It’s a room not an appartement (no plate , nothing to cook)

Xi Village is full of gentle and kind staff,room was clean and sufficient .

Breakfast was the same every day. WiFi in the room was totally unacceptable. This Hotel is near the beach but not very safe for the kids to go alone as snakes can be found here and there. The pool is clean but rather small . The drone photos used are misleading because you think that "Averto" bar in front of the beach belongs to the hotel . Finally we had a payment problem from the start as you only pay through Booking and there is no other way. We had to use a new prepaid card as my business card was not accepted. If you plan to visit Kefalonia better stay in Argostoli or Fiskardo .

The bed and breakfast

Location is remote and just over an hour to drive. But if this what you are after than it is perfect. Breakfast was basic and continental.

The girls in the reception and kitchen were very helpful and tried their best to make our stay pleasant. The beach was a few minutes walk with nice bars and tavernas. The Beach is great with red sand and calm, it shelves gently and has beach sports like water jet skis.

In the 4 bed family apartment, the two single beds were sofa beds with a gap along the middle so only half width of the bed was usable. The double bed had springs which were a bit protruding in places. There was no wifi connection in our room, presumably not powerful enough. Our kids in a loft apartment also could not get strong enough signal. Breakfast choice was quite limited. There is not much hot water in morning and early afternoon.
