Really nice house, lots of open communal areas, big outdoor deck, great location and well priced

Nev was very accommodating to our workers and communication was easy and smooth. Only negative is there is no wifi as stated on the advertisement. Nev made up for this with ensuring the boys had plenty of fire wood etc.

overall nice stay. communication with the owner could have been much better, if he responded promptly. However we liked the house, but it needs a T.L.C. TV upstairs have not working remote control- it can be turned on manually only, chimney is not effective, fire puts out by itself very quickly, smoke comes out in to the room when attempt to open the door, may need clean-up.

Spacious home. Property not up to standard with regard to cleanliness. When politely contacted owner with feedback following our stay it was met with an aggressive response. Overall do not recommend this house

A great place to stay for a large family. 5 bedrooms was great. Only few minutes by car to beach or shops. Neville is a great host.

Roomy home with good amenities. Backyard needs some clearing of vegetation.

The 5 bedrooms were helpful to accommodate us all. Two of the rooms are quite small but totally ok to sleep kids and young adults. Neville was great, the place was very comfortable for 9 adults. Would recommend this house and would be happy to stay there again.

We found this place perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for the Adults down stairs and younger people upstairs. Owner was very helpful with our questions after we arrived. 5 stars from us.

The property was lovely, clean and comfortable, short drive to the beach and shops. If i was to give a small negative the mattresses on the beds were old and not comfortable and if you are to stay here i would recommend that you bring sheets, as only a fitted sheet and doona are on the bed with no mattress protector either, there are pillows with cases but no extra blankets or pillows. Some towels are provided. I would recommend this place for a large family or group as it is spacious. Would definitely stay again.

Second time staying at this house, well equipped with wood fire keeping us warm all weekend, lots of space for everyone, definitely again, in fact already rebooked!

What a great house! Close to beach and shops. Neville was great to deal with in all communication. I would recommend staying here, we really enjoyed ourselves.

Spacious and comfortable.

Good size house to fit us all in. Kitchen was well equipped and good size. Dogs liked the space under the cover on deck. It was close enough to the beach for us to walk with the dogs daily and town a quick drive. Nice views from upstairs living area. Having the upstairs was great to keep kids separate from adults. Overall an enjoyable stay.

We stayed at the property for a week and would have gladly stayed longer if able. House was a little too far to walk into town but only a few mins drive with plenty of parking so not a major issue. Plus pets allowed was a big winner. Will gladly return 🙂

The house is fantastic if you’re travelling with a dog or in a large group. Great location a short distance from the patrolled area of the surf beach and dog off leash section of the beach. Short drive into town for groceries, drinks and eating out. Nice yard and balcony spaces at the house for relaxed afternoons. The fireplace in winter would be great too.

We loved our stay in Inverloch in this lovely house. With four teenagers on board, it was the perfect set up with lots of bedrooms, TV room and balcony upstairs and then main bedroom for me downstairs. The spa was well used by everyone after a hot afternoon swimming. It is not super close to town or the surf beach but each is only a very short drive away, and the walk is lovely if you are able to take a decent walk. Overall a fantastic house for me, teens and our two little doggies!

House was well set out for a couple of families lots of room had a loverly stay close to shops and beach. Comfortable beds. Only thing is the dishwasher didn’t wash the dishes and probably needs replacing had to hand was dishes. Overall had a good stay.

No Dramas at all and owner was very helpful. Will definitely recommend.

We were meant to check in at 1pm but because the previous visitors left a mess we weren't able to check in until 4pm, we empathised with the owner and we were ok with it. Just before entering the house the owner told me that the previous visitors had a dog or dogs and that it was hard for him to remove any dog hair from the linen , so I'm guessing the linen wasn't changed. We pretty much went straight to the BBQ area once we got in and there was no gas in the gas bottle for the BBQ so we got a refill. On leaving the place it was cleaner than when we first moved in. At the end of our stay we hung around until the owner showed up so that he could inspect the property, he went through the property and was happy with the condition with what it was left. 2 weeks later we find out that we are being charged $15 for 2 bowls that went missing, at this point in time he hasn't provided us with any proof of loss, we aren't going to pursue it for such a measly amount of money. I have asked for $30 for the refill for the BBQ gas which we are still in the process of getting, I wasn't going to worry about it but I'm doing it on principle, so my advice for anyone that is considering staying here is dont

That house is nice beautiful location but the property is really poor cleaning I felt house hasn't been cleaned up last couple years that much poor I believe the host for sure he will say a lot things like he did other comments but he need to be clean up the property is that the way people paying for cleaning service fee
