Location. Close to supermarket, resteraung , attractions.

The wash machine and drying mashine are old, are not functioning well, and are not clean inside.

Easy journey from the airport on the Metro with a short walk at the end. Excellent position for all the attractions- old town, beach and port and 5 minutes off the Turia. Two supermarkets round the corner and a seafood restaurant which we used three times

The apartment had everything you could possibly want or need to make you feel at home, including a dishwasher and clothes dryer. The only thing you need to bring is your food. There is no reserved parking but I did not have a problem finding parking around the apartment. The host, Salvador, was very helpful upon my arrival with tips for finding parking and even called the hotel on my behalf where I first parked. There were plenty of restaurants and markets within walking distance. The Science and Arts Museum is only about 10 blocks from the apartment so I was able to walk there and avoid having to find parking. The next time I stay in Valencia I will definitely try to book my stay here.

Great apartment, clean, quiet and has all the amenities. Air conditioner is a big plus. Good location

As advertised, very nice people and a good apartment. Perfect for families as there is a crib and high chair in the apartment and all the amenities you need.

Nothing really, maybe that the hot water was slightly unreliable in the shower.

Cosy and nice appartment, located in between the beaches and the centre of Valência, with good connections to public buses and near supermarkets. To City of Arts and Sciences is just a 5-10 minute walk. The appartment has all the commodities described and its very comfortable, be it for a friends or family trip.

The terrace is small, though it is okay for 1/2 people to have a smoke there. In my opinion, there should be curtains in the living room, as if someone sleeps in the sofa bed gets a direct light in the morning.
