We had 6 adults and 3 children in for a week. Enough room for everyone to spread out and not feel on top of each other. Beach access was everything with this house. Quick jump across the street. Met the owner on day one and was very friendly and was super accommodating. Looking forward to booking again in the future.

Great location, just steps from the beach. Awesome sunrises! The unit was clean, the beds and furniture were comfortable, the updated kitchen was well-equipped for simple meals (could use new measuring cups) and the updated bathrooms were wonderful. The decor was simple and uncluttered. We'll be back next year!

My family stayed here and we loved it. It’s on the quiet end or OCNJ… great view of the ocean and a great layout. We had a blast.

Perfect location in the south end of Ocean city for this recently upgraded home! Our entire family (aged 2 to 65+) felt so at home during our stay. Easy access to the beach (across the street) and so close to great shops & dining. The condo was spacious, well equipped and quite clean! The host (Dinaz) was also lovely and made us feel very welcome. Will absolutely come back again!

We had a great week regardless, and this is one of our favorite parts of the island. In terms of the unit, there was quite a bit more wear & tear than we would have expected based on the listing. It was missing a few (maybe small to some people) things that made a difference - the kitchen isn't very well equipped cook meals in, no shower curtain liner, no trash cans in the bathrooms, no mattress pads, the storage closet to keep beach supplies was a mess. Those things added up with overall maintenance issues that didn't meet my expectations for the high cost of the listing.

We had a fabulous week staying at this perfect beachfront property. Views were spectacular and the proximity to the beach allowed us to easily walk over almost every morning for the sunrise. The house is well appointed and clean; very comfortable for two families and a few friends. It has a wonderful front porch perfect for gathering for snacks and drinks after a day on the beach. The owners are very responsive and helpful. We rented bikes and kept them in the garage and rented linens and towels as well which made for an easy stay. We will definitely return!

A wonderful location at the ocean on the 5700 block of Central Avenue in Ocean City, NJ. Vijay and Dinaz were very gracious, caring and accommodating hosts of the property. The property was extremely clean and modern. Ours was a very relaxing and pleasurable week. Thank you.

Beach Views! Just a few steps from the beach. Location is fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay. The owners were also very responsive and are currently making more updates to make the stay more enjoyable.

The location was lovely and working with the hosts was simple. The problem arose with the house . We found underwear and toys under the bed. Plugs in the bedroom we couldn’t get to work . The mattress cover on the bed had a stain . The main bath shower had either hot or cold water , we think the dial needed adjustments. The washing machine had an odor. We didn’t use the TV but internet worked well. We cleaned the windows to enjoy the spectacular view. No, we made due and didn’t ask for repairs. It is a great location and with a little maintenance could be great.

Our family spent a week in OC while our elementary-aged kids were doing virtual school. We loved being so close to the ocean since we were able to get out on the beach during school breaks and in the afternoon/evening after school. The house was beautiful and felt very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was not stocked to do a lot of cooking, but we were able to make a few simple meals and took advantage of the delicious takeout options nearby. We hope to rent again next year, as well!

Wonderful quiet location with beautiful views. Spotless and extra care given to ensure freshly cleaned and ready for us. Excellent communication and care for our groups well being. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay during the Thanksgiving holiday at this beautiful beach house. The location was close to the beach and we enjoyed watching the sunrise. The owners were very helpful and easy to get in touch with when we had questions. We will definitely be back.

We are so happy with our vacation home! It is absolutely beautiful. Updated and well-stocked with cleaning supplies and little condiments we didn’t think to bring. The location? I woke up early to see the sunrise. Opened the bedroom door and gorgeous orange light came shining through the living room windows all the way down the hall. You can watch it from inside if you want to! I mean it was a dream. Really nice windows with screens. We went in November so it was 70 degrees and perfect. The beach is right there- barely anyone there. Walk out, couple houses down, cross the road and you’re there. We have 3 small children and walked it plenty of times without issues. There’s also a nice outdoor shower- hot and cold water! I could go on and on. But lastly, the owners are so sweet and GOOD people. Easy to work with and made sure our vacation was perfect and easy and what worked best for us. So so so happy!

Great location in quiet south end with an amazing view even in bad weather. Lovely new couches and hardwood floors. Clean and neat. Because we are major foodies we cook our meals ahead. So while we found the kitchen cookware and amenities to be on the basic level it is perfectly sufficent.

This home was neat and tidy. Had the basics of what we needed. We had a pleasant stay. The only thing we missed was a useable outdoor shower. Also a few a few porch furniture pieces were in disrepair. Overall, a great location, a comfortable setting and really nice owners.
