This place is great. Clean and excellent location. The view from the balcony is incredible!! It has everything you need to make your stay great. The owners are very nice and accommodating.

Unit G-121 was clean, well-stocked. Lacked for nothing. Will likely book a stay for next year. Property landscape is perfect. Kudos to all as a job well done!

Got the VRBO for my wife so she could visit her family. The location was great and she really enjoyed walking to the beach. She also enjoyed the view when she drank her morning coffee. Will definitely stay again when we come back to town.

Great condo in a nice complex. Comfortable bed and futons. Appreciated all the extras....beach towels, beach chairs, candy, wine, etc.

Relaxing Little colder than we expected

Property location was amazing right next to ocean and small shops/restaurants nearby. Location easy to locate right off freeway. Great place for nice relaxing with spouse or kids too. Check in only issue was read directions carefully as you have to locate guard shack to get keys from main office inside complex... took 15 minutes all together so not big deal just pay attention to directions provided. We will be staying here next trip down to the ocean was awesome.

This great spot is walking distance from downtown O’side and the harbor. A great jumping off point to explore all parts of this cute beach town. The rental unit has everything you need, plus amenities at the property include two pools and jacuzzis, gym, pool table, ping pong and more. A truly special location for a getaway.

We had the perfect weekend getaway here. Walked down to the beach and the harbor in minutes! It exceeded all my expectations in terms of location. Can’t wait to return.

We had a lovely trip. Condo is easy access to a nice sandy beach and waves for body surfing/boogie boarding. Views from the condo were beautiful- ocean, garden and harbor. Condo itself was clean. Had large bed in bedroom and futon that pulled out into a full sized bed. The second futon would be ok for a child to sleep, but we did not find it large enough for an adult. There was a blow up mattress and crash pad type cushion available. Plenty of boogie boards, umbrellas, a little cart for toting things. (We also had a small wagon we brought). It was great to have a high chair and plastic tableware for the kids. Keurig coffee and half/half provided. Also several pantry items like sugar, flour salt/pepper some seasonings. Pans for baking provided as well as appliances such as blender and toaster. There were bowls for mixing. However our suggestion would be to provide a few more microwave safe dishes. The adult tableware and mixing bowls were not microwave safe. We like to make a portion of the food ahead of time and just warm up when we are on vacation. BBQ supplies provided. Hosts were quick to respond and promptly answered any questions.

Our family of 3 had a wonderful time at this condo! This was our second time at north coast village and it was even better this time! The pictures of the view on the listing do not do it justice! The sunsets from the balcony were absolutely stunning. We had everything we needed! The only things I would recommend to the owners is to have a small bag cooler and a wagon added to the beach supplies! We left a beach ball for the next family to enjoy. Thanks again for a great stay!!!

Awesome view of the harbor, enough space for our family of 5 (3 x teens), fantastic location, had all the good stuff for grilling, baking, and even had a functioning crackpot for the days I knew we were too busy and tired to make anything in the evening. Hope we get the chance to stay again!

Wonderful condo that has been updated and the grounds and amenities are great. Host was responsive when we had an issue. Would stay here again. Futon was actually comfortable too.

Nice area, a bit of a walk to the beach. People were very helpful and polite. Had to cut trip short do to family matters. Would recommend this property.

The only trouble I had was finding the unit and the specific parking spot. But once I figured that out, everything was great. The tub is old, but I think it works. Our stay was very short, so honestly didn't use it. Location is amazing and I would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Beautiful area so close to everything

This unit was awesome!! Well stocked with everything, it was like home away from home! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will look to rent this unit again when we come back to Oceanside.

We had a wonderful stay in Oceanside. This condo was cozy, had plenty of room for us and was very well priced. There is a musty smell but the air purifier helped with that. The beds were great the internet, TV and amenities were good too. Any questions we had were answered quickly and the location was awesome. We would stay here again for sure! Thanks for the chocolates! The wine was a nice thought but we don’t drink alcohol so perfect for the next people to stay. Thank you for having us!

We have been coming to Northcoast village for years but always stayed in the condos right on the beach. This trip was spontaneous and we booked this unit as it it was the last one available. We loved it. The terrace was super enjoyable with fantastic views. We did not miss the ability to walk into the grassy area that we had in prior years. Getting to and from the condo was very easy. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Extra bonus for me as someone who grew up in Europe was that you can take the shower head off. Definitely would book this condo again.
