The property was absolutely perfect. It was completely safe. We had a wonderful stay there.

Great location near st peters. Everyone loved having their own bedroom. The place is quiet and private.

The property was so centrally located ,so close to Vatican when we walked around the corner, there she was in all of her glory. 10 min walk to Trevi fountain. One evening we walked to piazza navy an and hung out. We took an Uber to colessuim and Palestine hill. The host were amazing and so friendly. A denfifnte stay here tracie

The place is as advertised its nice and next to public transportation. The major bus stop is right outside. It is on the back side of the Vatican so to visit you need to walk 20 min around but that keeps it away from the crowds. The internet went out on us during our stay but the owners fixed it quickly. There is no central thermostat the air conditioners are room by room and it took me a bit to figure that out and the owners turned them off when they came in to fix the internet so I had to do it a second time. Also there are quit hours after 10p which I was not expecting. But overall a good spot to stay.

This property was great for a large group, and accommodated us all very well. It is within walking distance to many main attractions, restaurants, and shops. We would highly recommend staying with this host, they were very kind accommodating, and helpful.

Our family of fourteen, ages 1 to 69, had a great time here. The apartment was huge and perfect for a large group. It has everything you need for a great family stay. Paolo was a great host and provided good information on the local area and even helped us arrange transportation to the airport. We highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Rome.

Our group of 3 families was very comfortable in this apartment. Each family had private bathroom, and overall room arrangement worked well even in the evenings when some people wanted to stay up while others went to sleep. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Location was good. Easy access to bus and regional train stop. Regional train has limited schedule - sometimes it runs every 10 min, and other times once per hour. We had some tours planned that required us to be at Roma Termini early in the mornings and we felt that it would have been easier if we had closer metro stop that runs every 10 min. Nonetheless, we still had very accessible public transportation.

From the start Paolo was very quick in responding to our questions. Location is very close to both a train station and a bus stop making getting around Rome easy. We were able to drop off our luggage early which was appreciated. Lots of room for 8 adults and our 2.5 year old grandson. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. We really enjoyed visiting on the back patio in the evening. Bonus was having Paolo arrange private transportation back to the airport on departure day. Location was great next to the Vatican. Plenty of space and enough beds for everyone. The only unexpectedly item was a extra fee cash only charge at check in of 3.5€ per person per day, thats was an additional €140.

This property was the perfect choice for our trip to Rome. We had three generations with us and it fit everyone’s needs. Pablo was the perfect host who helped make everything easier from the moment we booked. He helped arrange a van to and from the airport which was a huge help. Upon check in, Lisa walked us through the local area and how to navigate the buses, where to find food and just made us feel comfortable. The area is quiet, the building is quiet and the apartment is spacious. Definitely 100% recommend to anyone.

Accommodations fit our group of 10 very comfortably - 2 families (with teenagers) plus 1 single person. Although the space & beds fit our group easily, it could use a little bit of TLC (ex. door in the kitchen doesn’t close properly) & we did need to purchase toilet paper, near the end of our 6 day stay. Location was close to the Vatican (walkable) & close to the train & bus so easy to get to sights although not super walkable. Great gelato & coffee shop just outside the building though (!!) and plenty of grocery options nearby. Host was also great & helped us get transportation to the airport. Would I stay here again? Despite a few niggly things, I would, for sure :-)

We had a wonderful stay here. They were very accommodating and let us store our luggage for early check in. It is the perfect location. There were 12 of us for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. We stayed here 3-4 days before we got on an NCL Epic Cruise. Train station across the street made it super simple to get to the cruise port which is a good 40 minutes away. Again perfect location for sight seeing in Rome. Very clean and very large.

The property was perfect for us, 2 families with grown up kids, party of 10. The layout and space was great, with enough room and bathrooms to make life easy. Great location, easy to get to everywhere and close to walk to places. All amenities and extra supplies available were fantastic. Thanks to the hosts for a wonderful holiday!

