Awesome place to stay very quiet and in a wonderful location. Host was easy to communicate with as well.

Best location and accommodation for experiencing Pensacola Beach. Directly across the street from the pier and beach; lots of fabulous dining and shopping only 2 block walk.

Such a nice layout and so close to everything the beach area has to offer! Would certainly book out again!

Clean, convenient location. We had plenty of room!

Nice place that accommodates 4 couples comfortably as there are 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. Only issue we had was with their digital locks that locked us out on the unusually coldest night of our trip. The 24 emergency number is answered but doesn’t get quick response as we we stood outside for almost an hour before they could get us inside. The next day repairs were made and we had no other issues.

Lots of room for everyone…we loved that each bedroom had a bathroom and great location to be in the middle of all the action! Walked to shopping and restaraunts…

Short stay for my sister’s graduation. We enjoyed the short walks to the pier and Flounders the most. (Even though some drivers did not want to stop for us at the crosswalk). We were able to use the casino beach parking lot. We enjoyed the space in the living room and kitchen. The unit was clean except the floors were very sandy. The door blinds in the master bedroom is still broken. Our family would have preferred things like laundry detergent and beach towels in the unit (especially because we flew to get here with limited carryon space). We also couldn’t find linen or blankets/throws for the sofa beds, so we couldn’t use them for sleeping. I received and am still receiving soliciting texts and emails from pensacola beach properties to buy property (please unsubscribe me). Overall, our family had a good time in LaCaribe T1 and Pensacola beach.
