was too loud. After midnight there was lots of banging doors and people shouting. The room was too cold.

No parking space at midnight, occupied by pub guests. Loud music from the pub downstairs until 1:15 am and shouts even longer! No info on booking website, there is a noisy pub under the hotel. Got a message after booking, it can be noisy until midnight but it was much longer. I left the hotel tired.

i booked this before reading the reviews and i must admit i was very sceptical but was pleasantly surprised on arrival. Very friendly staff room was small but cosy and clean and though it stated it could be very noisy pub was very quiet that night so cant really comment on that but overall a very pleasant stay
