Beautiful home. One of the nicest we’ve ever stayed at. The welcome basket was perfect considering it was after 9:00 pm when we arrived Close to everything! Golf, shopping, restaurants (thank you for the BobbyQ recommendation)…yummmmm Scott was quick to answer any question & even offered to come over if need be. Backyard was an oasis..loved the pool & firepit on cooler mornings & evenings Can’t wait to stay at your home again Scott!

Beautiful, made us feel right at home. But I must of missed the part of the heating fee being option. That was a steep fee for a short visit.

We were really happy with everything about this property. It was VERY clean and comfortable. VRBO was off are list of places to stay, but decided to give it another chance and was very glad we did with this property. Hopefully we can go back again in the future.

Very well-maintained house with huge yard. Very quiet and relaxing. Nice neighborhood and close to everything. Owner very accommodating and quick to address any questions. Well stocked with everything you need when you are moving in and getting settled. Highly recommended.

Great house and pool will rent again

We usually sacrifice top-end amenities in favor of more vacation time throughout the year. After a long year and a few cancelled trips due to the pandemic we looked for and found our perfect place! Fully equipped - didn't need a single thing. Located near everything we needed from food and leisure to many golf courses to pick from. And only 30 minutes from the in-laws. Like I said, our perfect place! The welcome basket was the perfect touch after a long day and late arrival! Scott communicated perfectly and made everything easy. The backyard makes this beautiful house a private resort, and one we'd love to book each time we visit the Phoenix area. Did I already write that it was "perfect?" Thank you Scott and Lori for raising our VRBO expectations with such a wonderful place! Can't wait to return!!

This place is definitely your own personal resort! Everything was amazing! Scott (the owner) was extremely helpful and quick to respond to questions. I would 100% stay here again!

My wife and I were originally scheduled through another VRBO in Naples, Florida- however, due to a freak November tropical storm our plans had to change at the very last minute! I reached out to Scott (as we have family and friends in Arizona) and he was graciously able to accommodate us with short notice for our 8 night vacation!We were really pleased and AMAZED at just how stunning this house was. The home was impeccable! From the cleanliness to the decor and the amenities- it felt truly like a home away from home. The thoughtful snacks and well stocked basic supplies- we cannot say enough great things about this home!!!!Thank you for saving our vacation and allowing us to stay in your beautiful house!!!!

Another great stay at Melody Ranch. The house is outstanding and Scott is very quick to respond to renters.

Our stay was simply AMAZING! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The Haberman’s were very accommodating letting us know if we needed anything or had any issues, they were just a phone call away. Everything was just wonderful...clean, quiet, relaxing 😎�. Our hats are off from Montana to our gracious hosts 😊�

The house was in an ideal location with restaurants and playgrounds in walking distance. This well maintained house has an absolutely beautiful yard with lots of outside seating. In addition, the owner is very helpful, responsive, and does everything he can to make your stay a pleasure!

From the moment you walk into the home, it’s amazing. It was clean and completely updated . The decor is beautiful and you can tell the owners take pride in this house. Scott and Lori were great to deal with and answered all our questions promptly before we had arrived and we didn’t have any issues at the home itself. The beds are comfortable as well as the furniture itself around the home, including the outdoor furniture. We had our older kids who live in the area over for dinner and I was able to make a great meal with all the appliances that are supplied. The back yard is a relaxing oasis and my favorite part. The pool and grounds are so beautiful. Upon arrival Scott and Lori had a welcome basket of snacks and fruit... that was a nice touch that we’ve never encountered before with any rental we’ve ever had. My husband, son and I all agree, this is the best house we’ve ever stayed at! Thanks for giving us the opportunity to rent your home!
