This was a great place for us to stay during our time in Branson. The condo was very clean and worked perfect for us.

The condo is in a very nice neighborhood with close access to a pool and exercise facilities. The community is close to all the things you’d want to see and do. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Condo itself is nicely updated and comfortable.

Condo was beautiful and clean. No surprises with anything. Everything was as described and as pictures shown. Communication with property manager was very good. Property is quiet with a wonderful pool, playgrounds, and sidewalks for walking to and from locations. Checking and check out are very easy. I definitely would recommend this condo. My family and I will be placing this property at the top of our list.

This was the 1st time we have been to Branson and will Defiantly go back at some point. My Son, Wife and I played Golf at Buffalo Ridge and Point Royal (Local Course). We also went Trout Fishing with a Guide, but you can do that on you own from the bank right off the back of the complex if you like. The Condo is very up to date and has more than anything you need for your stay. Defiantly would recommend and stay there again. Very Nice.

This is a wonderful condo in a beautiful area! It's updated and decorated beautifully with quality furnishings so it really felt like home! The location is terrific and convenient...there's even a little market and gas station closeby! We were here for 3 days. Wish we could have stayed longer! We will look forward to staying here again in the fall!

Property is as advertised. Close proximity to all the activities in Branson. Having access to fitness center was an added bonus

Clean and comfortable property. Loved the beds and the master shower. Very quiet yet still close to the key activities in Branson.

Our number one goal for visiting Branson was to catch up on some much needed R&R and this condo was a great place to do that! Loved the screened in porch for reading and the furniture was comfy for naps. Everything was very easy throughout the process and Sandy was a responsive host. The shower in the master bedroom was amazing!!

Great location, was just as the photos on VRBO. Will stay here again.

We've stayed in this condo every single time that we've visited Branson, and it has become our home away from home. It has just enough space for our family of 5. The layout of the unit allows everyone to have their own space, so it doesn't feel crowded. It's clean, well-stocked, and comfortable with all the amenities you could want for your family, especially if you have young kids. The screened-in porch looks out to the river and is a great spot to start your day with a cup of coffee. The bathrooms and kitchen are clean-meticulous, really. The beds are all comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with supplies so it's easy to cook almost anything (we just had Thanksgiving dinner there). The unit itself is quiet with a short walk to the pool. Sandy (the owner) is responsive and helpful. It is clear that so much thought, attention to detail, and love has been poured into this location. Great value for the price. We love this condo and wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The condo was perfect for the two of us. I enjoyed sitting on the screened in back porch overlooking the stream. Nice area in a gated golf community.

We spent a week in the Branson area and chose to stay at this property. We wanted to be in a quieter area away from the busy traffic - yet close enough to go out to eat and enjoy the entire area. This was a great location!! We saw parts of the outer Branson area that I do not think we would have explored if we stayed off the main strip. The Point Royal complex was quiet and clean. I absolutely loved sitting in the screened in porch and relaxing or reading a book. The check in and out process was easy and Sandy was quick to respond with any questions. The condo was well supplied with everything we needed for our stay. We did not golf but the course and club house looked nice. I would stay here again when back in the Branson area.

This was our first VRBO rental. Couldn’t have been easier. Sandy was extremely helpful. The condo is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. Relaxing setting with screened patio right in the trees. Just a very short walk to the clubhouse, pool etc. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This condo has been completely remodeled and had all the ammenities you will love. Frrnished beautifully. We really enjoyed the screened in patio, and sounds of nature, without being bothered by bugs! And we loved the blackout drapes, for sleeping in. A must visit!

We really enjoyed our stay in Branson. Property was newly updated and very clean. Lots of space for a family with three teenage/pre-teen boys to spread out. Loved the close proximity to the club house/pool area and we spent a lot of time at the fishing access on the property which is also fairly close to this unit. We had easy access to anywhere around Branson from the property.

This was our first time in Branson and Sandy was the best she got back with me fast every time if I had a question we LOVED the condo it made us feel like we were home we plan to go again next year this will be our place we stay at it was close to everything and very peaceful.

We loved staying at the condo. The screened in porch was great, as was proximity to the pool. Sandy communicated with us well and the condo was clean and quiet. It was well stocked and I even saw what looked like a shower bench for elderly people in one of the closets. You can tell the owners see it as a place of love rather than a place to make an easy buck. I would definitely stay there again!

This condo is great. It is quiet, clean and in a good location. We sat on the screened in porch every morning and watched the squirrels and birds. We had everything we needed.
