The house is small, but efficiently laid out. Its the outdoor space that really makes it a standout.

The house is exactly like the photos! We loved every minute we had at this place! The management was so easy and responsive to work with. They handled any questions we had right away. Couldn't recommend more!

We took a private plane from Philadelphia and were looking for a Covid free place to socialize with our children who live in Austin. This place offered a very relaxing and quiet location on lake Austin; beautiful views, comfortable house although a bit funky with the electronic controls. Took a while to figure things out. The outdoor area was exceedingly comfortable, but we had to spend some time cleaning up the cob webs on the deck. Not because the property wasn’t clean, perhaps more a factor of being on the lake? Only suggestions: Need storage space in the bedrooms to unpack clothes and instructions on how to use controls and TVs.

We had a great time staying here. It is a tranquil location on the lake. The multi-story dock is great for hanging out and spending time on the water. The house itself is on the smaller side but it doesn't matter as you will be spending most of your time outdoors anyways. We would certainly book again!

A beautiful home, nicely appointed, and a great boat dock. We spent a week on the lake boating the entire time. Would highly recommend this property. We’ll be back if it’s available again next year.

This is a beautiful home!! Just like the pics! Great dock with lots of living space! The staff was great and always a quick response with questions. If you don’t like stairs check another rental.

The house has a great layout. Perfect for two families of four. It was clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. The property management was very help and responsive. The house is right on the lake. Waking up and jumping in the cold water was a great way to spend the day.

We actually live in Austin and just wanted a change of scenery. This was perfect. It's not far from town (about 25 minutes to downtown) and the property management company and concierge service are very responsive and helpful. We even had a question on a Sunday and it was answered quickly.The property looks like the pictures and the beds were super comfortable. The only "complaint" we have is that the deck railings on both levels were covered with cobwebs with bugs caught in them. Lots. (I would say this area probably needs more attention than it gets, but I also think the fact that it's under a ton of trees probably makes this happen quickly) - I would have cleaned them myself, but I couldn't actually find a broom. That said, the house itself definitely felt clean and taken care of. And the outdoor space is really beautiful and has plenty of comfortable seating up top.We are already talking about booking another stay!

As always the property was immaculate. The location is wonderful, secluded yet 10 minutes from stores and restaurants. The 3-level pier deck is the perfect place to hang out, read a book and sip a glass of wine or enjoy sunset dinner. This is our go-to in Austin for a wonderful getaway! Thanks for sharing!

We had a great weekend at this home and Key Concierge helped us set up some fun things that made it special. This home is small and decorated very well so it makes it very cozy. It was also well stocked in the kitchen so we had everything we needed to get a family through a weekend. Beware that there are a lot of stairs between the dock and in the house. Our legs were sore from going up & down stairs all weekend and we are very fit bikers/runners. So may not be great for those with any physical difficulties. But, was a great rental and we would rent here again for a weekend of lake fun.

Very Comfortable, secluded with Lake access just outside the doors. Beds, A/C, kitchen and laundry all new and working perfectly. We were extremely satisfied and plan to come back soon. Thank you

We were extremely impressed with the home and the cleanliness of it. The house was the right size and the three story dock made for some great nights and days. Highly recommend this home.

Great home right on the water. Allowed for fun days floating around with kids and grandkids. Communication with the property managers was excellent.....

Overall we loved this house. Had a slight issue when we arrived of our code not working but it was solved in a matter of minutes! Few more stairs than we originally thought but the views more than made up for it. Fair warning, not much parking space or space to bring a boat trailer down. We had a hard time getting boat turned around but it worked. Would for sure stay here again. The views from the living area are amazing!!!

We had a great time on the property

The house is absolutely gorgeous. Smells and looks new! I love the view from all the bedrooms and the entire living/eating areas. The three level deck is perfect. You can choose to sit in the sun or shade and have a beautiful view of the water. Next time we will rent a boat to make sure we make the most out of our stay there. The management company is very responsive but we really had no real issues. I do want to prepare anyone who stays here to keep in mind that the outdoor area is literally impossible to keep spotless so do not blame the owners or the management company. It is absolutely inevitable that the outdoor furniture will have dust and the entire deck will get covered in cobwebs and spiders at night. I didn't realize this when we first arrived during the day and wondered why they had taken such great care of the inside and not the outside. I was frustrated at first and immediately started dusting everything off outside and cleaning off all the visible cobwebs and then later that night I realized why...the spiders come out at night and build the webs to catch all the bugs that are flying around the water. I will say it was creepy to have to walk past them but I got off the deck very quickly when I realized I was surrounded. This was only an issue at night. I didn't see any of the spiders (only the remains of their webs) during the day and it didn't interfere at all with the fun we had. I just wanted to mention this to prepare others. It will be the same with any other house you chose to stay at on the water in Austin so don't let this keep you from staying at this great place!

This property is really gorgeous! It was perfect for our girls’ weekend (there were 6 of us). Plenty of space, though we spent to majority of our time on the middle level of the dock. 😄

We arrived right at check in time greeted by a darling hydrangea , treats and a spotless feels like new lake house filled with everything we needed for the long weekend. Fun aside, Austin Pizza is super close for first day noshing. The incredible HEB is so close at Beecave road and 360 as is one of my favorite Austin restaurant’s the Grove. We are a big family (4 kids ages 16 and up) and we all had ample room to gather without being squished inside and the outdoor 3 level deck gave us all a place to gather or have quiet time. We had our extended family come over by boat for a late afternoon Easter feast and truly it was the perfect venue. We made memories that will last a lifetime at this little hamlet. I only wish this place was ours always. Until next time Skislope....

This newly constructed home lends itself to great guest interaction. Our group was in for SXSW, we enjoyed returning each evening to watch college hoops on the big screen. Highly recommended. Great value!

It’s a clean property with great boat dock that accommodated a 24 foot wake boat.
