My friend and I were both impressed by this property on our recent visit to Inverloch. The house was very clean and even on a 33° day it had a lovely sea breeze coming through the windows that kept it nice and cool. We wish we could’ve spent more time there. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed one week in mid-Jan at this lovely little place. It was just right for our family of 4; the big backyard (bush style) was excellent for my youngest to forage for insects and the balcony was excellent for my older son to sit in the sun listening to music. The interior is small but the photos are accurate - the house was sparkling clean and all the furnishings quite new and in excellent condition at the time of our visit. I think it would have been crowded with more than the 4 of us but the January weather meant we didn't need to be inside all day. The balcony is lovely (you feel like you are in the tree tops) but in full sun from mid-afternoon. The path into town is now fully paved so you can bike/scoot/pram into town within 15 minutes or walk in under 30 minutes. The surf beach is an easy 10 minute (flat) walk and the outdoor fresh water shower is brilliant for cleaning up kids and beach gear. My 2 points of constructive feedback would be to (1) provide a couple of short extension cords so the fans can be moved around and better positioned in the bedrooms (there are very few power points) and (2) insect screens for the front and back sliding doors so these can remain open and catch a breeze through the living area. We would happily book again.

We stayed for 2 weeks just recently over christmas and we thought the house was fantastic. It is very clean and the rooms are quite spacious and plenty of room for the kids to play in the room as well with the bunks. The outdoor area is great for bbq's and having drinks on the deck as the sun sets, the only suggestion l have is to put a roof over the deck so it can be used all year round, as its a beautiful area to sit and listen to the waves. It is situated in the perfect spot a 10 min bike ride to the township along the newly made pathways makes it safe and a walk to the beach is in easy access. We would definitely stay here again, Leisa made everything so easy with any questions and always getting back to me.

Very clean, nicely decorated and a quiet location. With the sound of waves in the distance, it made our stay pleasant and relaxing. The deck was great and used for all meals. It's a short stroll to the surf beach, and probably 25-30mins into town along the waterfront path. The closest beach was great for exploring and walks, although swimming not suitable for young kids. The kids room was a little crowded with 2 bunk beds which made it hard to read the kids bedtime stories and make the bed. Overall we had a lovely stay and enjoyed the house and it's location.

We had a wonderful stay- the property is well renovated and has everything you could need for a holiday (dishwasher, washing machine, outdoor shower for after the beach). We traveled with our 19 month old, and it was very toddler friendly. Communication with owners was fantastic - couldn't have asked for more. Short walk to the surf beach, and there is a lovely park about 500m away (swings, slide etc) for children. We plan to come back!

This place was very clean and had all the essentials that we needed, washing machine, pantry items and a bbq. The deck was very inviting and we found we spent most of our time out there. It was a great sunny spot to enjoy the morning paper and coffee yet it was a cool spot shaded by the surrounding gum trees in the afternoon for drinks and nibbles, followed by a bbq dinner. We appreciated the warm outdoor shower after returning from the beach each day. This place doesn't have all the bells and whistles but definitely has all of the essentials and is clean.
