Luxurious apartment. Beautiful decoration and fully equipped. Convenient stores, swimming pools, gyme made our stay very convenient and enjoyable.

Dirty beach. Although the rubbish came from the sea, it would have been nicer if the main property management could find a way to keep the beach cleaner. I know it is difficult and not the property owner's fault.

Liked · I read a lot of reviews regarding this place but what you have to know this resort is split into 2 sections, the first building is for residents & the second building is a hotel. the 2 pools are split into 2 one for each & to be honest makes no difference to your stay at all. The apartment I had for 5 & then booked for another night was great, exactly like it was in the photos, Lux was great in responding to any issues. Again don't get confused with stopping in a hotel, if you want the room cleaned just let Lux know ( via email or via Line) it's that simple. We did have an issue with the standard of the clean we requested & as good as gold Lux sorted it with the cleaning company. My 2 girls loved having their own bathroom & the living room had a nice homely feel to it. As for the resort itself, it is at the very far end of Jontiem but with Bolt (Thailands Uber) we managed to get around great. Many come from Bangkok for the weekend especially for the lovely views of the sunset which are beautiful & the pools are great for the children as they are not to deep. All in all a great stay & very happy with everything.

Disliked · If I was going to be super picky, there was a light out in the main bedroom, nothing opening the curtains didn't sort & maybe a table on the balcony would have been good or a clothes airer of some sort but I am not going to complain about little things that made no difference to the great stay we had.

The only reason I gave a rating of 1 is because I didn't have the option to rate 0!!! The advertised property uses the name and the beautiful picture of the resort next door. But in reality, it is the private residence next door. First we used the address to end up in the resort and wasted over 30 minutes before the poor guys apologize and send us away saying that we should be checking with the residence next door. As a matter of fact, we went there but there is no lobby, no staff and no way to enter the building. After some additional research, we found a phone number (lucky we had a Thai phone with us) and spoke with someone who confirmed that we would be at the right place and someone will bring a key. We waited another half hour before someone (who did not seem very pleased to be there) came and bring us a key for an apartment. As soon as we enter the room, we told that person that its not what we booked. Much smaller than described, not very clean, and quite old and smelly. And the so-called "sea view" was merely a glimpse of blue colour between high rise buildings. I had to actually search to see which side the sea was... After hearing our complaints, the host just said... Just leave, no problem, and take it up with Booking.com for a refund. So we spent another hour with Booking.com representative who ensured me that I would be taken care of and not to worry since I was a Genis 3 member for more than a decade and booking a lot of rooms every years. Needless to say, that as soon as I was out of the phone, they couldn't care less and I had to track them down. The bottom line, the property told us, leave and Booking.com will refund us, and Booking.com agent told us, we will contact the property to arrange the refund. Result: I NEVER SAW MY MONEY BACK and no one cares. In summary, misleading, deceiving, dirty (see pictures attached) and very bad customer service. Extremely disappointed on all aspect, and even more so with Booking.

Location was good.Sentry parking for tenants if you are driving. Ms Friday(host) was very prompt in responding.

Love the room, very beautiful. Outside is very beautiful too, near to the beach but about 10km far from town.

too much cockroach. they are literally EVERYWHERE especially at the kitchen and living room. the room provided is actually different than the information provided (they said bed space for 5 ppl and sofa bed but actually there's only 4 bed space so we have to use sofa as bed which is not what we booked for)

I did don’t realise there are 2 towers - we were staying in the (very downmarket) residential tower rather than the (very nice) hotel tower
