Owner was very easy to deal with during booking process, allowed an early check-in & refunded part of deposit when guest numbers decreased. However was very disappointed to find beds not made up on arrival then not supplied for all beds. Owner was not happy about having to return for these items & suggested we sleep on mattress tops for one night, which we declined & insisted he return with bedding.

First of I would like to say, Our check in was one of first check ins that we are welcomed by the owners, some would think that’s amazing in the beginning we did but in our case it was a really uncomfortable situation, we didn’t feel comfortable. We felt like we were being judged, & probably one of the reasons they do this kind of check in to actually know what type of people will be staying. It some cases I understand if it was dealt with a little better. We were asked when the rest of us would be arriving, which I don’t know why that would be any of there business. We felt a very disturbing vibe when we realised we had another 2 cameras in the back pool area, which I found very uncomfortable. When approached by the owner he mentioned it was for insurance & policy reasons. It was simply a invasion of privacy. He mentioned they weren’t monitored but hard to believe considering the 2 front cameras are monitored. We constantly felt like we were out of place. None of my family Enjoyed there time, they simply felt uncomfortable & felt like we were being watched duration of our time. We received a message from the owner during our stay that laundry delivery was coming which they had access to the gate code were we had our cars parked, & again we were not comfortable with this, so we asked the owner if he was able to change the time he will be dropping off the laundry. I felt as if they had no respect to privacy & no respect to the visitors renting out there property for almost a week. It was disappointing as we take trips once a year and it wasn’t what we expected. It was just awkward & uncomfortable in the beginning. The house was nice & cosy but we will no be coming back to this property again.

Beautiful stay over Christmas at this retro decor property. Very clean property. :lovely communication and the pool was great for the kids. Had fun will definitely be coming back.

There is not enough space here to write everything I want to. Sergio is first rate at being in communication. The house was amazing, spacious, loved the retro decor, although the furnishings were very modern and warm too. Checkin was super easy and great to meet the owners. Unfortunately too chilly to appreciate the fabulous outdoor area and pool. The location was great for our purposes and it was very secure. Thanks guys for having our 10 crazy cats (human ones) we had an absolute blast!!

We had a really nice time last weekend staying at this property! Great big house - we loved the pool. Perfect location too, did some trips to local breweries, beaches and other peninsula hot spots. Sergio the host was a great communicator, everything went really smoothly.

We stayed in this house for 5 days in Jan 2021 and enjoyed our time there. The facilities in the house are outstanding, including a zoned reverse cycle air conditioning, large heated pool and a decent coffee machine. The hosts were very helpful and easy to contact about any issues. Highly recommended!

This great getaway home was as described and well stocked! So nice to have a coffee machine and not buy beans, to not run out of loo paper and to have cooking utensils and cutlery for all guests. Short walk to the beach, restaurant, cafe and gorgeous reserve access at the rear. Fabulous pool, 2 Bar fridges plus a huge kitchen fridge/freezer. A space for the games crew and a space for the TV crew. Great hosts, great house. Will stay again!

The house was spotless and perfect for our family weekend away. We all had a fabulous time and would definitely go back again 👍🏻😊
