This property exceeded my expectation. For potential clients note that as of 1/1/2024 the pool and hot tub appear to be at least 1 year away from being completed. I loved everything about the unit itself. The pictures did not do this unit justice and it was so much nicer in person. The rooms were huge, the quality was exceptional, the hosts were always on top of everything and the view of the beach from the balcony was perfect.

This rental had such a classy look extremely beautiful, neat and comfortable. It has every amenity you could need to make your stay enjoyable. Plenty of space, and a beautiful view of the ocean. The host was very pleasant to work with easily to communicate with an extremely responsive. I would recommend this location to anybody and would absolutely reserve another visit! We were able to see 2 rocket launches from our balcony. We never cooked anything in kitchen, even though it had everything you needed. We picked some of the best diners to eat. The pool and hot tub not being finished was a major disappointment to me even though beach was a few steps away. The time went by way too fast and weather was great. We were celebrating our anniversary and both of our 60th birthdays. Anyone staying here will for not be disappointed.

Property was clean,all modern appliances, excellent security.

The Room is beautifully decorated along with a terrific balcony that has great lounge furniture. The kitchen? Fantastic! The owner has provided everything a beach goer needs in garage! Overall the whole facility and the guest who stay are a welcoming experience!

Our family considers Daytona our home away from home and this condo did not disappoint. The spacious three bedroom, three bath unit was completely stocked with everything you would need to feel at home. From the high end kitchen and appliances, to the bar room/ office space, to the comfortable king sized master bedroom numbers bed, to the large capacity front load washer and dryer, this place has it all. It was especially nice to enjoy a sunrise or sunset on this large balcony with several cushioned chairs and lounges, and an additional high top table that seats three. The beautiful glass top dining table seats 6 and there is additional seating for three at the counter. Each of the three bedrooms have large walk in closets. The master bath has an oversized garden tub and large walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath with a tub. The third bedroom- the kid room - has a bunk with a twin on the top over a full bed with an extra pullout twin below. The third bath has a walk-in shower. There are plenty of linens and even beach towels for the beach. Our family particularly liked the automatic privacy shades and auto lights in the closets and hallways which are great for kids. Of course the many flat screen TVs throughout the condo were nice as well. Each unit has a reserved parking spot in the basement garage and an additional unassigned spot in the upper lot. We also took advantage of the beach wagon and canopy that is also provided if you didn’t bring your own. This was perfect for our family!

We were able to stay in this unit for 6 weeks. Some of our time was with our children and grandchildren and sometime with friends. Everybody had a wonderful time. The unit is well equipped with towels and beach towels. All of the towels were n excellent condition. We really wanted for nothing. Being an early riser I enjoyed getting up and watching the sunrise with my cup of coffee. I have countless pictures of the sun rising and even a few of the full moon rising in early April. My wife enjoyed the blackout blinds in the bedroom as she is not an early riser! The beach is amazing, there are many great restaurants close and hand....some within walking distance. If you want to cook there is lots of room in the kitchen for more than one and all the tools you will need. I had to do some work while I was here and it was great having the extra computer screens available! MaryAnn was responsive to any requests we had. Staying at Sanibel 303 was awesome, a very comfortable condo with a great view and was immaculate. 5 stars for sure! MaryAnn was a great host and very helpful during the selection process with quick answers to all of our questions.
