The accommodation is equipped and spacious and has private parking within the building. It is located near the tram and metro station that leads to the city center and the main promenade along the sea. The host is very kind. The apartment is highly recommended!

From the moment that Cecilia greeted us and had a good laugh at my parking in the underground car park, there was nothing not to like. Clean, comfortable and quiet apartment, and a stone's throw from the Promenade des Anglais - brilliant location, with shops and restaurants in abundance.

We had to leave!

The accommodation is in a great location, close to the beach, the host is extremely flexible and helpful. The apartment has a view of the sea and the pool and is well equipped.

Location was very good if you are looking being close to the beach or the light train (Is ~25 minutes walking to the city center). Supermarket across the street and odd but extremely useful private parking. Pool seems nice (we didn't use it) Apartment was spacious

Aircon was very weak in the bedroom, and was water dropping the whole time in the middle of the hall. Was not too clean (although cleaning fee is of 45 Euros!) and lacked of equipment - for example we had only 2 mugs; since we were 3 we could not drink a cup of tea all together... The towels were the lowest quality they could provide... Also the mattresses were old and the couch not good for sleeping They provided 1 set of keys what made not easy our arrangements. Seems like they just don't care to buy some simple stuff (as some mugs and new towels) and make your stay much nicer. BTW I contacted the Host with the keys and annoying water dropping and got no answer. they only wrote me back to know when I plan to leave the apartment

Location is very good. The host was super friendly and nice :) Towels and linen were OK. The appartment is very spacious and functional. Nice pool. The view from the balcony was amazing.

Basic price was OK, but for cleaning was 49 EUR - very high for the level of cleaning. The cabinets in the kitchen were sticky, the table on the balcony was dusty and dirty. The walls was just cosmeticaly paited. There was just one toilet paper and one very small garbage bag. There was just a trace of washing liquid in the bottle. Beds were low quality, especially in the living space. The aircondition in bedrom didnt work, termostate was broken. Just one set of keys.

The distance to the beach and the distance to the tram - to get to the center of Nice and to the airport.

Just small things: No dishwasher. Better carpet on the balcony.

Location is just right far from the center and near the beach. Parking under the building was good.

Additional bed could maybe be a little bit bigger and ore comfortable.

Comfortable space, nice view and terrace, very well located close to the sea, supermarket and public transportation. The availability of the garage in a location where is almost impossible to find a parking spot is important to highlight.

The person with keys arrived very late, though we informed well in advance and few times of our travel details . The mattresses, sofa and chairs are in very bad shape/quality. The apartment wasn't properly cleaned, specially the bathroom. It is quite noisy due to the numerous apartments and close distance from the neighbours.

The host was super friendly and nice :) The view from the balcony was amazing and it was good to walk to the seashore within 5 minutes. Highly recommended.
