This location was perfect for us. It’s right between the river and all the shops and restaurants on Main St. We would definitely stay here again in the future and recommend to friends/family.

This was a very comfortable and convenient location; we walked to several of our favorite places: the Arkansas River, the Roastery, & the Beuna Viking!

We visit BV regularly. This condo has a great location- walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We spend most of our time outdoors, so it was everything we needed!

Perfect location to downtown and the river for hiking. Great layout plenty of room and there were 5 of us girls. Close to the hot springs we went to the new location Charlotte Hot Springs - great pools and not crowded at all. We will be back!

Very hard to sleep due to the noise and light. Also, it was hot in the unit. Definitely not a good value.

This place was beautiful!! We loved the location: just a block away from the nearest restaurant and cafe but also a short walk to the Arkansas River! We even met the neighbor who was very sweet! The home was gorgeous, clean and had EVERYTHING we could have needed (even coffee creamer!!!) Great location for exploring the collegiate peaks and whitewater rafting on the Arkansas!

We enjoyed our visit to BV. The property was within walking distance to water, trails, parks, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to staying again!

We had a very nice stay at this house. We were in town for a wedding and the location was great. Parking could have been a little better, but overall very happy with this rental.

It was exactly as listed. We could walk to all the Main Street stores as well as the river and south main shops. It was perfect for not having to wrestle my 1 year old into a car seat. It’s simple and clean with all the amenities we needed. It’s right across from the elementary school so there was a little more traffic in the morning and afternoons during the week. But it wasn’t disruptive. It’s a pretty peaceful place. Even the pullout couch bed had memory foam which made it comfortable so the camping pads we brought weren’t needed. It’s a great choice for a in town trip to BV.

The perfect base for adventures in BV!
This casita is perfectly located; it is very close to downtown but is nice and quiet. Can walk to the river in no time. The inside is clean and bright and nicely decorated. They have included everything you might need in the kitchen and linens/bathrooms items. Having an extra half bath was great, since we were lots of ladies getting ready for a wedding. I highly recommend staying here and would do so again with no hesitations.

This two bedroom condo was immaculately clean. Check in and out instructions were very clear. The place was turn-key; towels, kitchen utensils, washer and dryer, everything you need for a home away from home. I would absolutely stay there again.

Great place to stay for my family wanting to enjoy hiking in surrounding mountains. Close to downtown area for shopping and restaurants. We cooked our breakfast and dinner meals at the property and it had everything we needed. Clean!
There was no cable TV so if you wanted to watch something you had to stream it through your phone. We were not able to get it to connect but it was a GREAT time to play cards as a family without electronics! Also with all the cooking we did there only 3 dishwasher pods so we had to get more.
Overall a great little place and we’d stay there again!

Great place to stay for my family wanting to enjoy hiking in surrounding mountains. Close to downtown area for shopping and restaurants. We cooked our breakfast and dinner meals at the property and it had everything we needed. Clean!
There was no cable TV so if you wanted to watch something you had to stream it through your phone. We were not able to get it to connect but it was a GREAT time to play cards as a family without electronics! Also with all the cooking we did there only 3 dishwasher pods so we had to get more.

Restoration and Beauty in BV
Great location for the mountain town of Buena Vista (BV). Close to hiking, biking, rafting and other adventures. Communication from property management is efficient and accurate. Easy parking in front of unit. Can walk to most everything in BV. Air conditioning is the mountain air so open the windows and let it flow!

Fantastic Mountain Getaway
What a gem of a place. The Condo was immaculate! Had everything we needed. Very comfortable accommodations. The best in Buena Vista!! We loved the blender and had a perfect beautiful spot for drinks on the patio. We will be back.

Nice unit, only downside was TV a little tough to figure out.

Convenient location in Buena Vista!
Nice and clean and just right for a weekend getaway in BV. Convenient to town and to trails. Used the kitchen and patio grill well during our stay! Kitchen was fairly well appointed, but greatly in need of some functional kitchen knives. Those in the unit were so dull as to be almost unusable. Should be an easy thing to fix!