This place was perfect for our group of 7 people. Lisa and Paolo were wonderful hosts and very responsive. They also arranged for us to be transported to/from the airport, which went very smoothly. We walked to the Vatican (very close) and easily took an uber to other locations. If you stay here, you should also eat at Goose Restaurant, which is right around the corner (just across the street). We ate their twice because we loved it so much!

The property is large and did well for our family of 12. The flat is not luxurious, but nice with lots of space and the necessary kitchenware etc. Paolo was very accommodating letting us bring our luggage early. He also arranged for a van to the airport. Great experience overall.

Paolo's apartment worked out well for our family of ten people. He was easy to contact and was responded quickly to questions. The apartment is quite large and could have comfortably accommodated twelve. Having two washing machines and a dryer was a great benefit. Having three showers was a blessing. The location, near the Vatican, was a little off of the tourist path but only caused our walks to be slightly longer. No big deal. Trastevere was only about a 15-20 minute walk. On the plus side, the train station is located directly across the street so if you need to travel, you are only a few meters away. Another benefit is that Goose restaurant is located only one block away. The food and the service were so good that we ate there three nights. Goose was a recommendation from Paolo, by the way. One night, we ate on the large patio in Paolo's apartment. While the decor could use some updating, everything was clean. Overall, I would stay there again especially if I was part of a large group. We loved the apartment! We had a wonderful stay. It had everything that we needed and Paola and his wife were very kind and helpful. This was great for our entire family and located conveniently near train station.

There was 14 extended family that needed a place to stay before a Mediterranean cruise. It was just what we needed. it was walking distance to the Vatican.

Great place for large groups. Plenty of rooms, beds, bathrooms. Paolo was responsive on all communication. Would stay here again with a large group.

We loved all the space in this place where each of our kids could have their own room/bed. They loved the privacy! We also loved how easy it was to walk to St Peter’s but yet if you walked a couple blocks beyond our apartment the opposite direction you can find great restaurants where there are a lot of locals. The crowds in the middle of Rome were intense during our visit and we were very glad to be staying out if the thick of things. There is also a very good grocery store and an excellent pastry/coffee shop a couple blocks down the Main Street where we got breakfast every day. We’d definitely stay here again! Our favorite restaurant nearby for dinner was Hosteria Buona Forchetta. The gnocchi with clams and the smoked salmon burratta bruchetta were both amazing!

Property was perfect for 13 college students to stay a night or more. Lots of tables to sit around together and stores nearby. Would have stayed longer if we could.

Property is just as described, clean and close to Vatican. Very close to bus stops and metro which made getting around a breeze. Communication was great with Paolo, they even met us at the property to get us checked in and set up. We enjoyed our stay.

We were an extended family of 8, including two small children. The apartment worked great for us. It is very convenient to the bus lines serving all the wonderful sites of Rome. We were met at the agreed upon time, shown how everything worked, and provided recommendations for local restaurants. We had a great stay in Rome.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Paolo's place. He was very kind to allow us to drop off our baggage early and communication with him was excellent. There was lots of space for our party of 10. The residence is nicely located within walking distance from Vatican city in an area that does not feel touristy. There were several excellent local restaurants nearby, as well as a market. I would certainly recommend staying here.

Good location for a few days in Rome before taking the train to cruise port. Accommodations were clean and functional if not exactly luxurious. We would stay again.

Our family of 8 people spent a week in this lovely apartment near the Vatican. It is a great location with plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed it immensely and were very happy with our stay.

Paolo was very accommodating, the place looks exactly as the pictures , air conditioning was good , for a family of 13 was great , very close to Vatican City, secure location and easy to talk , we love it !

We absolutely loved our visit to Rome. The apartment was great. Lots of room and location was perfect. Few minutes walk to the Vatican and digging a half hour walk of all the sites. We did not use the bus or metro but both have stops nearby. Paolo and his wife were wonderful and helped organize transportation and anything else we needed during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!!!
