Very clean with all the necessities. Very homely and the location was great too.

We arrived to a pint of milk in the fridge and a cake on the side, the owner was just leaving as we arrived to check in and helped me get my car on the drive. The house was warm and it was a delight to sit watching the wildlife and extremely convenient for Alton Towers.

Driveway was a little tight to get into at times.

Absolutely amazing location. 5 mins to Alton Towers. The house had everything you would need. we didn’t want for anything. Bedding and beds where super comfy. kitchen stocked with everything you need. Very spacious. Looks quant from outside but spans a long way back. would stay again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful home from home. Immaculately presented in a lovely woodland setting. Easy access for Alton Towers.

Default thermostat settings a little cold for our tastes.

This property was the best I have stayed in. A welcome cake and a bottle of milk when we arrived. Little details everywhere show a couple who know how to make guests feel welcome.

Not much, couldn't find the wheelie bin but other than that fantastic.

There were lots of little touches that made the cottage and host stand out. Excellent location for Alton towers and nice to come back to a home from home rather than a hotel room. Would definitely stay there again
