Nice location, small comfortable house, AC works good. The town is nice and close to beaches and lots of restaurants. Only negative is the dog next door barks all night.would stay again thu

Our trip to Puerto Rico was excellent. The proximity of the house to the beach, downtown and major travel arteries was incredibly convenient. Peter was awesome to deal with and a very accommodating host. Aside from some neighbors barking dogs at night, our stay was enjoyable.

Close to downtown and beaches. Exceptionally clean house in a safe neighborhood with playground across the street. We will be back!

I used to live in Rincon, but my boyfriend never went to Puerto Rico. He loved the down town and the beach, but he loved more the people. He felt like Rincon welcome him. He loved the house, we had everything we need and more. The neighbors were good, the front neighbor gave him mangos. It was a wonderful experience even for me, that I used to live like 3 minutes from the house location. We hope we can stay again in Pete's house. We are very grateful.

The house was very clean and close to the town. Friendly people around. Close to beaches, supermarket, bakeries and mini markets. Our favorite restaurant was the Red Flamboyant near by.

We had a great time in Rincón. I do have some comments. There was one air condition unit that was not functioning, we called Luis right away the same day we arrived and told him this matter. Also there was dust in the top of the refrigerator and in the bathroom and there were some medicines in the closet that were expired. Other than that the house was in an excellent condition and the location was perfect. It is a nice safe neigborhood and our kids loved it. Thanks for letting us stay at your home. Kind regards

We were very happy with our rental experience! Pete was incredibly helpful and accommodating, as was his property manager. The house was great for our family: nice neighborhood location, easy walk to town and very easy drives to everywhere you can want to go in Rincon. The option to cook at home was excellent, especially with the market so near by. The house was very clean and the property very well kept up. The towels and beach chairs available were awesome to have. The tips/suggestions offered in their personal handbook were spot-on and much appreciated. So many great beaches, food places, and things to do! Loved it all and hope to get there again! (it'd be great if there were a Rincon map easily available upon arrival- tho', it's true, after a day or 2, you do get a good sense of the area)

There were many bedrooms for the lowest price we saw. I loved being within walking distance of downtown Rincon. We came with a little bit of a winter cold and all the excellent movies were a life saver. I loved sitting out on the porch in the morning and evening to drink some coffee or tea and listen to all the birds. The house across the street has a beautiful flowering tree that the birds love and there were a bunch of beautifully colored birds with an amazing repertoire of music everyday. Thanks, I would definitely stay there again.

Great little house in a great location, plenty of room for 5-6, nice quiet secure neighborhood but just a short walk to the town square, with restaurants, shops, coffee and bars easily accessible. Another short walk to the town beaches for lounging, snorkeling, and Happy Hour at the beach bars. You do need a car to explore further or shopping, the surf breaks are all a short drive North of town. This house has a very handy washer and drier and full A/C, which you may not need in the Winter but it's there if you do. Very clean, with a great movie selection for the TV. Bring some CD's and you can listen to music on the dvd player. I would definitely go back to Rincon and definitely rent this house again.

A group of 6 friends stayed here for a week while surfing in Rincon and couldn't have been happier with the house. Peter and his property manager couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating during out stay. Check in was a breeze, the house was spotless and cold AC/comfortable beds were very welcoming after spending all day on the beach. Al thought the location is not on the water, it is only a short walk into the city center of Rincon and a quick drive to any of the beaches, surf shops, restaurants or grocery stores.

Peter's house was very comfortable for our family of 6 stay in Rincon. We enjoyed having the space to cook and share meals. It is well located to the township and an easy drive all the wonderful beaches Rincon has to offer. We loved our holiday and thoroughly recommend to others.

I was so impressed with our stay at this vacation house! We have stayed at quite a few VRBO's/Homeaway rental properties, including a previous stay at another rental in Rincon a few years back, and this was by far the best vacation rental we have stayed at thus far! Not only is Rincon one of our families favorite vacation spots but this rental was so convenient to everything we wanted to do including dining in downtown Rincon, snorkeling at Tres Palmas, or catching some waves at Sandy and Domes Beach! We are a family of 4 (2 daughters -7 years old and 2.5 years old) and had my sister and nephew (3 years old) tag along with us and felt completely comfortable and safe in this quiet retreat! The owners were so helpful with accommodating us and gave us all kinds of recommendations for the surrounding areas on where to shop, eat, and site see. The house additionally was so clean and well maintained! We will definitely be heading back next year for another family vacation and will be looking forward to staying at this rental again in the future!

I have been to Rincon MANY different times and have rented many different places, but no other home had everything we needed to stay stress free (towels, bed sheets, beach chairs, even a first aid kit!). This price was also amazing for the amount of space and amenities provided. This home is located a very short walk from the center of town, but remains peacefully quite at night. It's the best of both worlds! The beaches are all very close as well. I would suggest renting a car in order to see all Rincon and the surrounding towns have to offer, but I would suggest that for anyone staying anywhere in town. Peter was such a friendly host, and answered all my questions very quickly. With the money we saved on this rental me and my friends got to go SCUBA diving, an experience everyone should have! Also don't miss out on the night life, and the surf (of course). I loved it!

