Lovely and immaculate home that was close to everything. The hospitality of the hosts was amazing. We arrived to a home that was clean, inviting, and ready for us to enjoy a lovely stay. Portable ACs were already set up and running to cool the bedrooms during the heat of August. The home was as advertised and everything was thought of so we could have a stress free stay. Definite 5 out of 5 stars. This will be our choice of where to stay for any future trips to the Halifax area. We highly recommend this great property as a home away from.home.

All of our family (5 adults and one 6 year old) enjoyed our stay at this property. It is centrally located and easy to access highways to visit attractions out of the Halifax area. The Dartmouth side of the city is a bit quieter but only a 10 minute drive to downtown Halifax to visit all of the major sites. Also close to many restaurants on both sides of the harbor. The street outside the property is a bit busy but nothing that caused a concern when entering or exiting the driveway. Lots of good information was available from the host on places to see or recommended food options Highly recommend this property.

This home was the perfect location for our family. The owner was awesome and answered all questions immediately. All information was correct. Would stay there again.

This vacation home has many good things going for it. The location is very convenient and safe. Although it is on a busy road, the traffic slowed considerably once evening came; we all slept soundly even with the wondows open. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Inside the house, things are updated, there are many beds, lots of linens and the kitchen has a nice pantry. This property has good accessibility for people who have mobility issues. There is only one step into the house and the main floor has two good sized bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. There are two more bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom with jacuzzi tub. There's also an extra sitting room with futon. Lots of options in this house.

My first time to stay in air b&b. The house was complete with all the necessities we needed for a short stay. My family enjoyed being together and how functional everything was. Very happy and satisfied 😊

The house is really convenient to the bridge to Halifax and lots of amenities. Walking distance to groceries and restaurants. The house is spacious. Only 1 shower. Top notch appliances. The beds are very comfy. Lots of great towels. The kitchen is well supplied with cooking utensils, pots, pans and dishes. Highly recommended.

The house is very large with two full bathrooms, four large bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and backyard. The pantry worked very well for storage of groceries. The location is great - a short walk to Sobeys. Bus number 10 into the city stops near the house. Overall a great place.

This property was lovely. During our stay we had the extra bonus of hurricane Fiona passing through. Our host, Jeff, was very accommodating and attentive during the power outage caused by Fiona, bringing a generator on site. Beautiful home. Meet our needs well.

We came for our daughters wedding in Lawrence Town - my husband and I , our daughter, husband, grandchildren and our son! It was absolutely perfect for our family! 2 bedrooms upstairs for our daughter and her young family- centrally located- easy access to Halifax , Dartmouth and beaches! It was hot and each room had air conditioning plus many fans!! The kitchen was well equipped for eat in meals , the barbecue was easily accessible and having laundry was awesome with the little ones!! We were so comfortable there!! Will book again!!

The house more than met our needs. It had nice spacious rooms, a stocked kitchen and was close to downtown Halifax. The host was very gracious in accommodating our needs.

We stayed for a week for a family wedding and were very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the house. The decor was clean and minimal, providing everything we needed and more. There was plenty of space for our family and the location was perfect for exploring Halifax and Dartmouth.

The house was great for the seven of us - four children - 10, 8, 4 and 2 plus three adults. Close to grocery stores, bridge to Halifax and ferry.
Well equipped kitchen - but plates and bowls very heavy.

Large house, clean, comfortable. Good wifi and TV. No reading lights in upstairs bedrooms. The upstairs bathroom is only a tub (huge!) & only a shower on main floor. The kitchen was well-equipped and we made good use of the gas grill. Location is on a fairly busy street which can be noisy at times but is a convenient location to access the sights.

Wonderful stay. House is comfortable and fully equipped. Didn't use the microwave for cooking, Couldn't find any appropriate dishes.
Didn't expect basement apartment and two vehicles. Street was much busier than expected.

This property's location is ideal for a business, touring or shopping trip to Dartmouth and Halifax. The house is very comfortable for large groups with 4 bedrooms and a private sitting room with a pullout. Extremely clean and very well equipped with high quality appliances and dishware/cutlery. Several condiments are left for guests convenience. Highly recommended, will stay again.

Very clean and comfortable for our family. Very well equipped with kitchen and bath supplies. Great location with easy access to grocery and NSLCB. Would recommend it to friends and may use it again ourselves.

Very clean, Amazing towel and toilet paper stock! Super easy communication. Only drawbacks were having only 1 shower (upstairs just tub but we knew that going in); air conditioning in just 3 of 4 bedrooms. Fantastic stay and located just minutes from bridge to Halifax. Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying in this property. Even though it was a last minute booking, Jeff was there promptly on day 1 to resolve our issues and make our stay pleasant!! I will definitely consider staying in this property if I land up visiting Halifax again.
