Clean, great communication. I’ll be back again!

It was not clean. Floors were Sandy and had to be vacuumed by us. Dishes in the cupboard and silverware in the drawers was dirty. Furniture was outdated. Online pictures told the different story than the actual condo. I was disappointed in that due to the price. However we had fun in the sun and that is what we wanted.

There were a couple things that the maintenance had to fix but they came right away and fixed it. For our troubles they gave us a free dinner cruise. Thats good customer service! Would definitely come again!

Overall great place to stay. The condo was clean and well maintained. The cleaning team stopped by frequently to see if we needed anything. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the bar staff was friendly and fun!! Great place to go for a family vacation.

Been staying at sunset for years. First time thru VRBO. Wished unit had bathroom cleaning aids and mop for floors. Broken bathroom fan led to musty shower. Love this location but unit could use some updating.

We previously stayed at this location but a different unit. The other unit was pretty much as expected and was very acceptable. Overall we were pleased. This particular unit we just stayed in was very disappointing. List of short comings includes it really needs an update and upgrade on aesthetics and the appliances. Only one heavier blanket was provided for a two bedroom unit. Doors did not open or shut properly. Only the VERY MINIMUM of condiments and coffee were provided. Alot of little things so it made this particular stay disappointing. The owners need to do the work to make it acceptable or sell. Too bad, because the location and resort is welcoming. No complaints there!

Great condo with awesome location! Beach is gorgeous and the pool is very nice with fun bar. The unit is updated and is extremely well-kept. We will definitely be back!

Spacious unit. Having the two bathrooms is a huge plus being there with family. Very easy access to the beach. Pool area is very nice. Parking was assigned which we loved! No hunting for a spot. Would definitely stay again.

Our trip was pretty seamless. We did have an issue with the entry code, and it was late when we arrived, but we were able to get in touch with someone as promised and it was handled quickly. After that everything was perfect. The condo was clean, well stocked, comfortable and had pretty views. It suited our needs perfectly. The tiki bar was nice. The beach was beautiful. The courtyard with the fountains was so relaxing. And the cafe was an added benefit. We truly enjoyed our stay.

This unit was great for me and my daughter. The guest room could use some attention. The walk to the beach was fine. There are chairs and umbrellas for rent on the beach if you don't want to use what is available in the unit. The ice cream place on the corner was fantastic. I would stay here again.

This condo is in the perfect location! Right on the beach, walking distance to the grocery store, beach stores, John’s Pass. The condo was clean and well stocked. The condo is spacious for a family of 4 (with 2 children 13 and 15). Very easy check-in process. Unfortunately our stay was cut short as the area was evacuated due to the hurricane, but Charles was in constant communication throughout. Will definitely be returning!

The location and beach were beautiful. Nicely landscaped courtyard and a fun ice cream shop in the next parking lot. Pool was nice and large. The Condo furniture was a little tired and if you are a clean freak, the condo may not pass your test. For us, we stayed on the beach most of the day, so it was fine. There were beach chairs and umbrellas to rent (a bit pricey) but the owners so nicely left some in the condo closet. The facility also had deck boxes with extra floaties, sand toys etc to borrow. Very nice touch since we flew and didn't' pack much. If you need more to do, a drive down south to the old fort and the sunken gardens was a lot of fun. Overall we had a nice trip.

Excellent condo for a small family. Perfect location to beach, restaurants, putt putt. We will definitely come back.

The unit was a big disappointment for the amount of money charged to rent it. The unit was very outdated and needs updated. Black mold in the shower, chalked tub faucet, black dirt on fan edges and windows that were dirty. Old furniture stuffed into small bedrooms. It was a struggle to move around the master bedroom that should not have a king size bed jammed in there, a dresser with drawers that worked poorly, plus only one nightstand. Patio furniture didn't match the photos online. Pictures had cushions on patio chairs and a nice table. Instead it was a crusty white plastic table and no cushions on the chairs. Consumables provided were a joke. One worthless coffee pad, paper thin bath soap, only one trash bag, and not even one box of tissues. Bath towels and beach towels were thin and very basic. The resort itself was very nice but this unit was a huge disappointment and I will never rent from this company again.

We loved our stay here! The property was exactly as described. It has everything we needed to make our beach vacation comfort. The pool and lounge area was fantastic. Right on the beach too!

The furnishing were old, mattresses stained, bugs crawling on coffee table, dusty on all furnishings, dryer not working properly, Sliding door lock broken. I could go on.

My family has stayed at Sunset Vistas many times over the years and this stay lived up to our expectations. Check in was smooth, the property manager responded very quickly to any questions, and the unit itself was clean and prepared for our arrival. I would highly recommend a stay at this exceptional property.

Nice and well kept

We found this property by looking around the Tampa area as we wanted to visit relatives who live in and around Gulfport. This seemed like a great option for 2 adults and 2 children and we were not disappointed. The accuracy of the listing was spot on and so were the amenities such as the pool area and the beach access. Not to mention the beach itself which really makes us rethink future trips to Florida. Usually we go to the panhandle but I can summarize the difference between the two areas this way: The panhandle is like going to the smoky mountains for a mountain trip and going to this area is like going to the Rocky Mountains for your mountain trip. Same difference in crowds that frequent the places mentioned. There is a nice 0.9 mile paved trail that starts right next door and goes along the beach that was good to run on. The appliances worked very well along with the HVAC unit and Wi-Fi. You really only need your door code to move freely around as most areas don’t require keys or codes which is nice. Security made themselves known too which is much appreciated. The only negative thing about the area is that you are in a very popular area and it is hard to feel secluded. Other than that we will be back and this unit will be the first one we check for availability when we return!

Overall the place was great. Bedrooms were pretty small which made it challenging to bring the kids, but we made it work. Location on the beach was great.

Great condo that was right on the beach. My family loved staying here due to all of the convenience. Parking was easy, elevators, cafe, pool with bar, kids pool and most importantly right on the beach. Would definitely come back again!

Great stay on Treasure Island. This Condo was great for our family of 4. Nice accommodations, easy access with electronic lock, good communication with property manager and a wonderful location on Treasure Island. Large Beach with plenty of room to play and enjoy the sun. Property is clean and well landscaped in the common area. Cafe is great for Breakfast/Lunch and the Bar along beachside is nice. Overall it was a great stay and would consider coming back.

Very convenient location for a beach vacation. We loved all the amenities and lack of necessity to leave the property. The condo was spacious and clean, we look forward to additional family vacations at this location.

The condo was in a great location, right on the beach. It was spacious for my family. The only real issue we had was the need to have the property manager come in several times to reset the hot water heater. However, we did receive compensation for our inconvenience and did not interfere with our plans.

Great place to stay at the beach- walkable to everything! Seven families had units in the same building and it was a great place to meet :) loved the breakfast wraps!

We loved the area. The property had 2 swimming pools and the beach was just a few steps away. Shops at John’s Pass were within walking distance. Our only complaint was the cleanliness/condition of the condo and lack of kitchen items. We had planned to cook most breakfasts and lunches in the condo but there was only one medium sized skillet and the Teflon was badly peeling. There were other pots and pans in fair condition but we really needed a large skillet. The silverware and utensils were sparse as well. The worst part was the black mold/mildew in both showers/tubs. We wore flip flops to shower because it was so gross. The furnishings were worn and stained, which I guess is to be expected with so much use, but the shower conditions should be addressed asap.
