Absolutely beautiful place to vacation. It's in a subdivision but the home is absolutely fantastic. Beautiful inside and out. Highly recommends this for your vacation.

Had a great time. Only recommendations i have werent a huge deal for us but would improve the property. Need to fix sliding doors to close and lock easier, and put a new handle on the one, also if it were me id put a new front door also id repair the concrete in the pool area before it gets real bad. Same with the dock it needs repairs also. The bed was very comfy but noisy. Also woulda been nice if there had been a ice maker. Id suggest to buy a cheap portable one for the property. These are all just suggestions an didnt bother us at all. Just things that would improve the property. Definitely recommend this house. Beautiful view an had a great time.

My family had the best time. The house is wonderful and the beds were so comfortable. The kids had such a great time swimming in the pool and fishing off the dock. A short drive from the many beaches and restaurants. We saw dolphins and stingrays right off the dock! I spent every morning sitting in the screened in patio drinking my coffee and watching the dolphins and fish jumping out of the water. I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay

Beautiful views of the water especially at sunset, the girls and I swam while my husband an son enjoyed fishing from the dock. Location was great, quite neighborhood with friendly neighbor, and close to touristy places like Clearwater, and Tarpon springs. We enjoyed Honeymoon Island Beach, def best to visit on a non holiday wknd though.

Very nice and love that all bedrooms beds are either kings or queen. Hard found in other properties.

We had a fun week with our grandchildren for Spring Break. They loved the pool, and my grandson loved fishing off the dock. This is a cute house in a quiet neighborhood. The only problems we encountered were the Palmetto bugs, as the southerners call them, and the lack of simple basics like paper towels, and dishwashing detergent, that I have had in all of my other VRBO rentals. There were a couple of maintenance issues like door off of Master bedroom closet, screen door on porch sticks and is hard to open, but those did not detract from our enjoyment. The big issue is the master bedroom mattress that is squeaky, lumpy, and all around old and uncomfortable. The big plus of this house is the close proximity to Tarpon Springs and the beaches.

This house is very well appointed and in a spectacular location. If you are looking for "downtown" this isn't your place. If you are looking to forget about life and enjoy your surroundings - you have hit the mark. With this house you truly have a place to relax and just STOP life - even for just a few days. GREAT Place!!!

The back view is exactly like the pictures, absolutely beautiful! We were lucky enough to have an extra warm week at the end of February! We enjoyed the pool and the screen porch every day! Large couch has been updated, perfect for coffee in the morning with our friends! The home is very comfortable and we found the kitchen well outfitted, except it could use some kitchen towels washcloths and extra garbage bags. Quiet neighborhood with a nice neighbor that looks out for the property. Thanks for sharing your home! We would love to stay here again!

Beds are not comfortable, we had to mop the sticky kitchen floor when we got there, the pool is very nice but not warm enough to be in, the main bathroom sink is very slow to drain, boat rentals are close by but not allowed over night, 4 cockroaches over 6 days, appliances are all new and very nice, kitchen and bathroom remodel is also well done, new/nice couch in the living room. Towels new/nice and the sheets were clean even if they didn’t fit the bed very well in the master

Good stay, nice neighbor (Jim). House needs some TLC. Kitchen was good. We bought new wine glasses as there was Non. Alll beds needs an upgrade. We bought a New matress cover for the kung bed. Good leaving phonnumbers in the house to service provinsers as cleaning and pool Guy.

This is a very beautiful house. A couple things I wish had been better. Communication with the host/owner was not good. It would sometimes takes days to respond via email if they did at all. I found the best way to communicate is through text so that helped a lot. It would have been nice to have more than 1 trash bag. We had to go buy some since there was none left in the house. The pool pump is on a timer which is great except it runs all day so if you try to swim you have to constantly watch for it, it would maybe be better set for night. The house itself and location is wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay at this property though there were a few things that could have been better stocked. There was 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and nothing more, no paper towel, lots of dishes that say not to place in dishwasher- but no drainer to let them air dry in, no additional trash bags, no actual beach towels. I attempted to reach out to the owners twice before our stay. The first time it took about 3 weeks to get a reply and the second took multiple days (and this was in the few days leading up to our stay).

Although we had to leave the pool cleaner in the pool the entire duration of our stay the house accommodated us perfectly. We enjoyed watching the manatees frolicking in the water, the occasional dolphin (we seen a dolphin with her baby), the neighbors were great, we were close to many activities, and the house was very clean. Centrally located with easy access to local beaches and shops. Thank you for allowing us to rent your home for our 2nd annual Sister’s Vacay.

The house was very nice. Check in was very simple! The beginning of the neighborhood looks kind of bad news, but the neighbors right around the house are very nice. My family loves to fish & fishing from the dock was fantastic! We also saw manatees & dolphins (including a baby one) swimming multiple times during our stay. The pool was perfect temperature & was my favorite place for the time we were there. I will say the bed linens need updated, especially the master. It looked as if the blanket was a queen size on a king size bed. The ceiling fan in one bedroom was about to fall, but I texted the owner about it & she had a quick response thanking me for letting her know about it. Very nice owners! I even sent her some pictures of the fish we caught which included Tarpon, Gar, Catfish, Jack, & Drum. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great, relaxing vacation!

We loved the house. It was very clean. It was nice to have a dishwasher and laundry because with 4 kids those pile up fast. The kids loved swimming in the pool and fishing off the dock. They had the all pool toys we needed there. The location was nice also. It wasn't too far from Tarpon Springs and Clearwater.

Great home, only exception the bed sheets weren't cleaned had stains. We had to use blankets and not touch whats underneath. The blinds were already broken. We werent notified. But I saw was mentioned in previous review . But the home was amazing, the view , the pool. The lights, the peace. Nice neighbors. Lol.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. My husband and I stayed here with our 2.5 year old son to visit the area, mainly for Tarpon Springs which was only a 9 minute drive. Easy access to highway 19. Neighborhood was quiet. The house has a great floor plan with a large open kitchen. The pool was very nice and good temperature. There were a couple things we found when we arrived (broken handle on patio door and broken blinds) that I took the time to take photos and contact the owner about to let them know but they already knew about them. It would be nice if they had left a note that they were aware of these. Cleaning crew missed a few areas. I also didn’t realize the master bed and bath had pocket doors which were very noisy to open and close at night while my little one was sleeping. The master bed was very noisy and the mattress was very soft. The area surrounding the pool wasn’t bad but all of the pool floats had parts ripped or missing. This would be an excellent property after fixing a few minor things.

We booked this house as a little get away for our kids to have some beach fun and my wife to recover from her surgery. The neighborhood some people said in their reviews was a bit alarming but we never had an issue. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. We spoke to an older lady who said it’s mainly older folks in the neighborhood who have lived there for many years and it’s peaceful. And she was right. The house is beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed to cook. The pool was amazing and we sat outside on the screened lanai and enjoyed dinner every night. The host was gracious enough to allow us to check in early when they knew my wife was two days post op and needed to rest. My wife never really left the house and said she also enjoyed the home. Only complaint was that the day before we left there was a strange man wandering around the pool which turned out the be the pool man. He treated the pool so we could not enjoy it the next day. That startled us and was a bit frustrating. But over all our stay was awesome. We will definitely be back.
