Pretty good room horrible parking and access for older people. Probably won’t stay again. No usable wifi and wifi was advertised.

This unit was full of German roaches which everyone knows is indicative of filth!! They were hiding under the kitchen cabinet and behind the bathroom mirror. I contacted the property manager who said she would send a pest control company. I told her to have them call me when they arrived so I could have them specifically spray the areas where I saw the roaches. Well, no one called and instead showed up to my room and went inside my room without me there!! I saw a pest control card on the counter when I got back to the room, which means absolutely nothing because I still saw roaches crawling around the unit for the remainder of the weekend!!! I again reached out to the property manager who continued to completely ignore me. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! The room has potential to be nice if they would correct the roach issue. However, this completely ruined my trip!! Absolutely disgusting and terrifying!!! Stay away!!!

Clean & cozy- looks just like listing & we truly enjoyed ourselves. Would like to return if it becomes less pricey.

The room was really nice and clean. I loved that it was a ground floor room and convenient to everything.

we come every year the problem i had this year, one day water shut off at 10am till 2pm okay worked around it . but then the pool was shut down for 3 days mon tues and wed. called the lady i booked thru see if i could get some money back. you go for a vacation 1200 miles away you expect to use the pool. got nothing off not even sorry

Everything that was shown in website was what you got. There was some cleaning going on at the resort while I was there but they were quiet, cleaned up every night, and friendly. The staff I encountered went up and above to help me, as this is a large resort, so they would literally stop what they were doing and show me the way. I would recommend my room 132 to anyone. It’s an efficiency type “hotel” room for 2-3 people. The owner called me back when I had a question , her cleaning staff actually answered the phone when I needed to let her know something to bring when she came to clean after I left. Can’t ask for any better experience than that.

We loved our time at Mousey's condo! Although I imagined sunshine during our stay, we were very pleased with the location that looks right out to the oceanfront. I was glad there was a heated pool and tiki bar right around the corner on the property; it was very convenient. The place was very clean. I would stay here again if the opportunity came up.

Great place, new paint very comfortable place. The location is really the best part. Open the door & you are on the beach!

It was a great weekend getaway! The view from room is amazing. The room is nice but could use a little tlc but nothing major. Luckily room is located near pool so can easily access by outside because hallway stinks like cigarettes

From Michigan, we came to the room and it was not ready for us on Christmas day. It was not clean and organized for the new visitor. Beware that this room is private in a hotel that is old that needed renovation that is why it is cheap. Arriving to a not clean old room is not pleasing at all but if you don't mind the old place this should be great when it is clean. As a guest, I hate leaving the place that we stayed very messy and let someone else clean it. I am the type of guest that will leave the place clean, not spotless but for sure decent! I honestly like the room because it is in the very front. We called the host 1st and 2nd host and Team Evolve. Nobody responded. We did not have the choice so we left the area and went to a different hotel that almost the same price. They called us the next day. They were very sorry and they said they did not think that someone will place a reservation on Christmas day. They gave as an offer for next time we come down to make things right, which I for sure will ask you guys next year. It was unfortunate event , apologize accepted but you still owe us one! Thank you for calling back.

Had a quick trip to area for an event, this was a nice, clean room with a great view. Could use a new mattress, other than that, everything was fine.

The room was decent and clean but the property is very old and needs a total renovation. There were no bathroom amenities like soap and lotion, so bring your own. The beds were pretty comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. The beach was right outside the door, we couldn't have gotten any closer! We did enjoy our stay but I am not sure we would stay there again.

This property has everything you need at one location.indoor heated pool was great since it was cool and windy during our stay.tiki bar was awesome,and outdoor pool is great size.this room is right on corner of both pools,tiki bar,and steps away from white sand.....

Cockroaches, filthy, run down, many items need repair. Communication with Evolve rental management was absolutely useless. Spent hours on the phone and internet trying to find an acceptable hotel. Promises to return calls and address our concerns, beginning the first day of arrival, were nit kept. I have several pictures of our “room” and the “resort” itself. Filthy place.

It was very clean and smelled great. Right on the beach with an awesome view. Clean pool and great Luau show with dinner. Great staff and grounds being kept up. Great view!

The property was perfect for us, we enjoyed the location, look and overall appeal of the room. We made forever memories.

positive: The view is amazing. Beach is right there. The location in the hotel was perfect. Bottom level with little noise from the pool. Tiki bar just around the corner. And a little kitchenette to make breakfast and such. negative: For the price we paid I realize I can’t be too picky. But there are bugs/roaches. I don’t think they cleaned the blankets, dishes, floors well. Pillows have a stench to them and the building and room are very outdated. My three gal friends (we haven’t been together in 7+ years) had lots to catch up with on the beach, by the pool and at the many restaurants to choose from around town. But if it would have been rainy, it would have been horrible as we didn’t stay inside much due to the reasons above. We didn’t have hot water for 3 of the 4 days. The WiFi was horrible and when we reached out, no one ever responded. But overall we feel we paid for the view and convenience to get to the beach.

Roaches in unit and outside. Got in our donuts and cake. They were little. We killed about 30 of them during our stay. Please fix that!

