Our annual family trip was perfect. Plenty of room for 7 people. Beds were comfortable. Love the large couch and big picnic table. Quiet location. Never heard any noise from outside except the waves.

Beautiful condo on the beach. Location was easy to get to. Security was great. Amenities were great too.

Usually places like this are much smaller than they appear, but this one is exactly as advertised. It was able to comfortably fit 9 adults without getting in each other’s way. The furniture was comfortable and the balcony just awesome! The downside was it needed some upkeep. Two of the three toilets broke while we were there, the garbage disposal was not working, and none of the dvd players functioned. The owner was responsive and fixed most of it right away. It was a minor inconvenience but on vacation even those are not welcome. The shower was very nice and the kitchen was well equipped. Don’t wash a lot of clothes as the dryer vents would stop up very frequently… again minor complaint. I would rent it again if I had a large group.

We try out a different condo/resort every summer and have stayed in Okaloosa many times. This unit has a gorgeous view, big balcony, large living space (we had 5 adults and 5 children ages 5-15) and is very well equipped. We loved having laundry in the unit, plus a second fridge since we cook all of our meals for a large family each day. The ice maker was also a huge hit! We were there in peak season and had no trouble with wait times for elevators or finding front row beach frontage to enjoy all day. The unit could use a refresh as it looks and feels dated and a bit worn, but we had a wonderful time overall and the extra amenities helped us overlook the rest.

We have been able to rent this property several years in a row to ring in the New Year! We love the location and love the condo! I was a little disappointed with the condo cleanliness. It smelled like old musty water was used to clean the condo. There were streaks on the appliances and mirrors. We ended up buying some cleaner and cleaning the surfaces. Overall, we enjoyed the condo and Jason was great with communications with us on check in and check out process.

The guys fishing trip was a fantastic trip. Nice, clean and spacious and plenty of room for all. Beautiful beach, fantastic views and great food! Will definitely stay again and having a great host helps things run much smoother when they’re needed.

The place was great! The view and the beach were amazing. Walk right out to the white sands and clear blue water. Owners had great communication.

Love this unit. The owner emailed all the information for check in well in advance so it wasn’t last minute trying to send everyone gate/door codes. The unit is exactly as advertised. Beds comfy ✅ .. ice machine a plus! And the balcony was perfect. And the couch.. the girls loved that big comfy couch! There are chairs and floats in the closets to borrow as well.
The only negative (which is NO reflection on the owner or the unit) is they set up rental chairs the entire stretch of the complex which only leaves very limited space directly in front of the public access. This fills up quickly so plan ahead.
We hope to stay again next year!

We had a wonderful stay. My girlfriends from three states all came together for the weekend. Beautiful spacious condo that is well maintained. The building itself and the facilities by the beach/pool were very clean. I will be returning with my family again and again.

This is a wonderful condo located directly on Fort Walton Beach. The condo includes three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. There are two refrigerators in the unit which was really helpful for the number of people we had in our group. The view from the balcony is amazing. The owner was responsive to emails and contacts (needed help to locate the entrance information) and within a few minutes she was messaging me with the info. We will definitely return to the condo in the future.
(Within close driving distance to Publix grocery and many restaurants. Check out the Shack restaurant right across the harbor from the condo. Great food and service. Hidden gem)

This property was newly renovated. Loved the comfort of it. They did have to have cleaning crew come back to finish cleaning. Not owners fault. Will definitely stay here again. We brought 7 and could easily had more.

This condo is amazing! The views of the beach are spectacular. You can even see the Wednesday night fireworks from the balcony. The condo was perfect for our family vacation. It had enough beds for 8 adults and 2 kids. We would definitely stay here again.

My family loved the roominess of this condo. The view was great and the beds comfortable. We definitely took advantage of the extra fridge and ice maker. We took 7 grandkids and there was plenty of boogie boards and beach supplies to use in the condo. It was nice that she supplied beach chairs and an umbrella in the condo but i would have rather had free use of the condos beach service so we didn't have to carry them back and forth since they were heavy. There is 3 bathrooms and it had plenty of hot water when all were in use. The owner was great and addressed resolving some minor issues we had quickly. All in all we had a great time and would rent again.

Our family had a great time for our first visit to Fort Walton / Destin beaches. This was the perfect condo for our family. It was very clean. The balcony was breath taking! Will for sure stay again!