What a wonderful experience! This was our first family vacation and we couldn't have found a better place to stay. Finding a rental that was budget friendly was a top priority. We looked at other towns and rentals in the area but realized Rincon is the place to be. We emailed Pete many times with all of our questions and he always responded quickly. The house is located in the middle of a PR neighborhood and it felt like being at home. The neighbors were welcoming and our children loved going to the park and basketball court right across the street. I'm sure renting a house right on the beach is beautiful but staying in the middle of a local neighborhood is priceless. We really got a sense of community staying at Pete's home. We spent our days at the beach and the early morning and evenings at the house. The house itself is very clean and well-maintained, equipped with everything we needed for a enjoyable 10 day stay. Everything was in great shape and worked properly. We ate dinner at the house every night and had everything we needed to make meals. The rooms were comfortable and we all slept well. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us. We can't say enough positive things about this property, neighbors and the owners. Thank you Pete (and family) for sharing your home with our family. Thank you for all the information you provided us with to assist in planning our first trip to Puerto Rico. And thank you for being willing to accommodate our family's needs. I just returned from a short vacation to the west side of the Island and it couldnt be better. The house was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood close to the center of the town, to the beaches, and restaurants. The house has everything we need and more. My teenagers enjoyed the games and movies and we enjoyed the place a lot. We loved everything about our stay there. Peter, the owner, was very helpful and provided always good advise and quick responses. We felt very comfortable and really enjoyed our vacation there. The interior had a very nice look, very clean, well maintained, well equipped, and had everything we need. There is a basket ball court across the street and my teenagers spent some time playing basket ball even with local boys. I will definitively will return soon to this place but for a longer vacation!!!!

We just returned from a lovely, wonderful, FABULOUS stay at Pete's house in Rincon, and couldn't be happier. Pete was so easy to work with-his family was down in Rincon a day before us and he even offered to pick up some groceries for us and have them waiting for us. The house was immaculate, and much larger than I was expecting. There was even a booklet waiting for us listing some of the places we should be sure to check out (do NOT miss Banana Dang if you go to Rincon-I am still fantasizing about it a week later!). I know many people come to Rincon to surf, and I'm sure this house would be just fine for that; however, we came with our 18 month old son and I can say without a doubt that this house was PERFECT for traveling with kids. Spacious, easy to keep clean and a fully stocked kitchen which made preparing meals (and cocktails!) at home a breeze. Plus, pretty much the biggest endorsement I can give as a parent: my finicky sleeper slept AMAZINGLY during our whole stay. A couple things to know: you definitely need a car to get around-the house is located up the hill from the town and I suppose you could walk, but getting to and from the beaches and various restaurants was very easy with a car. Also, our son happens to be completely fearless in the ocean (to a somewhat frightening degree), but if you come with a child who is a bit more unsure of the water, know that the waves can be quite rough here. FInally, there were a couple nights when the neighborhood, although very residential, was louder than I would have anticipated. I think this is true throughout much of Puerto Rico, though (dogs kept out at night, cars without mufflers and no glass in the windows!) and since it didn't disturb my son, I didn't care. Overall, our stay was so amazingly relaxing (not a given when traveling with a child!) that we looked into extending our stay, but were thwarted by the cost of changing our flights. I highly recommend looking into staying here if you're considering a trip to Rincon-I looked into various hotels before turning to home rentals and Pete's property was the best deal I came across. -Sage

We loved everything about our stay there. First of all, the owner, Peter, was so kind, helpful, and quick with all his responses. He made us feel so comfortable, and could feel that he really wanted us to enjoy our vacation. The interior had a very modern look, with IKEA like furnitures. The bed was very comfortable, too. The place was very clean, well maintained, well equipped, and had everything we need and more. Since it is a corner house, it is very quiet and we felt very safe. There is even a basket ball court across the street for those basket ball lovers. Location was perfect, close to the beaches, restaurants, and about 10mins to the lighthouse to see the beautiful sunset of Rincon!! Only regret we have is that we did not stay longer!!!!

Peter and his house is in Rincon are both fantastic. Peter was extremely easy to communicate with and very quick to respond to emails a d questions. I felt at ease the entire time. The house itself is very comfortable, clean and quiet. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable and the Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed cooking several dinners there! The house is well located just a few blocks outside of the center square in Rincon, which makes shopping for food, etc very easy, and is only a 10 minute drive from great beaches and surfing! I will definitely be back!

This house came with everything we needed and was in a great location! The neighborhood was great, and very close to town. The house was very comfortable and perfect for a beach vacation! I'd absoloutly stay there again.

This place is tucked neatly up behind beautiful downtown Rincon, only a couple of blocks from the town square. It is well-equipped, very clean, easy to get to and economically priced. I was traveling with two of my daughters and a grandson, and it was perfect for us. Before we rented we had a few questions for Peter, the owner, and he was almost instantly available via email and extremely helpful. If you want to walk out your front door into the surf, this isn't your place. But if you are looking for something that is convenient to the beach - a five minute drive or a 15 minute walk - , clean, and very reasonably priced, this is it! We were very happy with this place and when we return to Puerto Rico (as we certainly will), we will absolutely consider returning here. There were no negatives to this place for us. It suited us perfectly and we highly recommend it.