First I want to say the resort this is at is great. This was my 3rd time staying here for a extended family trip. It is a tad outdated through the halls but it’s clean & all the amenities are awesome! ALL of these complaints are for this specific condo, NOT Hawaiian inn resort, & NOT vrbo. This property is managed by evolve. My assigned guest contact Monica was useless, rude, & wasn’t customer service oriented. After contacting her twice with no empathy or care to even resolve my problem I called the main line & they seemed more compassionate & wrote a complaint up for a resolution although I still haven’t gotten any, they could be doing better. Keep in mind my parents had a room directly next to us, but had NONE of my issues. My brother had a room across the resort & didn’t either. Back to this specific room. Arrived close to midnight our first day due to flight delays. The kitchenette area had more than 10 cockroaches. There was evidence of them being there for awhile such as feces. Walked in the restroom & seen a few more. Along with the shower curtain rod in the tub because it had fallen. The next morning I had to get a can of sunblock from under the entertainment center & out came a roach bait trap. Which reassured me it had been an ongoing issue. Immediately called my guest contact, she tried justify the pest issue saying it was the resort that has had a issue. She got really cold once I called her out about my previous stays and the fact that I have family in 2 separate rooms currently one being next door. Said “it’s Sunday theirs no exterminators until Monday” me trying to be understanding accepted that. Monday came & went. Tuesday comes mid day an exterminator came then said his 3 minutes of spraying should “solve the issue” I called my guest contact again to let her know that is was a bigger issue than just a couple roaches & it would need more treatment. She said she knows, they cancelled their next guest (June 5th-?) tried calling again on Wednesday for the continuously falling shower rod. No answer, no return call. Called main number she took a complaint to get a resolution for me. She requested photos that I emailed to her. Throughout my week there I found other minor issues that I typically would have let go but the lack of care from customer service & the fact that I had so many issues it makes them relevant. Light fixture held up by scotch tape, broken iron, keys that didn’t work, broken stove, clogged tub drain, & dingy towels.

The room was beautiful. The people next to us raised cane all night. No one answered at the front desk. We drove 8 hrs home with little to no sleep. Marijuana smoked out in the open by the kiddie pool went to front office they said it was probably legal. What a joke! I feel for those who have invested their money in these condos. Our porch chairs were gone and table smashed. We couldn’t sit on the patio at all because of the drunks falling all over the place. I was so upset when the power went out and no one could tell us anything. After 8 yrs with the Hawaiin inn I’m done! I saw rats out by the pool area at 7 in the morning not mice, rats! When I tried to complain about anything at the front desk they told us there was no management. Or security and that explained it all. Also the parking lot was so jammed up with the big trucks that didn’t even have a tag in them we couldn’t park for an hour. They were blocking the aisles in the parking lot and playing music all night long and no one there to stop them. How is that fair for those of us who pay to stay? This place has turned into a dump with people wandering in off the streets in droves. Drunks with glass bottled in the pool congregating on the steps so you have to walk past them to enter the pool. This was a family place and now is turning to anything goes real quick. Very disappointed with my stay. Yes I know it was truck week. But we had children there smelling that nasty weed everyday. They just sat right there at a table out in the open and smoked when they wanted too and no one said a word! Never again!

We booked this room due to the rate per night, which was going to be cheaper than a hotel. We figured since it was right on the beach the view would be great. That did not disappoint. We were steps to the ocean and had an amazing view. However, the entire room felt very unclean. We absolutely did not use any of the kitchen utensils. There was leftover items in the fridge..... I am assuming from the previous guest? The shower liner was barely hanging on and I had to rehang it before I could shower. Also, saw a cockroach in the kitchen. The building itself is very old and had very narrow, unkept hallways. There was a lot of pot smoking going on at all hours of the day/night. I am glad that I did not have my family with me, or that I was not alone. I did not feel safe in this unit. One morning as I sat on the patio outside my door, I watched a drunk man stumbling around and pass out on the putt putt course. I took 6 policeman and 2 paramedics to finally haul him away. This is definitely NOT a place for children. The entire vibe was an older generation "meat market" . The only saving grace was the bartender who kept the liquor flowing so that we could tolerate this nasty place. We left a day early and went to a clean hotel.

Loved the room, convenient to the beach. It was our first time in Daytona Beach and can’t wait to return.

We took a quick trip to Daytona Beach with a few friends. The location of this property was great for everything we wanted to do. It was a nice place and perfect for the four of us. The kitchen is pretty small but makes do for a long weekend.

I have found the perfect getaway in Daytona Beach! Although the hotel is older we found the unit very charming. Clean, comfortable, and quiet - with amazing views! We enjoyed the food and drinks at the Tiki bar - very laid back atmosphere. Communication with the owner immeduat

This place is really cute, it has the best location. You can walk out the back door and you very close to everything .Both pools, indoor and outside, beach entrance, grill and bar and miniature golf right in front of you. Absolutly gorgeous views by day and night. We loved it here and would definitly stay again, it just could have been a little bit cleaner.

This room has great location to the pool and the beach. We had a great time.

This rental is in an excellent location and you can access it by using the patio door which is great coming from the pool. Will definately try and stay here again on the next trip
