Check in easy. Nice property. Nice location. Clean rooms. Helpful front desk. Very dishonest timeshare sales people. Part of the check in process required us to talk with them. Just avoid the timeshare and enjoy the nice property.

Clean unit. Was surprised that we didn't have a beach view

This is the second time we have stayed here with our kids and grandkids. This location is so great. Easy walk to the beach, great dining, movies (for the kids if you need a break from the sun), beautiful beach view. The staff is awesome, friendly and quick to take care of any concerns. Can’t wait to go again!

I loved that this was like a 2 bedroom apartment. There was 6 of us and we had plenty of room, with the fully furnished kitchen we cooked all our meals in the room, and the location to anything and everything, including the beach was amazing!!

We couldn't have asked for better weather for the time we were there. The area of Oceanside that the Wyndham is .located is booming! Me y restaurants, loads of people and the ocean. The unit was perfect for four of us. There is a good exercise room and the pool is adequate. It is not a lap pool

Great location and great property. Close to everything and good parking availability. We walked everywhere. We are coming back.

The timeshare staff are very friendly. But their check in staff are somewhat rude and don't smile.

Our family had a great time. The only issue we had was at check in. Instantly being asked about time share opportunities and a breakfast presentation the next morning. We had just driven 6 hours and has 4 very hyper kiddos on our hands. I understand it is a time share property and I just wish the timing was a little bit better. Everything else was great.

So easy to get to anywhere from this location! Nice accommodations & very comfortable--even the pull-out couch was comfy!

We checked in and asked for an ocean view, which we were able to get. The property was walking distance to restaurants and the pier. We will definitely stay there again

My husband, 2 daughters & I stayed here and had a wonderful vacation! Everything was walking distance, to include a small grocery store. After you check in, you’ll be directed to the “concierge” table where they provide maps & various helpful info, yet their main focus is to attend a short meeting (sounded like a info session on getting a timeshare) - we declined early on as we were anxious to get up to our room. My only “gripe” was that the balcony wasn’t large & overlooking the ocean as shown in the photo. Our balcony overlooked the pool & had to look to the right to see the ocean. I’m disabled, so I was hoping to sit on the balcony to watch the ocean while my husband took the kids to the beach. We were thrilled to hear the ocean waves at night (during the day you can only hear people at the pool). Everything was clean and a lot was provided (dish soap, coffee maker + coffee, toiletries, beach towels, laundry soap, etc.). We look forward to staying here again in the future!!!

Wyndam Oceanside Resort is a great property, friendly & helpful staff. Loved the fact its literally right across the street from the beach. It is a vacation rental. Im assuming we were able to book due to a promotion to get buyers. We really loved our 2 bed room, full kitchen and 2 full baths with washer & dryer. Staff helped load and unload all our stuff. Zero complaints. Awesome stay.

10/10 stay with a large group! Property staff was very accommodating! Location to the beach, and walkability to amazing food and shopping is top notch!

The property is nice , the kids enjoyed the pool and acrivities that were offered . The beach is walking distance , you can rent beach chairs and an umbrella for a resonable price. The only downfall is the train that pass (honking ) at Least 5-6 times from 12 midnight - 6am .
