Our family enjoyed the peaceful and spacious house in Tahoe Donner. There was plenty of room for our party of 6 to cook, eat, and relax both together and alone when needed.

Sauna was broken, other than that the house great for a friends get together.

We had a lovely time in this excellent location. House is cozy and comfortable. Only things that could be better is for there to be more seating in the living room and more mugs in the kitchen. We had a great stay and would recommend to others.

The property is beautiful, clean and easy to get to. Not too far off the freeway.

Overall an excellent experience with great communication from the property management. My only negative would be that it wasn’t really child/toddler friendly (which was my fault for not being considerate of that fact while booking), lots of wooden stairs, with the stairs and railing up to the game room being wide enough for a small child to fall through. My take away is to always bring my own baby gates moving forward with any future rentals. Tahoe Donner is right down the street and some of our group did some cross country skiing during our stay which was awesome. To get to Palisades is 35-40 minute drive without traffic.

We loved the location and property overall, but noticed some things that could be improved: -One of our guests is allergic to dogs and cats. She had allergy problems when sitting on the living room couches. Since pets aren’t allowed we assumed this wouldn’t be an issue - but it was obvious that pets are present. If the owners have dogs stay there it would be nice to indicate that to prevent allergies with guests in the future. - It would have been nice to have extra provisions. No salt, no extra paper towels, or extra bath towels or blankets. Thanks again - overall it was lovely and we’d definitely consider coming back next year!

Really nice gathering spot for my family over a holiday ski week. The main room was large enough to host cocktails and dinner with visiting friends and relatives. The construction of the property is great for keeping the snow away from the windows. Beautiful view of fresh fallen snow while enjoying a cup of coffee. Property had all needed amenities and a well furnished kitchen.

Ever they was perfect

Well maintained property, comfy beds, upscale kitchen, convenient location, plenty of games available, and a nice balcony overlooking an open area out back which was great to just chillax; we had a blast.

There were plenty of beds for our group of 8. The sitting area for watching TV was only comfortable for 5 people. If you are a family who like to play games there is plenty of room to do so. Over all it is a great place to stay and we had a good time.

Great place with everything we needed

This cabin was a great spot for our long weekend of skiing. Two families with two tween/teen boys each perfectly, one family upstairs, one family downstairs and one kid in the loft. Kitchen is well equipped but high-altitude cooking is no joke! We skied Northstar (30 mins) and Boreal (20 mins).

I celebrate my 30th in the cabin. It was perfect for the 4 couples with plenty of space for everyone. Would definitely stay there again.

It was a nice location, and we enjoyed the views from the windows. I was a little bummed the fireplace was not working was not notified prior to getting there, had to call for assist

This is a great property located just a short distance from the slopes. The house is very comfortable with plenty of room for our family and friends. We highly recommend this house. We’re definitely returning for future visits.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month in this home. Plenty of space to spread out for online schooling, working and yoga. Internet, gas and electricity amazing, even during storms. Walking distance to skiing and beautiful, quiet neighborhood with gorgeous views everywhere. Excellent TV options. Kitchen clean and has most everything you could need to cook with. Plenty of towels and linens, space heaters and fans. Nice yard for observing wildlife and snow play. Didn't use the HOA amenities or sauna, but nice to have the option. Handy attached large garage. During snowstorms the streets and driveway were plowed promptly and we didn't need to use our chains. Spacious yet cozy and loved the game loft. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

Comfortable bedrooms and large living room, perfect for gathering around the fire at night!

This house was great for what we needed it for. Probably not good for people with kids though. The stairs going up to the loft and the ones going down stairs are pretty steep and right in the living room. Which makes it convenient but dangerous for littles. The front railing is definitely not up to code and is very dangerous again for little children. This will hopefully be addressed soon. Also the landing in front of the front door is a little sketchy near the railing too. One of the beds in the house was actually a full- not a king. That is the only other issue we ran into. Other then that this house is wonderful! The kitchen and living room were perfect for everyone to hang out. The neighborhood is great for walking, the house is close to everything. Unfortunately due to COVID a lot was closed down. All in all we had a greatTime and would definitely stay here again.

Communication was on point with manager/owner. House had everything we needed, accurately described. Comfy and cozy. Kids loved the bonus room upstairs! Bathrooms are beautifully updated! Great location.

This property was the perfect place for a relaxing couple of nights in the Lake Tahoe area. It's on a quiet street in Truckee, just minutes from beautiful hikes and plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The back deck provided beautiful views of the wilderness. When I come back to Truckee/Tahoe, I would absolutely book this place again!

Large house in a beautiful setting! Watching the deer was so peaceful. The sauna was enjoyable.
